It's one of the best pedicures I've had in ages. My nails looks spectacular. This will be my go to spot! Only been here twice but I'm already loving it and planning by 3 visit. First time I did a gel pedi (coco)and full set (Tina) which I loved. Long lasting and great quality and price. Then I got a fill in with the lady that sits in the first seat next to Tina. I love my abstract design she did. I've learnt a long time ago to not complety rely on reviews. Especially negative ones. Some entitled AHs get on this app and use it as their own "vengeance is mine" playground. Not cool. I'm side-eyeing the heck outta ya! I mean a business posted their closing hour at 5pm. You get there at 4:58pm and they're already closed. You grab your phone like it's some new age missile and launch a full attack on a mom and pop because it's closed TWO minutes before they said they would! "This business should be closed! They don't honour their closing time. If I could give zero stars I would..." Shame! On! You!!! Reviewer! Sorry, I had to get that off my boobs. Most Grace reviews aren't the best. But I forged on because I wanted my version of glam extensions and I was short on time. The biggest pet peeve according to reviews was upsell (sometimes upcharge). To counteract this, when I was quoted a price I asked to pay for it immediately. Ms.Tina asked me if I didn't want to wait until she was finished because you know I may want designs. I vigourously shock my head nope, that's all I want, gel extensions with French and I paid. A few moments later.... So Ms. Tina is working on my nails and I glanced across at a customer getting her service from another Tech. "Wow Ms. Tina! Can you do that style!?!" She laughed and said sure. BOOM! Diamond ring fingers was born.... I up-sold my own dern self! HahahaJajaja! My service was swift YET extremely thorough and I felt completely at ease as I took Ms. Tina's advice and looked at Netflix instead of what she was doing and worrying. She was sweet with her reprimand. Everyone who works there was polite, friendly and I felt really at ease. I made a mental note to make this my "fancy nail spot". As much as I love my regular, they don't do or encourage extensions of any kind so for the odd occasions I need an extra oomph this will be it. Thanks Ms. Tina! You are awesome! Update: On my second stop in (not for a service but information) as I walked in Ms. Tina looked up and said hi to me calling my name. I was taken aback. No Nail Tech has ever remembered my name as simple as it is on a second visit. Nor do I expect them to, they see hundreds of clients each week. Wow Ms. Tina. I asked how she remembered and she said in the sweetest way "I remember you big hair and plenty bracelets!" Ms. Tina you're one of a kind. You continue winning darling. Now Reader, if after I've given you the "How To" navigate an upsell here and you walked in for an eyebrow wax and walk out with mani, coffin styled nails,103 gem stones, a gel pedi AND a back massage that's on YOU. Very unprofessional--my first visit was okay, but I waited an hour and paid $45 for a long white set. This time, she tried to charge $60 for a short French tip. This place does a constant upsell of every service makes for a really unpleasant experience. They charge to remove gel when getting a new gel manicure. I've never been charged that when doing my nails, only if I'm removing and not redoing my nails. The dip powders don't match the color swatches so I ended up with a sheer nude that makes me look like I have liver disease. Every nail is uneven, tech couldn't get a basic round with square edges right. read more

The bad: I walked in and immediately was told "choose color" I had a polish of my own, but I still perused their collection and settle on a soft baby pink polish. I requested a polish change. The nail lady who did not have any customers (sign #1)She lied to me about the price (there goes your tip) and did not even give me the courtesy of washing my hands or anything the whole process took about 5 minutes top. The good: After noticing the terrible polish application and bubbles on my nails while it was half way dried I brought it to the owners attention and another worker finished the job properly. Sorry not sorry, I don't walk out of nails salons after paying unsatisfied. I vowed to not return however my regular nail polish is still intact on all my fingers with the exception of a corner. I went over to Grace and asked her if it was necessary she yelled at me and said that I need to cut them in order to be seen today. I said yes I was going to trim them a little. Before I new it this woman was snipping away at my nails before I could say stop!!! She said I had to cut them down in order to put the tips on. Did I say I wanted TIPS????? Like wtf!!!! *** Update 3/10/17*** I've been coming here for almost a year and my experiences have been good but now I'm no longer going to come here. I had one of the nail technicians mess up my nails horribly and try to still charge me full price! She yelled at me when I'm here choosing to spend my money with you! She lied about her ability to do the design and then tried to guilt me into feeling sorry for her because she rents her booth. She also said "ILL Remembered your face so don't come back by me!" There was no professionalism at all! How could you yell at your customer in a full shop! Embarrassing and disgusting! Will never come back again! I do not recommend Most Grace because she is disrespectful and has bad customer service. I went to her salon biweekly for almost 2 years and never had a problem. On this particular occasion, my nails started to chip and crack after only 3 days. Grace only offered to take off $5 and I pushed her to $10. My SNS gel nails are supposed to last 2-3 weeks. $10 off is not a satisfactory discount for only having my nails in tact for 3 days. When I explained that she shrugged her shoulders and screamed "I said $30" (the price of my nails minus $10). I'll never go back, she clearly doesn't value loyal customers and is disrespectful. The night that I went one nail tech locked a girl inside because she didn't have cash on her & wanted to go to the atm next door (literally 20 feet from Grace's front door. Another nail tech only let her out because she called the police. My 2 day old manicure looks like I scratch my fingers along the sidewalk for a living. Their quality is mediocre & they can definitely take a few customer service lessons. The woman who was drying next to me complained about her nail tech not checking in on her or bringing her belongings over to the drying station. Most likely never going to return to this place. my neighbor raved, raved, raved about this place, so I said I would give it a try since I was looking for a new place to get my UV-gel fill-in done. I call Grace in Friday afternoon and ask for a Sunday morning appointment with her. She says 9:30 Sunday, see you then. I arrive early (9:05) because it is Sunday and I know parking could be an issue. I park my car by 9:10 and wait for this place to open. At 9:28 I get out of my car to wait for the arrival of Grace. At 9:45, no Grace. I call her at 9:48 and she says she is five (5) minutes away. At 9:58 a van pulls up and six (6) people pile out of the van and open the gate. I enter this place and am told to take a seat at a pedicure chair. I say, I am here for a UV-gel manicure and I am told to take seat at a manicure chair. At this time, I ask "which one of you is Grace". They say' "Grace is parking the car". Around 10:10 Grace comes inside and says "parking is hard" and goes back outside. Grace's nephew asks me to take seat at a manicure chair and starts cleaning up my nails so Grace can get started as soon as she comes inside. Grace finally comes in to this place 10:45ish!!!!!! At this point Grace is NOT in a hurry to start my nails. She changes her smock three (3) times because she did not like the way the others fit her. Finally Grace decides that I need to start my nails anew. Okay, let's get going. After removing my old UV-gel, Grace starts dipping my fingers in to a jar of powder and I immediately say "Grace, I am here for UV-gel" and Grace says, "yes, this is UV-gel". I should have gotten up and walked out, but my nails were a complete mess and my regular manicurist was on vacation. I sat through experiment on my nail and did not even care when one (1) of my nails smudged under the dryer, which did NOT really dry my nails. On Tuesday, as I sat in my living room, I noticed that two (2) of my nails had broken. As I sat, trying to reshape the broken nails, I noticed that all of my nails were bumpy and not smooth. I also had scabs on two (2) of my nail beds and the nail polish around the edges of my nail beds was sloppy. It is true, "you get what you pay for". This ranks right up there with my worse nail experience EVER!!!! I was in contact with my neighbor during this fiasco and she apologized for Grace and said that I should give her a second chance. Needless to say, "that will NEVER happen" even if they were the last nail,place on this earth. Unfortunately, I wish I could givE this place zero (0) stars, but that is not an option. LOVE LOVE LOVE the colors of the salon, the people are friendly and easy to converse with. On the window, they advertise for the pedicure which is to die for. I mean the substances that are placed in your water to soften your feet without the "YOU GOTTA GO TO WORK ON MYA's feet") the one they used the drill on her feet from Martin)MY FOOT masseuse was good, quick, timed and talkative. BUT HERES WHERE THE PROBLEM STARTED His regular customer came in and the owner (little lady with bruise marks all over her body and swollen hands came to assist with the last part. He did minor prepping prior to the $25 jelly and callous remover soak. His name is JUSTIN, 7th seat from the door. So I say to her I don't want cheap nail polish, I want OPI or ESSIE nail polish. You know the ones without the formaldehyde. This woman quickly responds " I DONT KNOW ENGLISH TOO WELL". I wasn't so convinced be aided we conversed for a while before I asked that question. Since I was previously in the soak, I wasn't able to pick nail polish. She brings over $1 nail polish and paints my toe nail and it looked bad. I asked her about SNS which is "neither acrylic nor gel" but it's calcium placed over your nails and its durable, beautiful and its healthy. She charges $35. Same price I pay in the suburbs. BUT she charges $5 for the soak and they have about 7 colors. I'm accustomed to at least 50 colors and it takes about 20 minutes. All in all I spent $62 for my toes and nails. I couldn't tip the nail tech because it took her 1.5 hours to do my nails and they were awful, and not even close to the color they showed me. SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING POINT BLANK PERIOD. She was sweet and even told me to try another GEL for about $60 because it's better. That's a no and a never. AFTER THE EPIC NAIL FAIL, she painted my nails with OPI nail polish. YES! OPI! I show the owner and say she said its O.P.I. not OPI. She didn't understand. How convenient. So I said I want my nails painted this color she said next time. Then I told her I was going to do a review (Justin asked actually when I first came in) and would show my nails. They looked bad. Not my SNS because she repaired them. I paid the meter for 2.25 hours. There's a 1 hour limit. SMH. So the owner says aren't you GOING TO TIP the guy, as I'm shaking my nails trying to dry them. I said when my nails dry. That heifer said "FOR $1 you can out topcoat and nail dries quickly". Frustrated I respond "OK" because I knew I was fed up and I gave the locals a try but I have my regular SNS technician who charges $35 for a soak, tips, and SNS NAILS. It's a dipping procedure which cuts the time in half from acrylic and supposed to be natural. And although they aren't friendly to people of color where I go, they do a better job but won't talk with you if you're of color. I will try JUSTIN again for foot soak but I was wearing flip flops and my feet were bad. They were patient with me running to pay the meter, eventually paying Again and moving the car and because they charge $3 extra for credit card - NO AMERICAN EXPEESS, she said go next door and get money out the store was short $10. It was $1. I said NO I will go to bank around the corner. THEY WILL NICKEL AND DIME YOU to DEATH yet offer no professional level work. HOW DO I ADD THESE PICTURES THO? read more

I use to only go to this salon for quick things (gel manicure, pedicure) when I couldn't get an appt with my regular nail tech. I'm not sure why I bothered to go back after earlier this year the nail tech made my finger bleed to the point that I needed a bandaid after she was done. She seemed unaware of it until I started saying Ouch you're hurting me. When I went back last week the guy was in such a rush as if there were several people waiting (there wasn't) and his hands were so rough. Nothing about the service was good. I had to laugh to myself when I was leaving because it's my fault for going back after what happened in February. There are a handful of other nail salons close to this one.
