Very unprofessional--my first visit was okay, but I waited an hour and paid $45 for a long white set. This time, she tried to charge $60 for a short French tip. When I refused, she refused to do the design and went around telling others I didn't like my nails. I paid $45 and left--never coming back!

They do a pretty good job here. I wish the prices differed in certain aspects but it is what it is. Coming here is convenient, no appointment and just walk right in. I would suggest bringing cash because of the card fee, and there are a few ATMs around the spa.

    Nails done by Maggie

I've been coming to this salon for about two years and I always have a great experience. Everyone one in the shop does good nails, I specifically ask for Maggie. Grace (the owner) is dedicated to satisfying her customers and she wants to make sure you have a satisfying experience. Anytime I go elsewhere to do my nails, I typically regret it and always return here. Exceptional nails and service.

The bad: I walked in and immediately was told "choose color" I had a polish of my own, but I still perused their collection and settle on a soft baby pink polish. I requested a polish change. The nail lady who did not have any customers (sign #1)She lied to me about the price (there goes your tip) and did not even give me the courtesy of washing my hands or anything the whole process took about 5 minutes top. The good: After noticing the terrible polish application and bubbles on my nails while it was half way dried I brought it to the owners attention and another worker finished the job properly. Sorry not sorry, I don't walk out of nails salons after paying unsatisfied. I vowed to not return however my regular nail polish is still intact on all my fingers with the exception of a corner. This has been day 4 and I haven't found any nail salon that I can go days with a manicure without any chipping 4 stars for the quality but a hard pass on returning.

Tips with gel + designs, designed by Ivy! She is my go-to for my nails.

I have been coming to Most Grace for forever and they have been consistently delivered great work. I recently moved to a new neighborhood and tried out some other nail spots but I keep coming back to Most Grace. Their current rating is too low! Grace and staff are ALWAYS upfront about pricing and services. The costs here are EXTREMELY cheap for the area, especially considering the high quality service. If I have ever had a concern or wanted something done differently, all I had to do was ask. Frankly, if you come in and be respectful and tip appropriately you are guaranteed good service. I once witnessed a customer refuse to tip because she was being charged the LEGALLY REQUIRED tax for credit card purchases... ridiculous. Anyway, my nails always look great (shoutout Ivy!) and my eyebrows are always bomb (thank you Grace!). Absolutely the best spot in ALL of Crown Heights.

    What I got

THE WORST NAIL SALON IN BROOKLYN!!! I should have known as soon as I walked in how my experience was going to be. A customer was unsatisfied with her nails and demanded them paint it over. They chose not to and the owner grace chose not to give her a partial refund until she got rude and loud. Being new to this salon I chose grace to do my nails because she was the owner and long to behold I had one of those what I asked for and what I received that I should have posted on the shade room. I was so upset at the service that I just took my L because she didn't care to fix it nor did she know what she was doing. I only let finish my nails because she thought it was going to be like the picture but after I see I was wasting my time I just snatched my hands and left to avoid being "that customer"

    This is after a week.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager. They take their time with your nails. I love Grace and Yo Yo do; they do my nails. Nice and clean salon.

    SNS (dip powder) nails
    Jaiden W.

The best place I've found so far for SNS (dip powder). A lot of other salons use powder that either doesn't last long or makes my nails feel weak-or both. However, when I leave Grace Nails, my nails last as long as 3 1/2 weeks and my natural nail feels even stronger. They are definitely doing all the right steps when it comes to SNS :)

Fast service. Always packed so get here early!! Great place to go when you on the go but want quality service. Owners are nice

Grace cut my 2 in long natural nails with acrylic overlay without asking to save herself time.
    Valerie J.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! And definitely to not let GRACE touch your nails. I am kicking myself for going here. I should have learned my lesson the last time when I went in for a color change and she started picking at my acrylic until I had no choice but to get a fill. (She's really lucky I had the money). Now this time, I walk in and people are fussing about how long they've been waiting. (That should have been a sign) I decided to soak my nails off and get a new layer of acrylic over my NATURAL NAILS (that Ive been growing since October of last year). I went over to Grace and asked her if it was necessary she yelled at me and said that I need to cut them in order to be seen today. I said yes I was going to trim them a little. Before I new it this woman was snipping away at my nails before I could say stop!!! She said I had to cut them down in order to put the tips on. Did I say I wanted TIPS????? Like wtf!!!! The customer service here is absolutely horrible. Im DEVASTATED. MY nails were beautiful and I just wanted a new layer of acrylic so that they would look nice for graduation. Needless to say I contemplated on waiting and having them do a gel manicure since my nails were so short however, I decide that they do not deserve my money so I walked the heck out!!!! Spare yourself.

Does the right look like the left in any capacity??? No! This is what they do in here! Go elsewhere.

This place came highly recommended, but when we showed up, their systems were completely down. No one called us beforehand because they had no access to their system. To their credit, the front desk team was kind and allowed us free access to the spa facilities for two hours to check out the saunas, steam room, and snow room. We made the best of it and had a good time bopping around. However, their customer service recovery is nonexistent. It has been over a week since that visit and they are still holding onto my $700. Every time I call, I am routed to a call center agent who doesn't understand the situation and has no power to help me. Two emails to their billing center have gone completely unanswered. Keeping a customer's money for services you couldn't render due to your own tech failure is unacceptable. Since nobody there seems to know how to run the business or process a refund manually, I am moving forward with a bank dispute to reclaim my money. If you go here, pray their system doesn't crash, because you will never see your money again. UPDATE: Unbelievable. After blasting them on here, a manager named Claudia called me. But instead of taking responsibility, she tried to gaslit me by claiming I was being "combative" because I am frustrated. Let's get the facts straight: your business took my $700, failed to provide the services, ghosted me for a week, and now I'm the combative one for wanting my money back? She literally called me to play reindeer games, asking me to explain "what happened when I arrived." Girl, get out of here with that. You work there, you know your own systems were down. It is completely crazy to interrogate a customer about a tech failure your own business suffered. When I refused to let her talk over me or railroad the call, she tried to act like she was the one refusing to have a "combative conversation." It's pathetic corporate deflection. She finally said she would process the refund today because I wouldn't back down, but dealing with this level of unprofessionalism just to get a refund for services never rendered is ridiculous. Management here is trash.

We intentionally planned so that this will be last so that we can take the day to relax and rest our body to go back home to our daily lives after busy day in NYC. We did some research and made sure to come on weekday earlier in the morning so that it's not too congested. We got there at 10:00am on Monday morning as which was perfect time. They have valet parking but it cost additional money so we just used their free parking lot which is located a block away from the main building on the same side. Once we got there we checked in and were guided through with instruction on what to expect and rules. Once you check in your bag gets checked. Be aware that you cannot bring any outside food or drink. You can bring empty water bottle/container which is highly recommended. After the bag check you take your shoes off and drop them off at the shoe locker which is guided by the staff. After that you enter the inner zone. It's recommended to start at floor 4 so that you can go to the main locker to drop off your other luggage and change into swimwear if not already. It's also recommended to take a quick shower before going into the pools and baths which you may want to do once you go to the bathroom. Once you are settled you can put your robe and go on your way to the amenities. We started our experience on the 4th floor at the outdoor bath. Started on foot bath with stones, silk bath, carbon bath, and hinoki bath which were nice and relaxing. We then went to Dry sauna and ganbanyoku which is hot stone sauna. Hot stone sauce had few different type of stone you can lay on so we decided to try all of them. Once we were done we went into the cold bath with waterfall to cool ourselves and went to try the bath with water jets/hydrotherapy. There were few different types that target your back, neck, foot, ...etc. we basically tried them all. They feel pretty nice and some are pretty strong almost like S massage. Once we were done with 4th floor we registered for volcanic sand bath which is an extra charge $20 experience per person. We scheduled a time and went up to 6th floor for our session. Once they are ready they go over some information and precautions and get you changed to yukata. They do recommend to go naked under for full experience and i do recommend it as well. Once you are ready the staff will take you to a spot and have you lay down and start to cover you in volcanic sand from Japan. Once you are covered you lay there and enjoy the experience. It's like you are laying in the sand at the beach that are hot and heavy. Its feels very nice and relaxing. They will leave you about 10 minutes and will give you some cold towel on your head which feels great. You will start to feel some sweat dripping from your body and your face. Once it's about 15minutes the staff will come and direct you to get up and give you some water to hydrate. They will make sure you feel ok before directing you to go to the shower to wash yourself up before changing back to your Swimsuit. It's a good idea to go full naked under because sand will get under everywhere and you can clean them off during the shower. Once you are cleaned up we took a quick break and had lunch at the food court which is directly next to the volcanic sand bath on 6th floor. We got bulgogi with rice and fries to share which was ok. Bit expensive but to be expected with facility of this kind. Once we were done eating we went down to 5th floor to enjoy the saunas. We tried pretty much all of the saunas including salt, charcoal, red brick, infrared, stone, and clay. We took a quick break in ice room and once we finished the sauna we took a quick break at the relaxation area and lay down for a bit. Once we were relaxed we went up to the 7th floor and enjoyed the infinity pool. You can see the skyline of NYC across the hudson river. Took some photos of the gorgeous view. We lay down for a bit to relax and went back down to finish the day with foot bath as we were cold coming out of the pool. We went back to the 4th floor to change and check out. Got our shoes and walked back to the parking lot yo head out. Overall i liked the experience that was offered at sojo spa club. I can see that our experience may have been different if it was on weekends and or if the weather was not good but we planned well and was also lucky with the weather so we were able to enjoy the facility to its full extent and i liked it. Service was good and a lot of the process was stream lined so that our time waiting was minimized. Would come back again.
