I found it! I found one, finally. A nail salon that delivers. Sure the salon is a little unfashionable, with its old NYC vibes but they delivered and at a very reasonable price too! I stumbled upon the place while browsing the neighborhood, after calling and getting no answer with a call back from them quoting a very reasonable price for a pedicure. When I arrived I was greeted by a woman who asked me what service I wanted and was promptly serviced by another woman. They even had one of my favorite colors from OPI which I eyed quickly out of all of the colors and picked right away. As I sat in the chair I enjoyed the electronic massage I received along with the foot scrub followed by an oil massage after my cuticles were cut, nails filed and trimmed to perfection. Once my toes were painted, and I was seated at a drying station, I thought it was all over but nope, I was given a pleasant and perfectly pressured back massage while my toes were under the drying fan. Prices have gotten so ridiculous at many a salon that I was super grateful and almost forgot that nail salons used to do this. It was an easy, breezy and pleasant experience. read more

Came for a mani pedi. Will never come again. I understand that they have a lot of customers and hence in a rush but you don't let your customers bleed or cause injury. You provide them with good service. This woman cut my nail skin so deep and I was bleeding and the pain was so bad, I almost passed out. I was so confused and I didn't know what to do. I paid full and even tipped but I shouldn't have. Never coming here again. I came home and I'm still bleeding and it hurts. I hope it doesn't get infected. read more

Treated myself to a pedicure! I made an appointment for 10am- I did get there a few minutes earlier than the employees but all good. Very smooth process, just like last time- pick your polish, have a seat and feel pure bliss. $28+tip for a regular pedicure, which is super reasonable. They do a great job each time, so I left satisfied (and with pretty toes!) read more

Has been my go to salon since before they renovated a fees years back. Prices have gone way up and quality has stayed the same. 5 for service, staff is super helpful, and they have a dog! It's just the pricing that really gets me. read more

Review for wax only. My usual place is closed so I went here. The woman is not well trained - she missed a lot of spots for the Brazilian wax (which i pointed out to her 7-8x while I was in the back room, not when I got home because that would've been a complete waste of time and money), long hairs and entire sections she just skipped over. After I showed her, I think she got most of it but it was alarming she missed blatant spots with her own eyes the first time. Secondly for upper lip wax, she burned me (photo). While she was doing lip wax, she got wax in my hair because she was moving the stick too close to my head, carelessly. She proceeded at the end to use oil to try to rub some off my hair. When I paid in cash, she noted the tax, which was fine. I tipped 15% on the pre-tip amount. When I asked for change, she gave me less than what I told her so I had to show her on the calculator to get the proper change back. She wanted 20% for burning me and getting wax in my hair?!? No thanks. I would not return. read more

They were efficient, clean, and positive throughout the service, however the more I think about it, the more I'm disappointed I didn't receive an attempt to remedy the issue or some sort of compensation. I really wanted a darker, almost purple type color and picked one for a gel manicure, but it came out a very different shade. When the manicure was over, I asked my really great technician to compare it and even she was shocked but just brushed it off as the color being too sheer and advised me to pick an even darker color to get it to look like the one advertised. I've never had this issue before and don't want to deal with it going forward, so I don't know if I'd return. read more

I really wanted to love this place, I really did. I have been living in Brooklyn for over a year and this is the third salon I have tried for a dip powder manicure. (I am from NJ and have just been stretching out my dip manicures to get them done when I am home visiting family) I had and event coming up and desperately needed my nails done and I found this place. Reasonably priced and good reviews for dip powder. They had about 50 colors to choose from which was nice. A lot of dark / neutral colors. Unfortunately there were no extra COVID-19 precautions in place. Just mask wearing. My dip powered manicure took 2.5 hours. I do appreciate the attention to detail but was shocked at how long I had spent there. It cost $45 plus $3 cc processing fee. I got my nails done Friday and they looked pretty good. Other then the shape (it is almost like they were filed towards the nail techs dominate hand but it really wasn't anything you would notice if you weren't looking for it) But here I am on Wednesday writing this review with chipped nails. So far I have one noticeable chip and the top coat is peeling off my other fingers. My dip powder never chips and will last as long as I need to go in between manicures. Unfortunately this is not the case for the manicure I got at this salon. I can't speak to any of their other services, but I personally will not back. read more

I got a birthday manicure here today and I am so glad I did. The staff is very kind and incredibly meticulous. I did a color gel manicure for $30. A total deal considering the quality, cleanliness, and location of this spa. I do not believe they offer acrylics - but they do have the usual polish, gel, and dip. Dip is around $60, color gel $30, French gel $40, and regular mani is between $13-20. A mani pedi massage package for around $50 also caught my eye.. Staff was not friendly or inviting. They spoke not one word to my daughter or me. The foot spa didn't work...they should tell you that before you begin your pedicure. Their dog was there barking and crying loudly at times which made it difficult to relax. On top of that my nails smudge very quickly. Will not be returning. read more

It's clean, all staff wear masks and they ask you to sanitize your hands when you come in. They have a 10 day Gel policy where they will fix your nails if the gel polish chips within 10 days. Honestly I've never had to go back in due to chipping whether it's a Gel manicure or regular pedicure. Love this place! read more

Came by for a gel mani and pedi the other day and was really impressed! A great price and a very solid service. I called ahead to get an appointment, and they were a bit crowded when I got there so I was happy I did, although you definitely can just walk in if you don't mind a short wait. My gel mani has stayed without chipping for over two weeks. I plan to go back at the three week mark just because it is growing out. Glad to have found my new, affordable nail spot. read more

I came in for a French dipping powder with yoyo. She was super meticulous and perfessional! This is a best experience l ever had. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a good massage. Terrible experience! The staff wasn't even friendly nor accommodating. I have had tons of manicure services done but never experienced such a rude one. First of all they had no variety for SNS dip, they refused to do basic designs (mind you my unicorn design wasn't that hard* they just were acting up). Then they said to "shape" my nail extensions a certain way is an extra 5 bucks* LIKE ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND? They were just looking ways to extort money just because I had a groupon? Like honey that cost money too. But on a serious note I have never experienced anything like that and I have gotten SNS with designs since the last 3 years. READY FOR THE MAIN UPDATE? My middle finger nail chipped off on the 3rd day. HOW RIDICULOUS & CHEAP? I was so tight. Thank you for some ratchet ass nail job with disgusting crooked square shapes & terrible customer service experience. You guys definitely ruined my 30th bday nail game. Regret it bad. I was unimpressed. I was looking for a relatively normally priced salon and saw the positive reviews here. I got a regular manicure and while the price was fine (compared to the $17 in other salons), the quality wasn't great. The top coat started to crack within a day and then it was almost fully chipped by day 4-5. I'd rather pay a few extra dollars to get a long lasting manicure. Probably won't come back! read more

My favorite nail spot in the neighborhood. The ladies here are so wonderful. I got my nails done with Wendy, and I have never had someone take this much care and time on my nails (especially at this price). I accidentally messed up my nail a tiiiiiiny bit when I moved my hand and banged the paint, and she insisted she fix it for me (even when I said it was fine). Honestly such wonderful service. Definitely my go to spot now! read more

Couple of things went wrong. To begin, when I walked in it was "what do you want"! (I'm black) another (black) young lady came in after me and it was "what do you want". Next time to get my pedicure. She used only water, no oil, no soap!!! Then asks me if I want callous remover (in English) . I have no callouses so I said no thank you! A caucasian female came in and it was hi!! How can I help you? She even got her massage chair turned on....not me!! Back to that same other (black) girl. She got the exact service i did and was quoted a price of 55 dollars !! I paid 61.00 on Groupon and they had the nerve to tell me it's an extra $3....I kindly told them they will not get another dime and the tip was included!! Racist bastards! read more

It released so much tension from my shoulders and the back of my knee to the point where I cried from relief ! She seems to use acupressure points to relieve knots, which I found to be truly helpful in alleviating tension and tightness all over my body! They were attentive to what I requested (to apply pressure and the areas I would want more attention placed) and was honestly better than my original spa. I will be going back!

I was led by the man at the front desk to a room and addressed and placed a beach towel over myself and waited for my masseuse to come in. She did not speak much aside from a couple of checks to make sure that the pressure was OK, and the heat on the hot stones that she used halfway through the massage was OK. The massage was relaxing and truly was full body. Prices here are extremely reasonable and it looks like there is a variety of services, so I will definitely be coming back to try out more. There is also ATM in the lobby as rates are slightly cheaper if you pay in cash/for tipping. The facility was quiet and clean. There is a restroom available as well that is clean. My only critique is I wish the towel wasn't a beach towel as it was a little rough on my skin and not very spa like.

I pulled up my confirmation to show them and they quickly started speaking in a different language trying to figure something out. I am a frequent massage go-er, and I can confidently say do NOT waste your money or time here. This was by far the worst massage I have ever gotten, incredibly rough, painful, and dry. The masseuse was either pouring huge amounts of oil on my body for some parts or just aggressively rubbing my skin for others. He was massaging painful joint points & areas most avoid. He even got oil in my eye. I do not believe these therapists are licensed or trained, avoid at ALL costs and save your money. WORST experience in nyc.
