Very rich, but left us wanting more. We visited on a Saturday, so parking was tough and my friend waited in the car while I ordered. There was a short line, but service was fast and came with a smile. There are picnic tables adjacent to the food truck and additional drinks/items available at the coffee shop on the same property. It's a great spot right on the Embarcadero, so great people watching and sightseeing. The total for our roll with no sides was $27 (before tip). It's a serious price, but worth the money. Patrick was the sweetest man helping me decide if I wanted the Connecticut style or the Maine style. The quality and freshness is definitely there and it's seasoned perfectly. The sandwiches had plenty of lobster, but the grilled roll, with butter sauce was fantastic. I don't really like slaw, but theirs is lightly seasoned and tasty. Owned his own restaurant before but got tired of the brick and mortar so partnered up with his actual chef who's worked in top tier restaurants to come up with this simple yet delicious menu. Service was great. The lobster meat was well loaded in the roll. You can taste the freshness of the meat. Owner cares about the food he serves. Anything more than a day old if there's lobster left, they donate it as quality is their top priority. The flat seasoned fries was crispy and not too thick. Uniquely made and a great pair with the lobster roll. I'd definitely come back! Real deal lobster rolls. here on the West Coast, it's not something you find just anywhere, but this little trailer is putting out real deal lobster rolls. The rolls are strictly made to order, and they have two styles -- Maine made with mayo, and Connecticut made with butter. Mom and I have tried them twice -- Maine style both times. The first time, we felt they were too heavy-handed with the chives that get mixed in with the mayo and Maine lobster meat. So when I went back today, I asked them to go easy on the greens. Today's sandwiches were perfection -- plenty of lobster meat, the right ratio of mayo to lobster, and just the right amount of celery and chives.
