Service was good, food was good, ambiance was eh. My husband and I were in the area for a concert and wanted to a grab a quick breakfast before heading to the airport. He had the skirt steak Benny and I had the butter cake French toast. His Benny came out warm, the cheese he said was a nice touch to the sandwich. The French toast was a bit cold, but still good. The vanilla latte I had was really good!
Kinda pricey but it's down town so kinda to be expected. The food was good and the staff was attentive and friendly!
My wife and I dropped into this location on Christmas Eve morning, and it was understandably quiet. The staff was prompt, friendly, and helpful when ordering, as is my experience at other Morning Squeeze locations. I tried the gyro omelet. While the portion was huge, it didn't have as much gyro meat as I was hoping for, and it was a bit bland and runny. The tzatziki sauce on the side, however, was excellent. Not a bad experience overall, but I was hoping for more. I'd visit again, though I'd probably try something different next time.
Decent priced. Dana, the server, was pleasant. I tried the Banging Breakfast Sammie - eggs, bacon, & cheese on an everything bagel. It was lacking seasoning, but it was fulfilling. The strawberry oj was good. Street and garage parking available.
I want to start by saying I will not return to this establishment. My friend ordered a vegan omelette & found ham inside. I ordered a pancake and the bottom was so burned, all you could see was black. I was in disbelief that they would even serve something so burnt. I have no other words.
We came here for my roommates bday. The place looks nice and fun, very colorful. The service was great, the girl was very nice and attentive. Unfortunately the food wasn't so great. She ordered the meat omelette which made her stomach upset (cause the egg wasn't cooked all the way) and she puked. Our other friend didn't feel the fruit was fresh on her French toast, but mushy. The manager did come to the table and apologized, gave my roommate a gc not sure she'll go back but it was very nice. I, on the other hand liked what I ordered, which was the barbacoa omelette which was so good!! Very nice and tasty!!
It was Superbowl Sunday, 2025. Two of us arrived near the Central Ave Audubon Center. It was our Sunday morning Protectors of the Salt River Yellow Stinkmet Weed Eradication Hour. Afterwards, Arrow and I came to Morning Squeeze. Mikaela, a hard working college student was our server. The. coffee was good, oat milk our creamy additive. I ordered a $2.50 slice of blueberry bread, Pastry of the Day. It was a generous, delicious slice slathered in whipped cream embellished with blueberries and cut strawberries dusted with powdered sugar. Adios A1C. Mikaela was very patient as an omelet with super crispy hash browns and French Toast were added to the tab. You get mighty hungry bending down. pulling and filling bags ful of the 2025-2035 Stinknet seeds. We refueled. It was all delicious. Smiles fill the Treasury of my heart. I got better acquainted with an interesting artist of a weed puller- poet, musician, sound engineer, photoshop wizard. Great, attentive service. Nice restaurant. My kind of Sunday morning.
The food is delicious!! The meat lover omelette is sooo good!! Every thing was good so well. The cold brew is not for me (lesson learned) the fruit was refreshing Service is great with a smile great people. The ambiance reminds me of the lower east side of Manhattan NY. Very chill and welcoming
Avocado toast was good and had good toppings on it. Service was quick and very accommodating.
Stopped into Morning Squeeze while staying nearby for business. I must say the service here is outstanding. I was warmly greeted, seated quickly and soon my order was in. Breakfast burrito no chorizo and a side of hash browns. I had delicious iced green tea to drink. The interior is nice, decent music playing and the place has a fun laid back vibe. My meal was out pretty quick and everything was fresh and delicious. The size of the burrito was generous and filling. Service was great at Morning Squeeze and I would certainly return if in the area again.
Morning squeeze is a wonderful place to eat. The establishment is very upbeat and clean. The waitresses, employees and host are very friendly! My server's name was Sahara she was very sweet and friendly. Great worker. The food was delicious! Omg the pancakes were super fluffy and soft. So tasty 10/10 I recommend this place for brunch. Great Breakfast food. Not to mention the mimosa flight was super good! Thank you so much to my server Sahara!
Very cool place in downtown phoenix. The wait was short even though there were a lot of people there. Our server was very nice even though he seemed to have a lot of tables. I got the granola French toast and it was very good. The price is pretty decent for the food. My dad got the gf pancakes and they were very good. You couldn't even tell that they were gluten free. Overall a great place that deserves a visit if you are in the area.
If you're looking for a vibrant breakfast spot in downtown Phoenix, Morning Squeeze offers a fun vibe and a diverse menu. During our visit, we tried the **Biscuits and Gravy**, which had great flavors but leaned a bit dry (we recommend asking for extra gravy to balance it out). On the sweeter side, the **Butter Cake French Toast** was a decadent treat--it truly tasted like cake! Overall, Morning Squeeze is a great choice for breakfast or brunch lovers, especially if you want a mix of hearty and sweet dishes. Just don't shy away from customizing your order to get it just right!
In town for a volleyball tournament at the convention center, it was one of the few sit down restaurants open earlier enough to feed us within walking distance. The interior is light and festive. The service was friendly. We ate there twice and the food was good. I had the veggie omelette with cheddar instead of goat cheese and it was delicious. The hash browns had enough crispy elements to keep them interesting, albeit they were under seasoned. The sourdough toast was thick, and you get only one piece cut in half. They serve it with butter and jam on the side. The second time, I ordered two eggs over easy, hash browns, sourdough toast, and bacon. Again, it all was tasty. I did order a freshly squeezed OJ the second visit, and was fresh with a nice orange slice garnish. I would definitely eat there again if staying downtown. No clue why this place wasn't packed. read more
When I drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice, the color and ambience of this restaurant is exactly what I experience. It's bright, cheerful and refreshing-just like the juice they offer. I enjoyed an omelette that was prepared just how I like it, with a side of some of the most delicious hash browns I've had in a long time. As I see with so many other great restaurants in the downtown area, these guys have dining both indoors and outdoors and has an open, airy feeling. The brightly colored walls provide cheer to start your day. Service was subdued but friendly enough. It's not the kind of place where the server is going to pull up a chair and stay awhile, but they will make sure you ahve what you need to enjoy your meal. read more
Please be aware that they don't take Apple Pay or any tap payment here to save yourself the embarrassment that I just went through. They have signs posted on every door, but obviously I did no reading. However, the restaurant bartender was very, very kind about it, and also the whole entire service staff was very welcoming. The entire process of placing my to go order was relatively painless, (other than the fact that I did not have a physical credit card and therefore had to figure out an alternative method of payment), and my food arrived within a few minutes of placing the order. Also so grateful for the tasty food which was well packaged and for the kind male server who helped me order the perfect breakfast (chicken omelettes with hash browns and a side of fruits, no toast, for a total of $19.74). I wish I had been less flustered by the entire Apple Pay situation, because despite ordering to-go, their excellent service was absolutely worthy of a tip. read more

My first impression: what is that smell? I don't know what cleaning product they used that I did not agree with, but I feel like that definitely contributed to my experience in a negative way. This was quickly superseded by timely seating by the hostess. Service is pretty much where it starts and ends as far as positive things to say. Overall, it was fine. We ordered the mimosa flight, the greek omelette, and the BLT&A. I found everything thoroughly under seasoned. The mimosa flight felt like they used room temp champagne and it was difficult to distinguish between the flavors beyond the color. The greek omelette needed salt that even the tzatziki couldn't compensate for, and the BLT&A promised black pepper-balsamic mayo that was just underwhelming. The quality of food is reflected in the lack of patrons on a Saturday mid morning. It's a bit alarming that the corner spot on a well-travelled street had a handful of people at breakfast prime time. It follows that where there is good food, there is people. And here, there was a lack of both. read more
I'm not much of a breakfast person but i'll never pass up chicken and waffles, and morning squeeze has some pretty good fried chicken and mid waffles but the chicken and gravy steal the show!! Clean restaurant, definitely a tight squeeze pun intended lol but employees are nice & make it work. Don't really have anything to complain about here. read more
Food: I wanted a good breakfast and this place has great options but I needed to keep it light because I had a lunch appointment in an hour & a half but I was starving, so I ordered the yogurt parfait, it seemed a little pricey but that sounded good, the greek yogurt with berries and granola plus blueberry bread toast on the side. It's a great choice and you can share, it's a big portion of yumminess! Service: Great and friendly Ambiance: super cute, clean & modern Price: 18 for a high-end yogurt parfait, well worth it read more

Service was great. We were able to sit dow right away. Our waitress checked in on us just the right amount. She recommended the butter cake French toast and it was amazing. I would go back just for that French toast. All of the food was good. read more

Great deal on the mimosa flight! Quick service and great location. The poached eggs on the skirt steak and eggs Benedict was over cooked. Overall it tasted great but the eggs should've been cooked less. The frisky chick was very good! read more

I stopped in here this morning for breakfast and I'm so glad I did! I was greeted right away by a really friendly waiter and sat outside (per my preference). The server was kind and very nice, and even gave me a suggestion on what I should get! I ended up ordering the Hangover Bowl (no black beans) and a flour tortilla. The food was epically good and equally as massive. I'll have 3 meals easily out of it. read more

While attending a concert in August, my wife and I had breakfast here. Our waiter, David Veng, was great. We loved the atmosphere, and the food was flavorful and fresh. I am always a fan when establishments make their own juice. I had their bloody Mary and the gypsy steak skillet. I am also a fan of having individual jam presented as it reminds me of my time visiting Paris. My wife had the overnight oats. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast! read more

Everything we ate here ROCKED. All I gotta say is: holy gluten free pancake!!! Delicious! I can't wait to eat another one of their gluten free pancakes. So so so good. I also liked that you could great fruit on top and they brought the butter out warm. I also ate the breakfast tacos, which were perfect. The potatoes were also awesome. I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice - it topped off the meal perfectly. We had what felt like a team of servers - great teamwork, for sure. Finally, I loved the look and sound of the place. Great decorations and great music. I can't wait to come back and enjoy more of their dishes! read more

I have older family visiting and we need a breakfast place. Is it too loud to accommodate people hard of hearing? If so, how cool is the outside seating?
Outside seating should work. You can probably tell how the inside seating would work for you as you need to walk in to check in with the host first.
