Morning House KBBQ is open for ALMOST 24 hours, so it is definitely an ideal option for people who want a heartier meal in the late night or early morning. I came here at like 4AM after a night out so there was barely anyone in the restaurant which made service very efficient and quick. I imagine the restaurant is more lively during the day. We got the Beef Brisket, Pork Belly, Corn Cheese, and Steamed Egg. I am not too picky with my meats at KBBQ, so I personally enjoyed the Pork Belly and Beef Brisket. I found that their Beef Brisket was still tender and juicy even after being cooked, which usually does not happen since the meat is sliced so thin that it dries up easily on the grill. The Steamed Egg was tasty! However, the Corn Cheese was alright. It kind of tasted like corn slathered in mayonnaise rather than cheese. I would probably give Morning House KBBQ a 3.5/5 stars if I could. I think I want to come back here and eat during the day to really remember the food and vibes well. read more

Once again, Morning House revamped everything to not only be an AYCE KBBQ place, not only did they also include a new sushi/ramen options with the caveat of ordering their most expensive KBBQ option, not only did Morning house has taken out their center dining section to bring in a self-serve banchan bar, but with the purchase of the A set for AYCE KBBQ they added a hotpot option as well. I do appreciate that previously, you had to order your favorite Korean comfort stews like silken tofu or soybean paste stew, but now you can get it in the self-serve section. So quite literally Morning House became schizophrenic in who they are as a restaurant including AYCE Hotpot. But this isn't the same type of hot pot like other more notable places. They don't have the same type of broths. No Szechuan style spicy broth. No tomato broth. Just some weird stuff like ramen broth or some other broths. I can't say the sauce bar thrills me too. They have a couple of staple items like crushed garlic, cilantro, and scallions, but no sesame sauce, no chili oil, no chive sauce. Peanut sauce, yum yum sauce, and a couple of other sauces that really don't fit my fancy. Otherwise, nothing is really that different other than an A and B set (no C set), the addition of sushi, ramen, udon, and hot pot. Following suit with what appears to be a trend. I will say... they have a shikhae dispenser. THEY HAVE A SHIKHAE DISPENSER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Upon entry, restaurant is very clean and there was only one other couple in here besides us so it was very calm and quiet, good music playing in the background and the server was very friendly and helpful with the menu. We started of with beef brisket and bulgogi- both smell very good while being cooked We started with water ((not our first time at a bbq, we don't want to get full right away lol)) all the side dishes are very yummy and the meats [that have seasoning] are very well seasoned. Our server is very quick and friendly, we don't feel any sort of pressure to ordering any extra dishes/ more meat. Great place for our friends on the spectrum or with social anxiety!! I definitely recommend this spot, I will be walking off this food baby at Marshall's after lol 10/10!!! Came again on Friday night to see just about the same quality of service!! Not so many people which was surprising to me good for me and my autistic gf, we LOVE this place!! They recently renovated and now have AYCE KBBQ, hot pot, and sushi. 18% Gratuity all parties no matter how many a part. This review is for anyone coming out here after 09/18/25. Food: 2/5 Service: 5/5 The ideas are all there! Morning House wants to keep up with ever changing demands of KBBQ with the hot pot and sushi and all the things others restaurants are adding to the menu. The ideas are there.. but you feel somewhat unfulfilled once you're there. It's $39.99 for AYCE KBBQ, Hot pot, and sushi or $29.99 for their basic menu and you still get access to the DIY side bar. It's important to note that you can choose the basic menu and add $5 for unlimited hot pot or sushi, but everyone in your party must opt in as well. There is a huge variety of meat selections on the menu which is great, but very overstimulating. You're left wondering what you should order next, but also concerned if it'll be any good. We opted for the $39.99 which came with a "premium box" thats worth $35. This was great to know it was a premium box, but some of the meat selections weren't quite what we were craving. Don't get me wrong, the idea is there, but just the implementation was off. We tried the AYCE hotpot and sushi as well. Sushi took a lot longer to come out and was fine, but note some are 1pc per person. Hotpot was sub par. It's new, so I see the idea they have in mind but the options were lack luster and flavorless. It might have helped if everything in the sauce bar was labeled as well. The service was great. Since it was a ghost town in there, the waiters were always asking if we needed anything and cooking the food for us. I have never had such a terrible Korean BBQ experience in my life! First of all, the service is absolutely awful, and both the owner and staff treat customers with arrogance and discrimination. The minimum charge is $29.9 for so-called "BBQ," and they only bring out two small plates at a time. I could accept that if the food was decent, but the meat was not fresh at all -- it even smelled bad! To make matters worse, the plates are ridiculously small, maybe 5 inches across. Are you kidding me? We had six people! When we ordered shrimp, they only gave us five pieces. Five!! That is beyond ridiculous. Toward the end, they served us a tiny dish, about 3 inches wide -- holy shit! The "buffet area" had nothing on it. The owner was clearly worried customers would take too much food, so he literally stood next to it watching people, muttering things under his breath. This restaurant also has a ridiculous rule: a 90-minute dining limit, starting from the moment you sit down. Yet the food comes out painfully slow, wasting most of that time. On top of that, the servers just stood around pointing fingers at guests instead of helping. Worst of all, they treated customers differently, and were especially unfriendly toward Black diners. I got the Dol Sot Bibimbap, surprised to see it on the 9.99 menu since never seen it at that price, and it was awesome. I really liked their hot sauce too - kochoojang - was much tastier than normal. I like that there are different types of AYCE that you can choose from because a lot of the times there are options that I really don't care for. We chose the $25.99 option which was a reasonable price with the amount of food and encompasses a lot of staple Korean KBBQ dishes and meats that I found was hard to search for when I was looking at other KBBQ menus nearby. We came as a party of 3 and found it strange that there is an automatic gratuity for AYCE when our party was so small and we cooked for our table the majority of the time. However, the staff was very nice and attentive. Prior to their rebranding, Morning House was my favorite place to get kbbq, but I won't be coming back often anymore. It now feels very Americanized and chain-like, while it used to be cozy and authentic. They're trying stay trendy by adding hotpot and sushi, but I think it's to the detriment of the kbbq experience. There's a buffet now instead of the sides being set on the table, you have to get up mid-meal to wait in line. Plus, buffets gross me out and I find them unsanitary, especially when children are allowed to self-serve unsupervised. On a positive note, the food was still very tasty and of decent quality like it was before, I just wish they hadn't removed the $25 "C" menu. The music change was also something I noticed. They used to play rap, but I only heard them playing top k-pop hits this most recent visit. The staff are always very courteous and they do a good job! I'm honestly really sad to no longer have a favorite kbbq spot, Morning House lost it's charm for me :( Note: This most recent time I visited while they were VERY busy, which definitely impacted my experience, as I usually visit when it's super late and nobody's there. I started coming here back in May after work late at night like around 2AM maybe even up to 4AM. It's 24hrs, yes. Restrooms are always clean when I come. Always seated right when I come in. I've been there so many times even one of the elder gentleman knows I like to order the rice cakes although it ain't in the menu and he even knows what type of meat of choice I would want to order first. Always typically come here just cause I know it's open. Also cause I don't mind going and spending money on something that is average but still enjoyable. I do notice the rebranded stuff though, caught me off guard ngl but it's still a good way to see if that is what brings more customers. Located in the same place Chow Won used to be in. IYKYK. One of very few 24hr korean bbq spots, Morning House didn't disappoint. We decided to try out the spot since it was referred by a friend. It was about $40 for the ultimate option and $35 for the other. Some options they offer that most others don't include; beef intestine, beef tongue, beef stomach, and baby octopus.. Quality of the meats were okay. Not the greatest but not the worse. Quality of the service wasn't that great either. Most of the staff, while we were there, are older Korean ladies that came off a little rude. At one point we asked for radish wraps and our waitress brought out lettuce. We told her it was fine to leave at the table and we'll eat it. After about 10 mins (we've already ate some) she takes back the lettuce and tells us she'll take it back since we're not eating it.. but we were.. and we're pretty sure she probably gave it to another table.. Besides that definitely recommend the spicy tofu soup. It was a great addition to the meal. I'm not usually a sides person but I had two bowls of it. The rice cakes isn't the usual tteokbokki you would assume to get. It's either baked or deep fried with a drizzle of sauce. Again not bad but we didn't really touch it. If you like the steamed eggs I would recommend getting it here as well. I don't usually care for it but it was actually pretty good here. Made to order so it comes out super hot and fluffy. Seasoned well and you can taste the broth that was mixed in. Very yummy. Definitely will consider coming back again in the future. Being 24hrs as well will help. read more

I been here for both Korean bbq and just regular dine in. I love that they're open 24 hours. Korean bbq has multiple varieties for AYCE. They have different varieties of beef, pork , chicken, squid, shrimp and my favorite is that they offer intestines for $25.99. If you are doing AYCE they limit you to 2 hours. So if you are planning to eat longer than two hours i recommend you to order as much meat as you want because once the time is up you cannot order anymore. One thing that really stand out here for me was the tofu soup I can truthfully say, they have the best tofu soup!! read more

I've been to morning house twice and service was good each time, the prices were reasonable and the ambiance was nice. Our third time was a bit disappointing in my opinion. I went with a relatively big group at around 8/9 pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was pretty much empty and we got seated right away. We did AYCE and our service was decent for the first hour, but it went downhill after that. Personally, I felt rushed towards the end and can feel the other employees wanting us to leave asap once our two hours were up. The meats were alright. They can't really mess up any of the sides, but at least our drinks were brought out in a timely matter. Honestly, morning house is going to be my last resort restaurant and I don't see myself coming here often. read more

The sushi options were fairly limited, but well done and tasted most excellent. The Korean sides were very tasty, fresh and very enjoyable. And the Korean barbecue was the star of the show. It included some high-end meat cuts and we have some grilled shrimp. The hard part is to stop eating when you wanna keep going. Lol. Yes they do include a service charge on your table and I guess that is because you have different people helping to cook and ensure your food is at proper temperature. They do certainly earn it. But I did find the charge lower than I normally tip so I added to it with one of the suggested options. Not a bad deal all the way around. I look through my food and find 2 more pieces of metal... when I brought it to the managers attention he explained that "it's normal" and that it came from the brushes they use to clean the grills... We initially planned to go to Zen Korean BBQ, but ran into Morning House instead thanks to GPS. We figured we would try it out and so glad we did. Food was excellent and the servers were very friendly and attentive. The beef bulgogi (our favorite) was perfect and we also enjoyed the beef belly brisket which we never had before. The prices were much more reasonable than most Korean bbq spots we've visited in the area. $29 per person AYCE. The tip was added on (20%) to the bill, but it was clearly outlined and I would've tipped that anyway since the service was great. read more

My party of 2 plus 1 child went on a tues. at about 11:30. The staff was friendly so maybe this was a different set from all of the other complained about staff in other reviews. They charge an automatic 20% gratuity. Which from my experience usually happens at mediocre establishments with not great service, however my service was good. They seem to be a little desperate for cash when they attempt to charge for a 3y.o. child. They charge for children at 3'4" (40 inches) which is strange to me. They should just charge by age not ht. Change the age limit to 4 years old for half price and be done. I have two sons and when they were children my younger son was always taller than his older brother, so in this scenario i would have been paying half price for a 2.5 y.o. who was very tall for his age. The meat was very tasty and fatty as bbq meat should be. I especially liked the green tea pork belly and the seasoned steak. The tofu stew was very flavorful, not bland at all. The marinated onions, salad and the radish onion dish were my go to aide dish options. I did not enjoy the kimchi as it was too sweet and not spicy enough for my tastes. The complaint about not being able to eat ayce unless all your party ordered it did not apply to my table that day. My daughter in law declined to eat and I was still allowed to order ayce bbq. She did not eat anything and I dont know if they watched her or not. We were not harassed or questioned. She sat and talked with me as I ate my food with no problems from staff at all. I was given a cup of ice and a bottled drink of coke. I prefer it that way. You get the original formula drink and no one mixing up the straws and cups. Overall i believe you get what you give. Waiters are human and give human responses. If you are rude and entitled stay your booty cakes at home and dont expect others to put up with your nonsensible behavior. It also amazes me how often people are finding hair in food here, all of these instances can't be true. Some people want a discount and will do anything to get one. Some people will also post exaggerated negative reviews in an attempt to hurt businesses because they feel slighted. There may be roaches here but I didnt see any when dining. I can assure you that roaches are in most eating establishments in GA. and the fact that they have a 100% compliance score indicates no infestation seen by inspectors, who are hopefully honest in their reports. I rarely have bad interactions with staff. The few times I have had rude things happen i will gently ask for a manager, explain the situation and request that I be moved or ask for another waiter. Being a customer doesnt entitle you to be rude to someone based on your opinion of their behavior nor does their rudeness entitle you to a discount. If you feel slighted...dont return to the restaurant. Above all things I enjoyed my meal and the service i was given. That was my only expectation and the staff met it. read more

Alright Yelpers, this place has updated their menu and dine-in rules. A option has 81 yes 81 different options where B option has about 41. Although the prices have changed, A being more expensive than the B option, they are adding on a 20% gratuity to all checks. They advertise that the B option is $25.99 but with the added gratuity, you're still paying the old price. Usually when businesses do that, its because too many guests in the past weren't tipping enough; this is to keep the business afloat and their employees paid. Two B options plus a drink and added gratuity was $74. Pretty steep for 2 people... But no different than Breakers, 678 or Miss Gogi. I'll still frequent here since it remains 24/7, the staff is super friendly and helpful (one of the guys was super handsome, we had a nice convo about Nascar ).
