Called Jeremy again for a second job, this time we bought a new couch and needed our old one removed. Because of my work schedule, our time frame was limited. I sent Jeremy a text, he called me back immediately. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but he rearranged his schedule to come the same day I called him. He and Tommy showed up at my apartment and the job was over in 5 minutes. Not only is he quick and efficient, he couldn't be more personable. Although I'm sure he does countless jobs and meets hundreds of people each year, he still remembered me and my family, and even asked if I went to the places he recommended when we first moved to this state 8 months ago! Since the jump, Jeremy was responsive, helpful, and attentive. My wife and I were moving from Peabody to Danvers, not too tough of a move, but a lot of stuff to bring up a flight of stairs. Jeremy called me an hour and a half before the move to check in, and let me know that he was sending two of his best guys. Tom and Tommy showed up on time, assessed the move, and began bringing the boxes to the truck. They packed the truck efficiently, took care of valuable items, had a great attitude, and were amazing. They got us back into our new townhouse quickly and were great to talk to the entire day. I cannot recommend Morgan & Son highly enough. We had an extensive move-out, along with a ton of junk removal and they worked like beasts to get everything out in a timely fashion. We trusted them to pack our POD and take out nearly 8 years of accumulated "stuff" that we no longer needed or wanted and they did it so efficiently and quickly, at a very fair price, no less. I reached out to Morgan and Son to take away an old desk of mine. It was a heavy, solid thing that wouldn't fit through the front door, but they were more than happy to take it apart in my living room an haul it away piece by piece. I figured I'd leave it up to the pros so I wouldn't hurt myself. They were fast, courteous, and quoted me a great price. They were clean, too, even though there was some disassembly required. I called them for a yard clean up. i had 20+ years of construction debris, tree limbs, just tons of stuff that had to go. The men showed up on time. They got to work immediately.
