I used Home Resolution's website to contact them. I typed a brief message along with my contact information. I didn't expect to hear from them right away but I was completely surprised! Dustin called me within a few hours and came out for the estimate on my roof the next day. Due to a wind storm, I needed my roof to be patched until I could get it fully replaced. The weather was still too cold for roofing. Home Resolution came out within a few days after the estimate and patched the roof. The awesome thing was Dustin absorbed the cost of the patch work into the cost of replacing my entire roof. I have to say with all honesty Dustin gave me a good feeling when I first talked to him and throughout the entire process. He is very professional and easy to talk to. As promised, as soon as the weather got good, Dustin gave me a call and came out to replace my roof. The work they did took a few days but keep in mind they had to remove several layers of roof on my house and replace the roof on my shed. I would definitely recommend Home Resolutions. After seeing good reviews online, I contacted Dustin about doing some minor roof repairs. He called me back the same day and then came out a few days later to look at my roof. He gave me several different options depending on how much I wanted to spend. I knew I wanted him to fix the cap shingles on the peak and he quoted his rate for that work over the phone before he came. He pointed out some areas of the roof to monitor but did not make a hard sell--he said if I wasn't seeing any leaks he didn't want to possibly make things worse. He came back when he promised, did the work quickly and cleaned everything up before he left. It took him a bit longer to do the repairs than he expected, but he didn't charge me any extra. We were THRILLED with the work that Dustin and his crew at Home Resolutions did on our roof. Our house was built in 1910 and has very steep gables. It was a relief to see the workers using the highest standard in safety precautions so that worry was not on our shoulders. Everything went off exactly as promised, from show-up, set-up to clean-up.
