The added touch of a notary makes it an easy one stop shop vs dealing with other large competitors where it becomes somewhat of a chore to deal with. The guy at the service was excellent in helping get some large files scanned and some copies. The machines need some repair. It's quite expensive to scan at .55 a page. It worked out for getting a project done but it was tedious and pricey.
