Lemon goo bar? Delicious but i think i received the plain one. Different layers of sweet, creamy, crumbly, crunchy.

Busy lunchtime crowd. Lots of hot bar offerings. I ordered the lunch special. 1 meat and 2 veggies. I chose Ropa Vieja, sweet potatoes and spinach. Plenty of food. Music playing. Festively decorated for Christmas. They need a dining room attendant because the tables are messy and i had to walk back across restaurant and ask for a fork since they were out. Food was tasty, especially the sweet potatoes. The desserts looked divine as per usual but i did not divulge this time. Plenty of leftovers. Def a decent hot meal on a chill December day.

Im really usually here for the guava turnovers and anything else sweet. My aunt loves their chicken and rice but I have a sweet tooth, so yeah, I go to a bakery for baked goods. I like tge atmosphere, they can be very busy on the weekends and during the lunch rush. Everyone I encountered was very nice and warm. My daughter and I love this bakery for our girl dates.

The moment you step into Moreno bakery your senses is assaulted with the smells and tastes of Cuban/Latin cooking. Sometimes I wish they could capture this scent in a candle; I'd buy a dozen. The braised pork is delish. The chicken in yellow rice is outstanding. The meat empanadas are soooo good! They have Cuban sandwiches on two different style breads and you can build your own sandwich. Then there is the bakery side. Miles of shelves with soooo many baked goods. The fudge brownie cookies are fantastic!!

Busy for a Sunday morning. Great coffee quick pastries and hot food available. We had the breakfast sandwich and cafe con leche as well as a few pastries. Delicious fresh and quick. Don't hesitate to try them if you are in the area.

Literally my favorite bakery in Brandon. The tres leche top tier the best I've event had. They didn't have the pineapple upside down cake which is too two for me. The original cannolis were not available which is number 3 for me. But I was able to get my number one the tres leche so it was a successful trip. There is seating inside and they also have a hot bar with Cuban food. The service is great but they do move fast it can get busy.

Came in for lunch with my mother and she got the steak sandwich and I got the Cuban sandwich and I have to say her sandwich was far superior to mine. Not to say that my sandwich was bad just liked her sandwich much better. I will say they have the best desserts! We received our sandwiches in a timely manner. Always enjoy visiting Moreno's Bakery.

Can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area! Paramos aquí a desayunar antes de ir a la playa y pedimos un sándwich de salami y queso en pan de agua. El personal fue súper amable y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Incluso tenían a su hijo entrenando y lo estaba haciendo excelente. The space is spacious with plenty of indoor seating, and the service was quick and efficient. I tried the media noche sandwich made with their sweet pan sobao bread, along with their coffee and a cheese pastry. The pastry was huge and tasted really good, but the texture was a bit off for me. It was overly flaky, which made it messier than usual to eat. Don't get me wrong--it was still delicious, just a little harder to manage! As for the sandwich, it didn't quite hit the mark. It wasn't bad, but it felt like it was missing something--maybe just a better balance overall of the ingredients. That said, I think the prices here are great, especially considering the portion sizes. I'd definitely come back to try other sandwiches and explore more of their sweet treats. There's a lot on the menu that looks promising!

I went with a sprinkle cookie with icing, and it was perfect. I love icing so sweet it makes me shudder, and makes my teeth feel like they are about to fall out, and this hit all those benchmarks. We were told that while the cookies are made in house, the ice cream is not; however, it is made by a local dairy (ice creamery?) and brought in fresh. Go here eat cookies be happy!

They sell pastries, desserts, breads, sandwiches, and more. It's great that they are close to home. I absolutely love their guava & cheese quesitos. They are so delicious! I'm not usually a fan of this combination, but I love this particular version. Maybe because the cheese filling is sweeter. They also have strawberry and pineapple turnovers. I've only had the pineapple which I haven't seen in this area. It was great! The guava pastries are also a winner. I'd go back many more times just for these items alone. The mallorca wasn't my favorite. It's good, but it's more of a bread consistency than a sweet roll. The cheese and guava on top was very good. It was just too dense in my opinion. But hey, what do I know? I'm just a Puerto Rican gringa whose parents were born on the island. I'm guessing there are two different versions. The version that I know (and my mother loved) is the softer one that is more like a sweet roll. I've also had better ham & cheese mallorca sandwiches. However, I will try their other sandwiches and fritter appetizers for lunch one day. Other than that, everything else I've tried was wonderful. I love that the turnover and pastries are flaky and full of flavor, unlike some other bakeries. They are perfect! I do want to try the donuts and tornillos. I also want to try the breads. There will definitely be more visits, and very soon.

This family-run spot, led by Ken and Andi, delivers an inviting experience with its open-air chicken coop, vibrant fruit trees, and a cozy farmstand open Thursday through Sunday. With its standout cinnamon rolls, homemade jellies, and the option to pop in for a quick treat during the day, Wingspread Farm earns a solid five stars. The baked goods are the heart of the menu, crafted from scratch with natural ingredients and no preservatives. The cinnamon rolls are legendary, rich Danish pastry swirled with sweet cinnamon filling and topped with a creamy glaze that melts in your mouth, available fresh on Saturdays. Pecan sticky buns ooze with gooey caramel and crunchy nuts, while the rotating selection of cookies in flavors like chocolate chip or unique specialties keeps things exciting. The artisan bread lineup shines with French baguettes that are crusty outside and soft inside, plus Hungarian soft milk bread that's perfect for toasting. Farm-fresh eggs from uncaged chickens add a protein-packed touch, and the seasonal produce, like mangoes, guavas, limes, and avocados from on-site trees, brings the garden to your plate. Don't miss the homemade jams and jellies--guava strawberry or habanero mango varieties burst with authentic fruit flavors, made without chemicals for a pure, tangy spread. Savory options like Hungarian salami and fine cheeses round out the offerings, making it easy to build a picnic or charcuterie board. The value comes from the freshness and variety, with generous portions that feel indulgent yet approachable. You can swing by during the day for a single cinnamon roll or jar of jelly, ideal for a quick coffee break or snack run, with the farmstand's laid-back setup encouraging relaxed browsing. Compared to big-box bakeries, Wingspread's handmade quality and local sourcing make every item feel special without excess. They even have several options for those gluten intolerant like my wife and daughter. The service is personal and heartfelt, with Ken and Andi greeting visitors like old friends, sharing stories about their sustainable practices or the chickens roaming freely. They're quick to offer samples or tips on pairing bread with their jellies, creating a community vibe that's as nourishing as the food. The farm is clean and disability-friendly, with paved paths and covered seating for comfortable lingering, plus the joyful sight of chickens doing their thing adds a fun, kid-friendly element. Wingspread Farm is more than a bakery; it's a slice of rural joy in Valrico. Whether grabbing a quick pastry or stocking up on eggs and produce, the wholesome treats and welcoming spirit make every visit delightful. For its exceptional baked goods, fresh farm offerings, and genuine hospitality, Wingspread Farm gets five stars. It's a must-visit for anyone craving artisan flavors and a touch of farm life.
