Saturday 9/14/2024 Came across this spot while looking for cinnamon rolls around the tampa area. I saw that they had regular cinnamon rolls and blueberry cinnamon rolls which sounded really good. I called around their 8 am opening time to make an order for 2 cinnamon rolls ($5 per cinnamon roll) and was meant by kind and helpful service that somehow became even better when in person. The service was honestly exceptional and definitely some of the best I've experienced. The ambiance and location was a cool farm area with a small hut type of building to order items. The cinnamon roll was pretty good: it was soft, fluffy, and fresh out the oven. They reminded me of the ones served back in the day at cicis pizza. The size of them could've been a bit bigger for the $5 price tag but that's just a tiny nitpick. All in all, my experience at wingspread farm was pretty good one: the cinnamon rolls were good and the service was wonderful. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the blueberry cinnamon rolls as they were still baking for another 2 hours which is understandable but maybe next time.

Local flavored honey added to my matcha! Yum!

I was in the area and saw great reviews. So, I had to stop. Very clean and organized. Quite the variety and fresh! Wow! The cinnamon rolls were so fluffy and good. Several flavors were available. I got some fresh out of the oven and refrigerated to bring home. I also picked an assortment of double pack cookies, danishes (guava and lemon were my favs), and some local honey. The honey was available in so many flavors but I chose lavendar, blueberry, and elderberry. I add these to my matcha for sweetener and flavor. Also, the guava jelly was delicious! The gentleman was very attentive and kind. Highly recommend to swing in and pick up some goodies! I will definitely be back.

Amazing!! I can't believe it's so close to where I live. I honestly didn't know it existed until a week ago. I wish I had known sooner. This hidden gem of a farm is on Pearson Road in Valrico. You wouldn't even know it was there without the signs out front. They are open Thursday through Sunday. They have various breeds of chickens, and it's a delight to watch them all living in their own habitat. They even have their own salad bar. They take great care of these chickens. You can totally see that when you visit their farm. There are many fruit trees that include mango, lime, guava, fig, avocado, papaya, and many more that I didn't get to see. They sell eggs, jelly, jams, relishes, pickled veggies, pasta, cheese, and seriously the best baked goods around. I bought 2 baguettes and a Minky's banana chocolate chip bread loaf that my husband and I ate in less than 2 days. The guava jelly is simply amazing! Forget about the store bought Goya jellies. This guava jelly is the real deal. So much flavor, and all natural. I went back the following weekend to get more jelly, and to try the cookies. They name their cookies after their chickens (Minnie, Scrappy, Bessie, et al). I just think it's so smart and cute. I mean, it's their eggs being used so why not? I love it!! The oatmeal raisin and raspberry shortbread cookies were great. I can't wait to go back. I may actually start placing pre-orders for breads and cinnamon rolls. It seems that they sell out of baked goods quickly. I'll need to stay informed of when to order by looking at their FB page. They do accept both cash and credit cards. I'm hoping to one day get a jar of their candied papaya soaked in syrup. My grandmother used to make that for the family. That would be a real treat for me. Unfortunately, the papaya isn't mature and ripe yet. However, I did score 3 fresh out the oven baguettes on my 2nd visit which made my husband very happy. What an awesome place to get fresh from the farm items! Thank you Ken & Andi for providing such great products!

It all started when we checked in and got our first cup of feed for the day. A short stroll over to their petting zoo led us straight to the donkeys, goats, and some of their youngest Highlands. We strolled around their petting zoo while we wait for our tour to start. After a proper introduction to all of the animals in the petting zoo, we loaded onto a tractor driven by an infant and a farm dog and were taken farther onto the property and there they were! There were at least a dozen Highlands ready for eating! We were given buckets with pellets and the feeding began! Feeding the cows was absolutely hilarious. Loved to see all their wildly different personalities. Some a gentle as a butterfly, some charging at you like a bull after a red flag! We loaded back up on the tractor (yes, the baby was still driving) and headed back to the front where, thankfully, there was a handwashing station. What a fun and funny experience on this close knit family farm!

About an hour and 15minute drive from orlando , this cute family owned and operated farm is fun for a few hours. The country roads are so peaceful and there are plenty of parking spaces. The owners live on the property and are so nice. We got to play with their 2 little ones ( one a new born ) and they are so knowledgeable. There are wash stations and Porta potties on site so it's easy for parents with kids. They don't serve food but do have cold water and lemonade for sale and you can purchase cute little souvenirs as well. They have chickens, goats, alpacas, several Hyland cows and a beautiful horse on property. We stayed for about 2 hours as there is much else to do after feeding the animals and taking photos. They are not open year round so you have to catch them on Instagram when tickets go on sale. I purchased mine back in August !! Go get your Hyland cow on and enjoy the fall weather in plant city, don't forget there are a lot of cool farms and places to eat local as well.

What an amazing little gem of a place. It's the kind of roadside attraction reminiscent of old Florida, but that history hasn't managed to forget. Thank goodness! This is a great attraction for the whole family. Lots of animals, play areas for the kids, and a ride around the farm in a monster truck/bus to view old citrus groves and search for Bigfoot. For me, the best part was the opportunity to interact with Lemurs and Capybaras. This was the best part of visit! Don't pay those absurd prices for those 'Capybara Cafes' popping up where $100 get you coffee in a room with them. Here, for a fraction of the cost, you get up close contact and interaction. The animal interactions fill up quickly, so get there early.

We also took a ride on the monster truck, which was a little disappointing as it was just a ride around the farm and we thought it was very pricey. I would say that this outing is geared mostly towards younger children. There is also a gift shop with fruit wines, honey candies, cookies, and a myriad of different things to purchase. I would definitely go back again, but maybe on a cooler day.

While it presented fewer picturesque photo opportunities, the immense activities scattered throughout the property are enough to keep kiddos of almost every age busy. And there are some fun activities for adults to partake in, especially the ball throwing (tennis balls, footballs, and basketballs) and the pedal carts, which are too heavy for most kids to pedal. My son (and his bestie) loved the big slide (they went down it 20+ times), giant bounce pillow, and duck races. The petting zoo is an awesome option for animal lovers, and the hay ride (while we didn't do it) had quite a long line. They have a tricky corn maze, Tug of War for those willing, swings, and a lot of small side games for people to check out while wandering the farm. There are plenty of food options including an adorable Silo bar in the center, pouring brews and other drinks. One of the trucks was cash only, so we didn't order from them, but the other vendors were set up with Square or other payment methods. Tickets for entry to their Fall event were about $18 per person (3 years+ require a ticket) and it included parking. I will definitely bring my kiddo back next year as this was a nice change of scenery from Sweet Fields (which we did two years in a row).

The farm itself is huge, we plan to go back for their day time activities, as the fright night tickets are a separate event - there's a lot to do, a playground area with a slide and swings, some carnival-type games, a bounce area, pumpkin patch/barn to pick some pumpkins, a Silo styled bar that's pretty awesome looking, a corn maze, tons of photo ops, and there's food on site as well. We went at night, so the heat wasn't a factor for us - it was actually beautiful weather. There weren't any signs telling us where to go from the entrance for the fright night stuff, so we sort of just wandered the farm until we found it. The paths are sandy, so there's a lot of dust kicked up with everyone walking around - you will go home with dust coating your nostrils and all inside your shoes. The fright night stuff was towards the back of the farm, there's a haunted house and a few haunted attractions that were pretty awesome. I didn't expect there to be so much to do, but the different haunted attractions were a blast for us and our kiddo. They really went above and beyond with the spooky decor. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. We'd come back for the fright night for sure, and can't wait to check them out for their regular hours.
