came here for lunch with the family. got the lamb stew at a reasonable price. the meat was tender but I think the broth was lacking. but it was still good for food court stew.

LOVE this place for fresh hand-pulled noodles. I've been going here for about 2 years, and it has never disappointed me. Every time I go I get the Biang Biang noodles which have the most delicious broth that is super rich but not too heavy at all. It also comes with the most tender pork belly that just melts in your mouth...and some veggies too of course. This time I also tried the Splashing Chili Oil Noodles and I think I like the sauce on this one even better than the Biang Biang broth which is crazy because both are so good. It has a bit more of the vinegar flavor which I love and then everything else is just so good. It doesn't have any meat but you can order some meat on the side or even tendon. Love this place. Quick service. Well priced. Definitely always coming back.

Morefan is one of many restaurants inside the food court next to the Asian supermarket. I had to try their spicy beef tendon noodle soup which I have not seen on the menu anywhere else in town. On a Friday at noon, there was no line so I was able to order immediately. About 5 mins later, my buzzer went off and I was able to pick up my soup. My first impression was that the tendon and beef looked different (the tendon looked drier and the beef was in slices vs. chunks) than other photos I had seen on Yelp. The soup had a *very* healthy portion of noodles - probably a little more than one person should eat for lunch but I finish them all. The noodles had a nice toothsome texture. There was also plenty of tender pieces of delicious tendon. I wish there had been more beef though. My only criticism was that the broth itself was somewhat lacking in depth of flavor. But overall, I still recommend this dish if you enjoy tendon!

#4 Biangbiang Noodle, great noodle texture, add black vinegar n chili oil for better flavor

Delicious hand-pulled noodles! Huge portion and definitely a hidden gem "hiding" inside this small Legacy Food Court!!! I have heard of this place for a little while now, but rarely go up this way, so it took us forever to finally give them a try. We have been looking for thick, hand-pulled noodle ever since we had a taste of X'ian Famous Food in NYC. Morefan's noodle is definitely the most similar to XFF. The noodle is wide, with a nice mix of soft and chewy texture. Their portion could easily feed 2 people. Especially if you plan on getting couple dishes from other vendors as well. The flavor however, could use a bit enhancement with added black vinegar and spicier/better flavor chili oil. I'm a bit spoiled by XFF, but until XFF decides to open a location here in TX, Morefan would have to do!

Food - 4 Service - 4 Value - 5 I've come here a couple of times now, and I have to say the Biang Biang Noodles here are the star of the show. The other dishes are serviceable, but I would not come here for any of the other dishes. With this being said, the Biang Biang Noodles can get quite salty near the end so this is a place where splitting the noodles with my wife and then ordering another dish or appetizer/side to split is our preferred menu set. Word of warning, beware the Wanton Soup!

I follow a group on Facebook that highlights Asian food, and this one looked so promising with their hand pulled noodles. This is an a place that I would think of to go to because it is located in a grocery store food hall, but this place was so much better than expected. Me and three friends came here and we tried: Biang Biang Noodles, rougamo, spicy beef noodle soup, and vegetables and pork over rice. My favorite dish was definitely the biang biang noodles. The flavor was really good, and the hand pulled noodles were a great consistency. The spicy beef noodle soup had a really good flavor also but the Szechuan numbing spice was a little powerful for my taste. The meat also was just purely tendon, I would have thought it would have some real meat to it. The dish also usually comes with a pickled cabbage that really elevates the dish, but they didn't have the right one here. The vegetable and pork over rice was the same topping from the biang biang noodles, but my vote was for the noodles, and the rougamo was ok to me, but the boys loved it. Overall I would come back here if I was ever craving hand pulled noodles or a good hearty soup.

At last! I've found quality hand-pulled noodles in Dallas and I'm obsessed - the texture of the giant noodles, the flavor of the meat, the sauce. I'm salivating for their Biang Biang noodle and I can't wait to go back and get more!! The amount of heat was Perfect for me so if you love spicy food, you may need to add more chili oil! Wasn't expecting $10/bowl since it's a stall in a food court but worth every penny!! I also love that they use real bowls instead of the plastic reusable ones!

This place is tucked in a food court. You get a buzzer when you order to notify you the food is ready. The flavors here are so good and the food was super delicious. We got the biang biang noodles and loved it. The noodles soaked up the sauce perfectly and it wasn't too oily or spicy. The marinated pig ears were also tasty but marinated eggs were a little light. The portions were big so these just these were enough for 2 people.

We heard so many good things about this place so decided to give it a try tonight. We got the Baing Baiang Noodles and the spicy beef noodles. Both were so good! The noodles were freshly hand pulled and absolutely delicious! The big flats noodles incorporated really well with the sauce. They were chewy and very tasty. They serve in this gigantic bowl that's big enough to feed two people. I heard it's Shaanxi cuisine which is a bit similar to Sichuan but a lighter flavor to it. Definitely a place I will keep coming back.

Get the Biang Biang Noodles! (I would type it in Chinese but that's not possible...) \\ biang biang noodles - fresh chewy hand-pulled noodles that can be probably even a foot long - a wee spicy kick accompanies the other savory umami tastes - hearty chunks of soy sauce-infused sweet pork belly are just the right size to be not too greasy for one bite - don't wear white because it can be splashy... - definitely can be shared with a friend You can add a 肉夹馍 (Rougamo) to make a $12 combo. Mo is a little like an English muffin, a little like pita bread... which makes this a little like a really really juicy and flavorful hamburger. I also tried a little of the Pork and Hot and Sour noodle soup. Those noodles are also chewy and appear to be handmade. This is the first place I've seen in the metroplex that specializes in Xi'an cuisine, and it's fantastic that they do it so well. Do indulge, but maybe not too often. At less than $10 a bowl, it's a great deal for lunch! Bring cash just in case you don't hit the $10 limit for credit card.

This time I tried their biang biang noodles, and it's probably my favorite menu item here. The meat was so tender and the noodle texture was perfect. Honestly, the noodle texture might be my favorite thing about this dish. I should've mixed it together before taking the pic lol so it looks like it's just a bunch of those peas and carrots, but they really do give you quite a bit of meat. I'm not the biggest fan of the (probably) frozen peas and carrots, but the noodles and pork were still amazing. To be honest, the rougamo isn't worth the price it's at, so I just recommend the liang pi and biang biang noodles!

Hot & Sour Pork Noodle Soup Very
    Anna C.

I have bookmarked this place for a long time and has high hopes for this place. Their signature Biang biang noodle is great! It has a good amount of tang and spice on very audente fresh noodle! I could slurp that all day! It's very refreshing. The hot and sour noodle is a bit too strong for me- the soup itself is very spicy and has a very strong spices to it that is overwhelming (and numbing). I typically love spicy food but the combination of their special spice mix with the acidity was too much for me - but I could see how others may enjoy this! I also though the noodle was too soft and it got soggy. The pork was nothing special - I am sure this is how it is as a regional dish.

A spicy chinese noodle shop that far exceeded my expectations…read more Jin was an exceptionally attentive employee who would often check up on us and top off our waters. Excellent service despite having no reason to, since we ordered through a qr code located on the tables. I don't write about customer service unless it was genuinely something that was worth telling people. He gave us a good rundown of the situation of the restaurant and provided an in-depth explanation of the menu for my first time there. He gave us plenty of options to choose from and explained what consisted in each of the dishes. Which helped us ultimately make our choices and I enjoyed every single dish. The interior was well decorated with modern/futuristic reflective aesthetics. A great touch that made me love it even more was the dimming bags put over the spotlights adorned around the ceiling to help cut down on glare and make it a bit more comfortable to enjoy the atmosphere. The mixed vegetable salad was a very pleasant blend of sweet, savory, and Sichuan spice. I originally was going for the cucumber but I was interested in more variety and opted to try more of what they had to offer. It still hit as a refreshing appetizer to complement our other dishes. 9/10 The black pepper noodles were actually amazing with how it balanced out a lot of strong, potentially overwhelming flavors. The black pepper was perfectly seasoning the fiery stir fried bell pepper and noodles. The beef played a great supporting role to elevate the dish without making it all about itself. 8.5/10 The Number 1 rice noodles in soup was powerful without being indulgent. The flavors hit hot and hard but still savory and tastefully diverse. Jin recommended it as the noodles have a very pleasant chew and had a diverse plating with bok choy, pickled mustard, and an egg to top it off. 8.5/10 Overall I enjoyed this place completely and will 100% return when I come back to Texas.
