Hannah is incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to work with my existing microbladed eyebrows to ensure everything blended naturally with my face structure. The brow lamination also caused the hairs to clump together awkwardly, and I was given no aftercare instructions after the appointment. I later learned that aftercare is an important part of brow lamination services. I reached out to the studio afterward asking how this could be corrected and asking for clarification on aftercare, but my messages have gone unanswered. Mistakes can happen, but being ignored after spending money on a service and leaving unhappy with the result has been extremely frustrating.
