Before any needle touches your face she asks if you are happy and will explain what she's doing at each step so you feel comfortable Each session is a little long so be prepared to bring headphones or fall asleep. I was so scared to go back to extensions after a couple incidents with allergic reactions at other lash places but Anh was soo helpful when I first reached out to her. She suggest I start with just a mini set to see if I had any reactions and educated me about what I might be sensitive to. No reactions and I have come back to her each time with fantastic results! Recently had my nails done by Van and she is definitely my new favorite! I originally came in for acrylics but she advised I try the dip powder instead. Now I love it way more than acrylics! They feel more lightweight and took less time to complete. In my experiences in the past with other nail techs I've had issues with the shaping (being the protectionist I am) and constantly had to tell them to make some nails more even. I never had to ask Van to fix anything once! I explained what I wanted the first time and she was right on point. Everything was evenly shaped and she did it super fast! It's convenient to work and I was still looking for a place to be my go to spot. Van is amazing!! I had been getting my lashes done for years in LA, from someone who I thought did a good job...after moving to Seattle I found Anh and unbeknownst to me the prior lash jobs were really bad and unhealthy! Anh removed the bad job and gave me a fresh set, and the rest is history. Anh does such an amazing job - she really cares about the health of her clients' lashes and uses the best quality products. You can tell because I am super active and actually quite rough with my lashes and they last until my next fill appointment! Also, my eyes are never itchy or irritated from the products she uses. Went to Busy Bee to get my nails done and it was the BEST manicure I have had in a long time. She actually looked at my cuticles before getting them wet, something I find nail technicians don't often do. The studio was cute and quaint, set up to be one-on-one. I've been seeing Ahn for my lashes since the studio opened. Ahn is Ah-mazing! I'm forever loyal to her because I always leave with stunning lashes. She not only verbalizes how strongly she feels about providing high quality lashes, she actually delivers that. I've come to know this not by a claim she's made on one occasion but throughout the time I've gotten to know her. It is of utmost importance to Ahn that her work is nothing less than perfect.
