The work healed blotchy and I was left scarred to look at myself in the mirror everyday with handy work done by my ex's mistress. In my initial 2020 appointment, Amber saved me from wearing eyebrows that were over plucked and having to redraw them every day (elder millennial here!), then years later comforted me at a time where I was extremely vulnerable. She took the time to correct the brow work that had scarred me, both literally and figuratively. She is a genuine human being and her work is out of this world. She uses pigments that are healthy for your skin and she takes the time to frame your face. I'm on day 2 of the healing process, and Amber walked through all of the post-care steps with me after she had finished. She also was great at walking me through what would happen during the procedure, and what I could expect during and afterward. I only have one minor piece of feedback - it would've been nice to be reminded of the pre/post-care prep a week out or so; I totally forgot about the details by the time the appointment rolled around, so had to adjust my plans accordingly. But everything else was phenomenal! If driving there, I suggest giving yourself a 15-20 minute buffer to park and walk up to the office. The lashes I've gotten done by her are far and away better than anywhere else I've gotten them done- they are super full and long while looking natural and they also last a lot longer than other sets I've gotten (like easily three times longer). The process is super soothing and relaxing, if you have sensitive eyeballs you'd be in good hands here. I also love that everything is vegan and she gives great instructions for aftercare- in the past I've been told not to get my eyelashes wet ever (?) but she even gives you special lash shampoo for upkeep. The lashes are so pretty that I swear Beki has saved me hours of time of getting ready each morning because I pretty much just roll out of bed ready to go!
