I had the powder brow and classic eyeliner done and am very happy with the results. It has been over a week now and the healing process is going great. I won't lie, tattooing the eyeliner was not pleasant and my eyes were sore for a couple of days. But it was totally worth it. This review is for my lip liner tattoo result. I like how she did my lip blushing (upper and lower lips) but when I came back to do a lip liner tattoo on my lower lip, the result was disappointing! She used an almost invisible color to draw a line on my lower lip to create a lip liner and did the tattoo, but after a few days, no more lip liner. It was completely gone. No trace of ever a lip liner tattoo on it. read more

I highly reccomend Permanent Joy ! What I was looking for: I'm master esthetician and for me it is very important that the treatment room is very clean! Veronika is on point on that! And I heard it from my actual clients and only after that I decided to give it a try :) Veronika is such a sweetheart! She went to school in Europe and brought her amazing skills to Seattle, thank you girl for that !) Because I really needed to do a cover up for my previous eyebrows permanent make up. Long story short: I had microblading 5 years ago which left me with scars and afterwards another tattoo just shading which went from warm brown to deep ugly grey! Noone could help me and I'm very picky with my eyebrows! I needed to trust the provider! Veronika spend 7 hours with me !!! To make my eyebrows very beautiful and even, my skin didn't want to suck in any pigment but thanks to Veronika and after her 7 hours work - boom! Cover up worked out. Usually it takes 2 hours to get eyebrows done, but my case was very bad..... I lived in Hawaii before, sun exposure and different pigment that went grey.. it is very difficult to cover up grey back to warm brown! Which Veronika did and my eyebrows looking already fabulous only after 1 session with her ! And she have such a great accessories to make you juve and cozy. She have a lot of good boosters even a pillow under your back because by laying down few hours on the bed you wanna be cozy and also she have blankets! No one ever before cared about me like she did. I'm struggling with a severe acne on my right temple, Veronika was kind enough to do her best to avoid touching this area it is very difficult to do eyebrows permanent tattoo by avoiding to touch the temple! I really appreciate it. Her office is located in Ballard, Mosaic salon. It's a very nice and luxury looking salon, clean restrooms. After your appointment you can go to any cafe close by and enjoy some nice food, I really like the Ballard area :) I'm so happy I found you Veronika! I can't wait for my next appointment with you! What I loved the most - she gives you in the end the cute print out instruction with her logo and some samples to use throughout the healing process! I wanted to wait a while before giving my feedback because I wanted to make sure my reactions and feelings were settled in authenticity rather than just feeling excited. So, here's the TSLR; I love my stardust eyeliner and Veronika rocks. I had actually been told about Veronika by a friend due to her eyebrow work. I was drawn to the eyeliner option the most though as, someone who is asian and white, my monolid(ish) structure made every eyeliner smudge. I looked like a panda on the daily (not a bad thing, but not really a goal. Veronika was so supportive and I felt really safe working with someone so knowledgeable. Her desire to help her clients and give them teaching about what the process would look like and feel like and match what I envisioned made me feel like I was in really good hands. I love not applying eyeliner daily, but still feeling like I'm some degree of put together at any moment. I really like how natural it is and the bit of a shadow that makes it feel... Idk, just cute I guess? My first session was smoother than the second. I had a lot of inflammation (I don't drink and I had stopped my nsaids so it was likely stress.) I made an appointment two weeks in advance and gave myself plenty of time to find the place, or so I thought. First, I booked an appointment with Veronica at Permanent Joy. The name of the salon is Mosiac, so do not bother looking for PJ. Second, I called at 5 minutes past my appointment time to try to get directions as I was walking around the block trying to find PJ. I finally get to speak with Veronica and she tells me that she has limited time and I am now 15 Minutes late. I meet her at the door and she said she has 5 minutes for a patch test but if you want to talk she would have to do that another time. I apologized for Being late and she practically runs down the hall and tells me to hurry up. This is my face I am entrusting Veronica with, so I immediately said. Stop, no thank you, I will just go. This was not only a shock, but an eye opener to spread the word about how not to treat people. We are all people and should be kind to each other.
