Got a matching tattoo with my sister and then i also got a sternum tattoo all done by Michelle. She was the most patient and professional tattoo artist that i have ever met. Went in for flash day and got 4 tattoos. 2 of my tattoos are patchy/disappearing so I reached out in hopes of getting them touched up. I was told if I wanted to come in it would be 6-8 weeks and I would also have to pay a fee for touch ups. I questioned this because it didn't seem right since I paid almost $400 for my small tattoos. They stated I would still have to pay the fee if I wanted it touched up and at least "out of 4 tattoos 2 of them healed well". I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to get bad quality tattoos and pay them extra to fix their mistakes. But the tattoo artist was very nice but just not good business practices. read more

BEST DECISION EVER! I am a survivor of the nineties over-plucked brow era AND I have really fair hair so my brows consisted of little to no hair that was barely visible anyway. I would spend a lot of time every day trying to do up my face to make it look like I even had brows. Swimming and sweating always meant having to touch up afterwards. It was taking up too much time and energy. I've had brow tattooing done before with ok results about 15 years ago. It was ok but I never really kept up with it because I wasn't that impressed with my experience or the results. I pass by Evoluxe on the bus, to and from work. I was curious so I did some research and really liked what I saw. The reviews were stellar but what really sold me were the client pictures. There were all sorts of different brow shapes and shades. I figured they could probably figure out something that would work for me. Upon arrival I was surprised that I could have as much say in my brow shape as I did. I was asked detailed questions about what I was looking for and felt well informed about what to expect. I was confident in their hands, knowing they were taking detailed measurements to ensure as much symmetry as possible for an asymmetrical face. The entire experience was relaxing and I was thrilled with the results. I really appreciate how accessible they are for any post procedure questions or concerns. They also send you home with an after care kit that will help remind you what to expect. I can't say enough about this place. My only regret is not going there sooner! read more

Michelle is incredibly shameful, unprofessional, and way less experienced than she leads on. This is a very simple piece which should have read "WEDNESDAY". She tattooed a V instead of a Y (note the stencil vs. the final product). After speaking with several tattoo artists after the fact, I was advised against allowing her to try and fix it, despite her requests, since her proposed solution looked so much worse. With this being a permanent mistake that she made on my body, and one that will cost me hundreds of dollars to fix, a refund and a "good luck" message followed by her blocking me on Instagram, is incredibly inappropriate and inadequate. She did not even have me sign a waiver and had already started tattooing me when she realized this, and jokingly asked "you're 18, right?" before continuing. She markets her business well but her actual customer care is disgraceful. Save yourself the heartache and go literally anywhere else. Update : In response to your comment, Michelle, I sent you TWO short emails after you said good luck. No one is harassing you, and I have every right to post a review to warn people of your poor service. You told me to sign the waiver "whenever" saying it "doesn't really matter", and told my friend she could pull up a chair if she wanted to watch. It's your responsibility to make sure the waiver was signed beforehand, but as with everything you don't seem to want to take responsibility for any of your mistakes. read more

Michelle is incredibly skilled in what she does. A year ago, I had gotten my eyebrows microbladed elsewhere. It was a less than pleasant experience - and most of the pigment didn't stay, the procedure was painful, and I hated my eyebrows still. When I came to Michelle, my eyebrows were over plucked, and had some lasting pigment that turned blue-ish? Michelle did a correction and powder brows, and I absolutely love my eyebrows now! Michelle did a wonderful job communicating with me prior to my appointment about precare/what to expect. Her website is very thorough and gives you a good feel to prepare you. Before going into the studio, Michelle had me wait in the car until she was done sanitizing the space, and texted me when she was ready. I was also asked to hand sanitize right when I walked in - all great signs of taking covid precautions seriously! Upon entering her studio, the space is aesthetically pleasing and very welcoming. It's a smaller studio space, with plenty of parking in the neighborhood street behind. When we got started, Michelle was very friendly and easy to talk to. She walked me step by step of what she was doing (something my previous brow artist didn't do). My eyebrows were uneven, and she came up with a shape that I loved, and evened them out! She mapped out the outline on my face first, then gave me a mirror to check it out/make changes. She also checks the brows multiple times using an app to make sure it's as even as possible! Throughout the whole process, Michelle valued my thoughts and opinions, so I always felt like I could speak up if I didn't like something (though this didn't happen much as she was perfect in everything she did!) With the numbing cream on, the procedure didn't hurt much. It wasn't bad at all, and at times I felt like I could doze off to sleep. The entire process took a little over two hours and was well worth it! It was such a great experience. I would highly recommend coming to this studio. read more

10/10! Top highlights/tips: Michelle is AMAZING and so talented. Prices are in line with the market. BOOK THE CONSULT! There are a variety of options depending on the look you want to achieve, so it was so worth it, and gave me more time to research pictures of shape and colors I wanted. I LOVE MY BROWS! Last, TIP HER! Just like any other beauty service like nails, hair, whatever- you should be tipping AT LEAST 10%, but more like 15-20% depending on your satisfaction. This often gets overlooked, so don't forget! Now more detail: I used to spend at least 10-15 penciling in my brows everyday. The pencil I use is $20 and I have to get one/month so I spend at least $240 on just my pencil... The price was WORTH IT. I wasn't sure which service to pick for my brows since I have combination skin, sparse brows, with a variety of colors mixed in, so I decided to book a consultation! The consult was super easy to book online, and I was able to get in rather quickly. Finding her studio was super easy and there was plenty of street parking available. I saw Michelle during covid-19, all staff were wearing masks, my temperature was taken and hand sanitizer was provided. The facility was immaculate, clean, and cute! Just based on my own research and conversation with Michelle, she is highly educated and continues training regularly to ensure she provides the best for her clients. Michelle and her staff were very friendly, answered all of my questions, informed me of the different options available and their recommendation for what look I was trying to achieve. We ended up deciding on nano shading, which was going to give me natural looking hair strokes toward the inner part of my face by my nose, and then the defined brow for the remainder. This will last me about 2 YEARS! I was able to book my appointment during the consult for the following week, and provide my deposit reserving the scheduled appointment. Michelle properly prepared me with pre-care instructions and ensured I understood the importance of following them. On the day of the appointment, Michelle reviewed pictures of the look I wanted, mapped out my brow shape and numbed me up. Once I approved the shape of the brow that she stenciled out, she got to work! I felt no pain or discomfort during the process. Michelle was very enjoyable to chat with, felt like hanging out with a gal pal. She numbed me up again about halfway through to ensure I wouldn't feel anything. Once everything was complete, Michelle provided me post-care treatment info and supplies. Advised me of what to expect over the next few weeks during the healing process and I was on my way out! While the coloring of the brows will always be darker than you want when you have your first look, I was still BLOWN away at the shape, the natural strokes I could see and overall quality of her work! I was extremely pleased with the initial result and am excited to see how they heal. We booked my touch-up appointment before I left so I didn't have to think about it or forget to come in. While the touch-up cost is not included in the up-front cost, compared to the market her prices are extremely fair and you would end up paying basically the same amount at another studio, just all at once. Once I returned home, there was some minor pain around the brow area, but that was to be expected and wasn't unbearable my any means. I'm on day 3 of healing and they are looking good! Make sure you follow the post-care instructions - if your brows heal wrong, it is most likely because you weren't diligent with your care and that's on YOU! Overall, great experience. I would absolutely recommend this to any of my friends/family etc. My aunt and grandma are actually looking into booking a consult after seeing the final result! read more

My brow journey! Ok so I chose Michelle as my guide for my first PMU experience after looking at her photos on instagram. Made an appointment being sure I didn't have any special outings or anything for 2 weeks after. The process was like any other tattoo, the onus is on you to be disciplined and follow aftercare. Went with my normal eyebrows drawn on after freshly washing my face and hair. Appointment lasted about 2 1/2 hours. The first hour she asked me for references of what kind of brows I wanted, I had some pictures saved of my ideal look, she measured and took her time mapping out ideal. She did some swatches and let me pick the color as well. Numbing cream (tetracaine and lidocaine) for 20 mins. Pain was ZERO at the beginning, slowly increasing and strongest at the end. She gave me an aftercare kit and answered all my questions about do's and don'ts. Used a hairdressing face shield anytime I washed my hair and followed all her instructions to a T. Don't get discouraged the first 10/12 days they will look dark then scabby and you will definitely have a freak out phase- IT WILL PASS. As with all tattoos, thou shalt not pick. Michelle and her staff are fabulous. I was an "early adopter" of permanent makeup getting my brows and eyeliner done in Koreatown in LA ~10 years ago. This limited what I was able to do with Michelle to powder for brows, but I'm very happy with the outcome. The process of drawing on my brows to fit my face shape was very cool to see and Michelle was able to follow the shape of my eyes/face but still keep to my insistence that I prefer flatter/softer brows to keep my face more youthful. I'm happy I went with her suggested shape (which seemed a bit thick at first glance) because after healing and touch up, my brows are perfect. They look like they belong on my face! :D After my brow appointments, I came in for Amore eyeliner and again, Michelle knocked it out of the park. She had to deal with 10 yr old greying tattooed liner that had recently been through a blepharoplasty, but again the outcome was exactly what I asked for.
