This is right after with the protective second skin.

Michelle was great! She helped me figure out the best placement so that future work would also look its best. This was my second tattoo with Michelle, I look forward to more!

Michelle is so incredibly talented!! I went in and got 4 fine line tattoos from her and I love each one so much! She is incredibly accurate yet efficient. I was in and out within an hour which is incredible just given how many tattoos I got. She was really patient with me as I asked questions and made sure everything was placed in the right spot and was the correct size. I would certainly recommend her to anyone in search of a great fine line tattoo artist. I will definitely be coming back and getting more from her!

I had previous work done that was horrible, the shape was wrong and they had turned pinked, Michele did a great job correcting the color and created a new shape, I love them so much! Check out Michelle's work, she has a lot of healed work on her Instagram and offers corrections that most PM artist won't. Highly recommend for any permanent makeup!

Got a matching tattoo with my sister and then i also got a sternum tattoo all done by Michelle. She was the most patient and professional tattoo artist that i have ever met. Her attention to detail is amazing and we are absolutely in love with how they came out. She is kind hearted. Originally we had picked a certain font but when it came to put it on we decided we didn't like it, and Michelle was kind enough to recommend a font for us that we both agreed on even though it wasn't planned. Her work is absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be coming back to her next time i'm in Washington. Her studio is clean and welcoming and i felt extremely comfortable. I recommend her to absolutely anybody that is wanting to get something done.

Awkward picture but you can see the dusty liner with the wing tip and on the lash line.

Definitely recommend! Went to Michelle for microbladed dusty liner. Her studio was super cute and nice inside. It was easy to find parking in the neighborhood next to the studio as well. Michelle outlined the liner and confirmed the shape with me before microblading. She listened to my concerns and when it was painful, applied additional numbing cream. Overall it was a great experience. It's been 2 months and it healed very nicely and naturally. It's so nice to wake up and not have to do any eyeliner .

Went in for flash day and got 4 tattoos. 2 of my tattoos are patchy/disappearing so I reached out in hopes of getting them touched up. I was told if I wanted to come in it would be 6-8 weeks and I would also have to pay a fee for touch ups. I questioned this because it didn't seem right since I paid almost $400 for my small tattoos. They stated I would still have to pay the fee if I wanted it touched up and at least "out of 4 tattoos 2 of them healed well". I wouldn't recommend going here unless you want to get bad quality tattoos and pay them extra to fix their mistakes. But the tattoo artist was very nice but just not good business practices.

The best tattoo I have ever gotten! I loved the atmosphere and wine of the studio. Michelle is lovely in every way! Beyond happy with my tattoo and will be going back to her for any future tattoos.

    I love my brows!

BEST DECISION EVER! I am a survivor of the nineties over-plucked brow era AND I have really fair hair so my brows consisted of little to no hair that was barely visible anyway. I would spend a lot of time every day trying to do up my face to make it look like I even had brows. Swimming and sweating always meant having to touch up afterwards. It was taking up too much time and energy. I've had brow tattooing done before with ok results about 15 years ago. It was ok but I never really kept up with it because I wasn't that impressed with my experience or the results. I pass by Evoluxe on the bus, to and from work. I was curious so I did some research and really liked what I saw. The reviews were stellar but what really sold me were the client pictures. There were all sorts of different brow shapes and shades. I figured they could probably figure out something that would work for me. Upon arrival I was surprised that I could have as much say in my brow shape as I did. I was asked detailed questions about what I was looking for and felt well informed about what to expect. I was confident in their hands, knowing they were taking detailed measurements to ensure as much symmetry as possible for an asymmetrical face. The entire experience was relaxing and I was thrilled with the results. I really appreciate how accessible they are for any post procedure questions or concerns. They also send you home with an after care kit that will help remind you what to expect. I can't say enough about this place. My only regret is not going there sooner!

Healed brows! Haven't plucked them in a few weeks, but absolutely obsessed with how they came out!

Michelle is incredibly skilled in what she does. A year ago, I had gotten my eyebrows microbladed elsewhere. It was a less than pleasant experience - and most of the pigment didn't stay, the procedure was painful, and I hated my eyebrows still. When I came to Michelle, my eyebrows were over plucked, and had some lasting pigment that turned blue-ish? Michelle did a correction and powder brows, and I absolutely love my eyebrows now! Michelle did a wonderful job communicating with me prior to my appointment about precare/what to expect. Her website is very thorough and gives you a good feel to prepare you. Before going into the studio, Michelle had me wait in the car until she was done sanitizing the space, and texted me when she was ready. I was also asked to hand sanitize right when I walked in - all great signs of taking covid precautions seriously! Upon entering her studio, the space is aesthetically pleasing and very welcoming. It's a smaller studio space, with plenty of parking in the neighborhood street behind. When we got started, Michelle was very friendly and easy to talk to. She walked me step by step of what she was doing (something my previous brow artist didn't do). My eyebrows were uneven, and she came up with a shape that I loved, and evened them out! She mapped out the outline on my face first, then gave me a mirror to check it out/make changes. She also checks the brows multiple times using an app to make sure it's as even as possible! Throughout the whole process, Michelle valued my thoughts and opinions, so I always felt like I could speak up if I didn't like something (though this didn't happen much as she was perfect in everything she did!) With the numbing cream on, the procedure didn't hurt much. It wasn't bad at all, and at times I felt like I could doze off to sleep. The entire process took a little over two hours and was well worth it! It was such a great experience. I would highly recommend coming to this studio.

Michelle is incredibly shameful, unprofessional, and way less experienced than she leads on. This is a very simple piece which should have read "WEDNESDAY". She tattooed a V instead of a Y (note the stencil vs. the final product). After speaking with several tattoo artists after the fact, I was advised against allowing her to try and fix it, despite her requests, since her proposed solution looked so much worse. With this being a permanent mistake that she made on my body, and one that will cost me hundreds of dollars to fix, a refund and a "good luck" message followed by her blocking me on Instagram, is incredibly inappropriate and inadequate. She did not even have me sign a waiver and had already started tattooing me when she realized this, and jokingly asked "you're 18, right?" before continuing. She markets her business well but her actual customer care is disgraceful. Save yourself the heartache and go literally anywhere else. Update : In response to your comment, Michelle, I sent you TWO short emails after you said good luck. No one is harassing you, and I have every right to post a review to warn people of your poor service. You told me to sign the waiver "whenever" saying it "doesn't really matter", and told my friend she could pull up a chair if she wanted to watch. It's your responsibility to make sure the waiver was signed beforehand, but as with everything you don't seem to want to take responsibility for any of your mistakes.

I am beyond furious with the way Pierced Hearts handled my sister's navel piercing. From the start,…read morethis experience has been a disaster due to sheer negligence and a complete lack of accountability. My sister clearly explained to the piercer, Jaime, that she has a very flat belly button and specifically asked if the standard navel jewelry would be appropriate. He confidently said yes -- and we trusted his professional judgment. That trust was completely misplaced. As time passed, the jewelry began to embed itself into her skin, which should never have happened with the right jewelry in the first place. We returned to the shop, and Adam helped change it to a floating navel piercing -- the type she should have received from day one. He apologized and even took a photo of the damage because it was obvious something had gone terribly wrong. But the damage had already been done. Within a week, she developed a severe infection -- one that urgent care later confirmed was likely due to the original jewelry creating a gaping wound that never healed properly. Despite following aftercare instructions to the letter, she ended up on two antibiotics and hydrocodone just to manage the pain. Yet when we returned to the shop a third time to request a refund and share what she was going through, the staff were incredibly dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. They immediately shifted blame, accusing her of neglecting aftercare, even though we were meticulous. No effort was made to offer a solution, express genuine concern, or show even the slightest empathy. Just said "well, do you want to get it pierced again?!" ... no! Her belly button area now is completely bruised and mangled because of this place. We will never be coming back here again. To make matters worse, the owner was outright disrespectful and condescending over the phone. When we told him that medical professionals advised removing the piercing and draining the infection, her arrogant response was, "Why would they do that?!" as if she knew better than actual doctors. That tone alone spoke volumes about how little they care once they have your money. We asked for a refund because of all the trouble we've been through after the negligence of the first piercer, now having to pay for urgent care visits and medication. I chose this shop based on their glowing reviews, but let me be clear: if you're considering any body piercing here, don't. They might be decent with ear piercings or tattoos -- but when it comes to body piercings, especially anything more complex, they are careless, unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to take accountability when something goes wrong. My sister went in for a simple piercing and walked away in physical pain and emotional distress, and not once did they offer real help, only excuses. This shop failed her. Completely.

I appreciate the timely response and abilities to take walk in! I got a response from Ingrid literally a few minutes after sending an inquiry on their site at 1 AM ( not drunk, just a night owl ). So happy that Ingrid was able to book my brother and I in on a Saturday slot. I gave her an inspo pic which my brother and I wanted to match for Spongebob & Patrick and she did so much better than I could have imagined! She had such a cute and colorful style.
