Don't waste your time, money, or your face!!! Shitty work lasts awhile! I'm not going to put who my technician was. I just don't think it's fair to do that online. But I didn't want to let me experience with this salon go unrecorded. I spent over $160 at this salon for eyelash lift and eyebrow tinting. I was left with glue residue still on my lashes and the hairs on my eyebrows broken not actually waxed completely out. Something funny to note is that when you first enter they have a wall of their techs, under their name/photo they have little notes like "best eyebrow shape, or best lash expert" under the tech I got it said "pics cute nail designs" I guess that was my bad choosing someone who was inexperienced with eyelash's/eyebrows and the salon labeled them that way as well. When I contacted the salon, they said to wash out the glue with water and they don't do refunds but would give me one service comped. I travel for work and used my day off on this waste of time Salon. Honestly, I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. It was waste of time and money. read more

I wish I could give Vanity Pham Salon more than 5 stars, I had an AMAZING experience there and couldn't recommend them more. Firstly, the salon is very clean and chic, but the friendly and extremely skilled stylists are what knocks this place out of the park. I came in as a model for Jayde to train doing combination brows on and she did it way better than all the experienced PMU artist I've been to before. She really takes her time to perfect her work and makes sure you will go home happy. Since she was training, Van stepped in a couple times to check on the work and she has a hawkeye for detail. It seemed like she was able to spot any difference down to the nanometer. The two of them chose the perfect color for my brows and took my previous artist's remnant PMU into consideration (previous microblading left a reddish hue to my eyebrow and they picked a color that would neutralize that). I'm extremely pleased with the way my brows turned out and it saves me so much time in the morning. I was a first-time client, but will definitely be back for more now! read more

Purchased a classic set and had an enjoyable time-was relaxing, my tech was sweet, and parking was a breeze. Unfortunately, the lashes fell off within days and were completely gone within a week. I followed all instructions strictly and actually didn't wear any makeup or work out at all so I'm not sure what caused them to fall. I reached out before scheduling a fill to inquire if maybe there's a different glue or set that would work better for me but we didn't come to a definitive solution. Since then, I got some extensions at another location and they're going strong. Pros-easy to schedule, nice, easy location Cons-lashes lasted a few days, the process wasn't very collaborative (in the past, I've been shown different lashes, lengths, and curls), privacy could be a bet better as I had the curtain open and people coming in and out of the room. I came here for lash extensions with Jayde and she was very professional and gentle since I have sensitive eyes. So sensitive, I don't think I've ever been to go anywhere that I don't cry, even though I always fall asleep, my eyes still get teary which also explains why my lashes were never able to last long either. It was more of a one time thing for me to get lash extensions for an event, but it's been about a month and I'm still waiting for one lash that keeps on hanging on to fall out already so if you regularly get them done, I'm sure you'll enjoy the longevity of it! I get my lash lift here and both Madeline and Jayde are very friendly, thorough and amazing at what they do! Madeline was thorough, explaining to a first timer what steps she was doing and making sure i was comfortable with the lash curl and the darkness of my brow tint. I got my powder brows done here last year and it was truly one of the best things I've done for myself from an aesthetic point of view! Kylie was so precise and eased any type of anxiety I would have had about getting a tattoo on my face (body has lots but it's a different ball park!). It legitimately did not hurt! Tickled, more than anything. My healing was very quick and the finished product is so natural looking. I did not want a "drawn on" look and the powder brows absolutely delivers that. I felt very safe and comfortable with all the precautions they took with covid once everything was allowed to open up at all. I've been seeing Van for a few years for my lashes. She is a mix of professional business woman and your bestie who will tell you exactly what you need to hear, no beating around the bush. I go through periods where I stop and go, try other places closer to where I live, then come back because she is hands down "the best I've ever had". :) The lashes are custom tailored and not by a cookie cutter recipe of your typical selections of max volume or classic. I like to keep mine natural looking, so Van does a great job of giving me that soft look with a mix of the volume and classic. Recently, she micro-bladed my brows and they are fabulous! I haven't stopped receiving compliments from those that are really close to me, and the others just think I was born with it I'm a nurse who works long hours. I'm glad she's busy though. The salon has moved a few doors down to a bigger space! Van told me that Jessica is now working at her salon and would take care of me and I was hesitant at first, but she did a great job on my lashes. You can tell she was definitely trained by Van. Her work was pretty impressive and dare I say, comparable to Van's. If Van isn't available again next time, I would trust Jessica to work on my lashes. This is long overdue...but Van is truly the best in the biz for eyelash extensions. She is meticulous, clean, and my eyes look SO amazing. It almost looks like I have dramatic strip lashes on, but they are naturally applied. Also-my extensions last forreeeeevvveerrr. I've had lashes placed on from five other artists, and always had to get them filled every two weeks because nearly all of the extensions shed off. Not with Van, though! I can go a good month without a fill. A huge bonus is my natural eyelashes have stayed intact. With other artists, I pretty much went bald due to poor application and would have to painfully watch my natural eyelashes grow back. Got an eyelash lift by Kaylee. She did a great job, was extremely efficient, and answered any questions I had. The place is really taking the covid precautions seriously with taking your temp when you walk in and having you wear a robe over your clothes. The lash lift is $85 which is pretty reasonable compared to other places charging over $100. Will come back here again and suggest everyone to as well! read more

My lashes come out looking amazing every time and the retention is unbelievable. They stay looking full for up to 3 weeks with minimal loss.
