Regardless of whether she knew the bartender or not, guests should be treated with the same respect and the space should feel welcoming for everyone. Even my boyfriend felt uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, because of this experience, we wouldn't come back. Hopefully the staff can work on creating a more inclusive and comfortable environment for all customers :(

Came here with two of my friends last Saturday (there was an event going on so it was a lot of people going in and out) One of my friends just sent me this attached picture, that we would not hAve even noticed if he didn't pull it out of his wallet today with the intention of us dividing it. There was 2-3 girls working. No service, had to get up to order drinks and was told to pay our tab in cash or card from the beginning. We paid in cash but no receipt was given. We ask for the break down but they had some excuse about the printer not working. Never been to a bar where they don't show me my tab AND has me paying right away. & 14 for a hennessy neat?? We ordered food near the end of our time there. again, no receipt given to us. when our food came it was left on the bar and there was a piece of paper left on top of the food. My boy took it to his pocket thinking it was the receipt and look what it got in it lmlll crazy & it's crazy how black peoples support y'all business and the entire floor downstairs was black. 2019 and no customer service towards us but y'all can cater to the other folks. Went to the Moon Bar this past Saturday night for a birthday party. I can't believe I didn't find this place sooner. The rooftop views were incredible, the vibe was outstanding, the music was awesome, the service, food and most importantly, the drinks were amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. We dealt with Jimmy, the owner of the bar and we can't tell you how unbelievably accommodating and hospitable he was. He truly went above and beyond to make sure our visit to the rooftop and stay were top notch. Can't wait to come back! read more
