It's $22 for a 12 oz ribeye or $5 more for a 16 oz. You pick it up yourself at the grill using a pager system similar to Fuddruckers. 2 sides come with the meal and the mashed potatoes don't have any gravy I was told by the server. Took a long while to get the food even though it was pretty empty inside. Over 35 minutes wait. Steak was actually well seasoned and much more tender than Ale & Ivy. They even cooked it to the right temperature which was a plus as I was not expecting much. Mac and cheese was alright. The grilled Zucchini and cucumber were in long strips and seasoned. I would've gotten a double portion of that over the Mac and cheese. Waitress seemed nice but I didn't ever see her. She was running the entire inside from the looks of it. Lots of wood paneling inside. TVs on every wall. And a large patio deck. Mostly an older crowd which I actually prefer. They have a Ruben that's supposed to be good according to reviews. Might have to try that if there's a next time. Also daily lunch specials except Friday which is steak night. I think Wednesday is too.

It was early in the day so just me and the bartender so I can't speak to the vibe. Also didn't check out the drinks, but they appear to be standard issue. The list of beers is divided into "domestic" and "imported", but not everything on the import list is actually inported--"premium" would be more accurate. I had the pork sliders with curly fries. The fries are standard frozen and I think were air fried, but they were just fine. The sliders were pretty good--they were tender and had a sauce with a little heat. Ketchup was spicy too. So if you want some protein to pad the alcohol this place is a good choice. The bar itself is very basic, plenty of screens but not a lot of decoration. They have an outside patio. Bathrooms are clean. They used to have an item on the menu called the "man pleaser", a bean, beef and sausage with tomato combo that is specifically not billed as "chili". It is the owner's special recipe but is not available right now, they hope to bring it back soon.

One thing I really liked is that it feels like there are two completely different vibes depending on where you sit. There's a restaurant side and a bar side, which is perfect now that I have a newborn. It felt much more family-friendly than I expected and didn't feel like I was sitting in a sports bar. The food was awesome, too. Either it's been a while since I've been to a Tailgaters, or this location just does things differently, but I was surprised by how many food options there were. I finally got to try gator for the first time and ordered the Gator Dog. It was honestly delicious. It's mixed with pork, so it eats more like a really good sausage, which I loved. We also had the steak fingers and fried crawfish, and both were great. The real showstopper, though, was the onion rings. We had absolutely no idea how massive they were going to be. I'm still thinking about them. I seriously wish I had taken pictures of the food because it all looked incredible, but somehow I completely forgot. We'll definitely be back, and next time I'll remember to take photos before we start eating.
