Had an excellent lunch at BWW yesterday! My server Diamond provided great service, and managers April and John were amazing. Ordered the lunch wings, potato wedges, and tea - everything came out hot and fresh. The wings had delicious sauces and perfect flavor. The atmosphere was festive and fun. Even though it was busy, I could still hear conversations easily. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood, creating a really nice vibe. What truly keeps me coming back is how Buffalo Wild Wings gives back to the community. When I walk in the door, I'm greeted by a beautiful community display on the wall featuring pictures and artwork from the special-needs community. Sat for 10 minutes, three different employees walked past us from the side entrance to go inside but never once did anyone come to our table or try and help. Put in a pick up order around 7pm and set it up to pick up at 8:10pm. Order wasn't ready until 8:15, 5 minutes not a big deal. Got food home to my family and after I ate one of my boneless wings and my wife took a bit of hers we realized they were not fully cooked and some were completely RAW. RAW CHICKEN! Now we have to stress having eaten raw chicken especially while she is pregnant! Check your chicken before eating. Good money down the drain to have consumed RAW chicken. read more

We had just moved here to Conroe and after a long day of unpacking and no food in the fridge, we wanted to get out and have a bite to eat. We drove over to an area we remember seeing some restaurants and saw a Buffalo Wild Wings. Never been in one but we were tired and figured we could get some comfort food and a few beers. We were pleasantly surprised. They had a pretty good selection of craft beer to choose from. We ordered a beer and checked out the menu. Burgers sounded good, so we ended up with a Smoked Brisket Burger for my wife and an All American Cheese Burger for me. We were pleasantly surprised at how good Buffalo Wild Wings burgers really were. They were really delicious! Even the French Fries were hot and crispy. My wife ordered onion rings with her burger and she found them absolutely delicious. Far better than most other places. We relaxed, ate our meal, drank our beers and enjoyed watching the baseball games on TV. The service was good and being a weekday, wasn't terribly busy or too loud although the weekends can get very loud. Especially when they have special sporting events on the big TV. Our drinks went empty early on and were never refilled despite multiple requests. We also asked repeatedly for basic condiments but never received them. I have been going to BWW for over 10 years , across all locations food quality is failing . Sauces vary day to day sometimes taste old. Potato wedges oily. Beer taps sometimes out of beer on different taps for months .Service feels stretched thin and total lack of upselling . The inside bar area may as well advertise vaping allowed as it's clearly happening at the bar and it's worse on no smokers health. I placed my online order 35 mins prior, received the email saying it was ready, and their "big board" said my order was ready and in locker 0, to ask the clerk for pickup. So I go to the counter and clerk asks "Are you here for pickup?" Why yes I am. My order says ready for pickup, and she says "Yeah, sorry disregard the board. It's wrong. Your order will ready soon, but we are understaffed." Well I waited another 20 mins and then my order miraculously appears in the locker and she says, it's been there the entire time. Yeah right.... We had a server named Grace who has been nothing but a tyrant toward me and my family. I ordered drinks for me and my wife. My wife had forgotten her ID and I ordered her drink and provided Texas law to be able to serve her also. After coming here for years, I may consider looking at going to wing stop or other restaurants with wings. The staff looked very overwhelmed and understaffed every time I come in here. The hostess tried seating me at a table that still had food on top of it and food underneath and around the tables. I asked if I could sit somewhere else because that wasn't clean. My family and i waited 20mn to get our drink order taken and thats because i had to find an employee to go find the waiters who were nowhere to be found. Was not crowded, we were sat immediately by a very unfriendly hostess. Our order was taken, after waiting quite some time, 2 out of 3 of our orders came out and both were cold. We had no utensils or napkins, asked our waitress as she passed, she said, right away but she never came back. A lady at another table asked her waitress to get us a setup but she never came the unfriendly hostess passed a I asked her and she just about threw them on our table, waitress finally came with napkins (it's finger food, napkins are essential) We finished our food and my grandson's finally came out. Too bad this BWW location gets such mixed reviews which trends towards lower marks. When I visit the Conroe area, I try to stop by for wings and a cold beer. Over the last six or seven years, I've been here about a dozen times. I always sat at the bar and received consistent service which was friendly and attentive. I order bone-in wings tossed with medium buffalo sauce and Mango Habanero sauce on the side. Wings are consistent with other locations I've been to in Minnesota, Colorado, and Massachusetts. What I don't understand is the lack of response to both good and bad Yelp reviews by this locations management. Yelp allows a response by owner which is viewable by all. I have yet to see any for the BWW Conroe reviews. Management response would demonstrate the business actually cares about its customer's experience and displays responsible ownership. read more
