I love the wings at this franchise, but this particular location seems to be declining further, towards one star. Food is great, but service leaves much to be desired. Came in with my daughter today and it took 10 min to get our drinks. Took 30 min to get my order of wings and they still did not bring my sides of fries until 45 min. To top it off the fries were undercooked. I won't be coming back here, as this is not the first time experiencing this kind of service here. read more

Never coming back. My wife and i used to come here all the time. Today the chicken was literally like eating rocks. Service sucked, employees literally sitting at the front talking and eating. We were the only people in there at 3:00 and our boneless wings took forever to get to us and it was lukewarm. The restrooms were worse than a busy gas station. Smelled like a portapottie. You're better off going somewhere else. read more

Order is never right when I order online. Starting to get very irritating! This is the last time I go to this location. I will be good to the woodlands one in the future read more

For over an hour all we got was the drinks not even a straw. No one bothered to ask if we had placed our order

I don't know why we keep trying this place. The service is mediocre and the food is even worse. The atmosphere is not welcoming and it's like no one even tries or likes their job. Out of soap and paper towels in the restroom, which really concerns me. Two stars for the cold beer. read more

I have visited a lot of drinker y's in my life time, but the other night I ventured in to the Wild Wings in the Woodlands and had the pleasure of being served by one of the most up beat and polite bartenders of all times. This girl was on top of her game . Service was prompt and with a smile. This lady is a team player for sure. I believe her name was Tambra, keep up the good work. read more

one if the most slow resting I've been too. ordered carry out was told it would be a 20 minutes wait. We waited over 45 minutes and all of our food was cold and very old. None of wings barely had any sauce. In my opinion don't waste your money here ever. too expensive and I've never had a good experience here read more

Great place to take the family. Right now all you can eat boneless on Monday nights and Wednesday nights is a great value.

***This review is tor their website ordering *** DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE ! I ordered my food at 6:45 and it is 8:30 and my food is still not here ! On top of that when I call to ask what the status is of my order I get put on hold for 20 minutes! Will not order online again and will not return to this BWW ! read more

One star-Missing Food and The Case of the Missing Waitress. So I was on a casual date last night and it was busy but it was all bad from the start-I tried to be patient and give it a world. I was sat quickly..at a dirty table. I let it slide just because it was busy for a Sunday. Now the waitress came to our table quick, she was very nice. We placed our order-appetizer and entrees at the same time. Our appetizer came out-very fresh, no complaints about the cheese curds. Now the entrees..I ended up getting a wrap with fries and my date has boneless wings. Now my entree came out first and my date was waiting for his wings for a good ten to fifteen minutes. I didn't eat simply for the fact that he didn't have his food and it's rude. Our waitress didn't come back to explain what had happened or give us an update on our food, I had to get another waiter. He mentioned that the boneless wings were backed up however, the chicken in my wrap were boneless wings and mine still came out before his. Now the waiter was very nice, apologetic (not his fault). Next thing you know the wings came out-half of the wings were covered in sauce, the other half hardly any. I'm not the type of person to complain but at this rate we just wanted to get the check and leave. Our entrees were ordered together-there's no reason why our orders should have came out separately. I suggest BBW's kitchen to time their entrees better and with quality-Orders for a table should come out all together, not 10-15 minutes later or at least give some what of an update. Also when you ask for wings with sauce, all wings should be covered with wing sauce. As for the waitress, very nice but I do suggest being a little bit more attentive especially when there's food missing. read more

My boneless bbq wings to go order looked as if they forgot to put bbq sauce on chicken so they poured it all over the box and threw the chicken on top. Chicken ended up mostly dry and very messy. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Boneless bbq wings. But they were too lazy to put sauce correctly so they just threw it on the box and put the wings on top. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Conroe, Texas

Stopped for a quick Friday lunch, ordered wings small garden salad and a chicken wrap. Easy..... service was awful to be polite, when they finally realized no one in the restaurant had food, plates came flying out of the kitchen. Which would have been nice had they not been sitting on a counter somewhere for who knows how long. The chicken wrap has lettuce in it but by the time it was delivered to the table it was slimy. Tortilla was cold and hard completely not edible. Took one bite set it down had to flag someone down for a bill and left. Our particular waiter was too busy on his phone in the "soda filling station" to notice. Please save your money, stop anywhere but here. read more

These 5 stars very seldom get used, but when they do it's a good thing. I enjoy the garlic Parmesan boneless wings with ranch. I can't recall the bartender, but he's top notch. Serving staff looks good too! read more

The service here has always been terrible. I've waited almost an hour to get my ticket at some times. I normally eat there for lunch, sometimes dinner, and this is by far the worst of them. You can find most of the staff sitting and cutting up at a table behind the front podium even when they have tables that haven't been seen for more than 20-30 min at a time. I went for dinner once. They had just cleaned a table, and while it was busy, because I was by myself they refused to seat me and gave it to the couple behind me. I filed a formal complaint with corporate about this. I love their food, and love the place most of the time until I came to this one. Do not recommend at ALL! I would drive the 15 or 20 min to the woodlands as a recommendation. read more

Service was awful. Food was cold. Could never find our server. Member from our group of 4 went to the restroom and our waitress was in there doing her hair and makeup ... that explains why we were never able to locate her. read more

Ordered online. After 30 minutes, received notice that it was ready. Waited another 30 minutes to get a completely wrong order. Waited another 30 minutes to get my correct order. Manager was rude and was too busy flirting with his 3 hostesses to correct his team's mistakes. read more

Well... The fried pickles started off good... The quesadilla was good, the salads were good but the wings were the worst Ive had to date... Size was spot on but they were extremely over cooked and tough to eat... Do plan on removing the skin to get to the meat... The drum sticks we're not eatable at all... Greatly disappointed with this location.. will not be returning... If you want wings, do chose an alternate restaurant.. or order anything but the wings... Just my opinion.. PS.. the place could use a good vacuum too... read more

Terrible service came with friends and one of them didn't even get food waited over 1 hour and 40 minutes and they brought the food out separately and was charged for items I didn't even order. Do not recommend go to McDonald's instead read more

I ordered my food to pick up at 5 and I had to wait a whole hour just to get my food and service was terrible they didn't even help us

Worst dinning experience I've ever had, everything came out cold and the service was plain awful

Just ordered online and got a wrap and 10 wings. On the order we asked for 3 ranches and only received 1. I tried to call up the restaurant and the the manager claimed we only asked for one and is looking at the receipt saying we only had one. She was lowkey kinda rude and wouldn't believe me that it was wrong so I'm posting this hoping she sees it and letting them know they suck read more

Great restaurant food came fast because I went inside instead of ordering through the app when you go inside its way faster than online

Not a terrible experience but left me feeling unsatisfied. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap but was given a regular wrap based on the receipt. Also the chicken and fries were lukewarm at best. I understand orders get messed up it happens but curious on when the food was actually prepped. I had a cider and it tasted flat and little wierd not sure what was off but it was. My waitress was on top of stuff those she was checking on me and bringing stuff at a good speed. So not sure what happened read more

Worst piece of shit customer service ever, Honestly what the fuck is wrong with y'all? Had my family waiting over 30 minutes in the dining room for our food while everyone else that arrived after us had received there's. I stopped the waiter to ask where's our food & he replied with "oh the order didn't go through" & okay? Why didn't you come sooner to get our order again? Or ask for a manager to help you? There is no business with no customer service! @ Trevor our waiter & @ management! read more

Woah. Why do I always insist on giving any Buffalo Wild Wings my money? Because other than Hooters, which sucks if not just as much but even more, is super far. What I'm saying is my options on beer and wings together is limited. They recently "revamped the menu." Now, for 9.99 you get "At least 10 wings" WHAT? At LEAST?! So other than the new, more expensive menu... The area we were seated in was dirty. Which is nothing new. Chicken bones on the floor along with anything else that was once in someone else's mouth. Last but not least, of course our service was slow. As usual it took 45 minutes for everything but our beers. That only took 20. The only thing they have going for them is that they are the only wing place in this area for at least 20 miles. read more

Every time I go here they miss something. Wrong flavor, cold fries, 2 out of 4 trips they left the salsa out of the chips and salsa side. TV's are way too loud. I done with it. read more

The food here is always fresh and hot. We order take out a lot and even on the busiest of nights the girls at the front desk are stellar (think about tipping them, they work hard too!)...they never seem super frazzled or out of control. They take the time to open each of your boxes to show you the food before you leave if you want. As far as takeout goes it's amazing. We ate inside once and service was SLOW....I mean, almost time for our next meal slow lol. But the server was super nice and the food was good so it wasn't that big a deal. It may have been a fluke thing. read more

Messed up my order then left me on hold after I called and and tried to have it corrected.

Absolutely awful!!!! Service was terrible, it was not even busy and she barely made time for us. We asked for our children's meal to come first and we waited forever for cold food for our kids. Found a hair in our wings, manager was even disgusted and said so!!!! That in itself tells you how horrible this place is. Our food was taken care of but still had to pay for our drinks. All in all do not go there! It smells horrid inside, nothing seems or looks clean, service is terrible and food is disgusting!!! read more

Used Door Dash or Uber Eats, one of those services. Food was cold, sauces were not enough. Very disappointed. Messed up my order (ordered drums only and got mixed). Food was "on time", but again, it was cold like they made it ahead and boxed it to order. read more

Great service. I needed to kill time one day and the waitress ensured I always had a drink and napkins to go with my wings. Sounds like a simple task but I've been at places where they forget about you after you've ordered. read more

The beer was stale.... ordered a blue moon (small for $6) I ordered a snack wing and some fries, the small fry literally had 15 fries and didn't even cover the bottom of the tray.. McDonald's kid size fry. Only good thing was they were open till 1 and the wings were warm. Ordered a burger with NO mustard, came with mustard but didn't wanna send it back so we scrapped the mustard off and didn't eat the bun. Service sucked and there was not many people there. Did nothing to fix there issues either. Not coming back to this location. read more

Look Buffalo Wild Wings is frozen food drenched in sauce. Not knocking it (love it) but you'd think the process of preparing this simple food would be streamlined by a place that has wings in the name. Instead I don't think a single employee could walk and chew gum at the same time. If you failed the STAR assessment in school, odds are you're now a BBW employee. read more
