I said we're not their customers and she just shrugged her shoulders, offered no apology, said that they were too busy in the back, and went back to her conversation with her co-worker. We have ignored the rude customer service for years because the food is so good, but I felt compelled to leave a review because I want them to do better. As a business owner, I consider our front of house employees as the most important because they set the tone for everything else. It would have cost them absolutely nothing to let a 10 year old boy use their restroom and would have garnered such good will with a regular customer.
