It also wasn't oily which was nice. The jambalaya was outright bad. It tasted sour and just really off. It was also like a soup instead of a rice dish. To top it off there were chunks of shredded cheese in it. Crab cakes were alright but the dressing for it was incredibly mustard seed heavy. My husband was a fan of the sauce, but I really wasn't.
