I do not work for Mojo or do I get paid to endorse Mojo. They just provided me a great product, service and warranty. I found them on CL back in Dec of 2014 and the iMac I wanted was sold but they honored the add and configured one exactly like it so I ended up buying a mid 2010, 27" inch, iMac with 2.93 ghz Intel Quad Core i7 Processor, 8gb Ram and 1 TB hard drive. I record bands so I needed and additional 8gb of Ram and Mojo beat the price of OWC and they installed it at no additional cost. So I ended up with 16gb Ram. The service provided by all the staff was excellent. I put a cash deposit down and financed the rest with the intent to pay off in 90 days which I did. They answered all my questions about the financing and warranty and I felt great about my purchase. Now I would not recommend the finance option unless you plan to pay it off in 90 days. Why? Because you essential get charged almost double the amount you paid for the computer. However, let me say this. It was nothing to do with Mojo. The do not control the financing. I'm going in soon to get another Apple product. read more

My first Apple purchase was made here and the staff and techs are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Customer service and satisfaction are their top priority. They will sell you what YOU WANT, not what they want. All there Apple Products have been looked over and refurbished by the company itself on top of Mojo Computer themselves reassuring the function and quality control. On top of any warrantee with Apple, Mojo Computers warrantees all their computers for six (6) months from date of purchase (Ask them about the details!) The store is set up efficiantly where it is organized by models and accessories so i recommend to start on one end to the other. All Mojo Computer sales reps have a positive attitude, understanding customer situations and needs and will try to accommodate one way or another. My Purchase: I was looking to get a Macbook Pro Retina 15in which Mike consulted me about. Mike explained to me the difference in the mid 2012 model and the current 2014. Before I take anybody's word, I research it myself and by the way, i used on one of their display computers to do it. Long behold, Mike was right and telling the truth. Since I am a College student, Mike was kind enough to work in to the price. Conclusion: Mojo Computers and their staff know very knowledgeable, respectful and willing go out of their way to ensure their customers are happy with what they have. They are legit company, with that saying, don't go in there and "nickel and dime" them. Updated review: bought a refurbished 15" macbook pro from them around 2 years ago, and I'm pretty sure they sold me a defective one, after charging me around $1500-1700? for the purchase. It had an ongoing battery problem since the day I got it, and its so bad now to the point that it turns off every 5-15 minutes. I took it in the first month and they did not do anything about it, more so treated me as a nuisance. I think its safe to say that these guys only care about the profit, and their reputation, speaking of which, the previous yelp review was requested in exchange for a discount. Maybe their services are good, but I wouldn't buy a refurbished laptop from them again... I regret it to this day... my sister got hers around the same time as me from eBay, and cheaper too and it runs 100x healthier than mine. It's ridiculous. read more

The prices here are about what you'd expect for used Macs...but the SERVICE is what takes the cake. Mojo Computers is far and away the most customer-friendly store outside of the Apple store itself. If you're keen, you can also snag some pretty good deals on older products. Right from the moment you walk in, Mojo is surprising and delighting you - the surrounding area is a little run down, but Mojo has nice wood floors, high barstool chairs, clean glass, and smiling employees ready to help you. They have a crazy selection of Macs and MacBook Pros powered up and connected to the internet, and encourage you to try everything out with no pressure to hurry up and buy something. Mike and his team work quickly and reach out personally if anything goes wrong with your device and the warranty listed on the receipt is basically just a guideline - they'll go WAY out of their way to take care of just about any problem within reason. My mom got her laptop from Mojo so I thought I'd check them out. From the minute I walked in they were very helpful and showed me some options of Mac computers which I had always thought were out if my price range but I was wrong. Alex was upfront and explained what Mac would best suit my needs. He showed me an iMac and explained everything it had, he even showed me other options that cost more but he said I wouldn't need that and the less expensive one would be great for me. What can I say... I moved down to OC from the Valley just recently and was hoping to find a Mac reseller similar to Melrose Mac but this place was even better! I walked in with high hopes of this Mojo and turns out to be one of the best investments I've ever made. Not only they are easy to finance with but are more prone to making sure I'm happy as a customer than perhaps trying milk off some $ from me. I only had the intention to buy a used 15" MacBook Pro without Retina Display (because I wanted to upgrade the internal specs myself) as I've previously done in the past so this wonderful charisma guy named Mike somehow did his Mojo Magic in assuring that I'm getting the most for my $ if I were let them to do the "dirty work". Eventually walked out with an insanely nice upgraded 15" MacBook Pro at an incredible price in matter of hours. Despite of my disability (hearing impaired) Mojo Mike was extremely kind and kept triple checking on ALL options without hesitations unlike what you see at Apple stores because over there they are usually loaded with only the latest gadgets and honestly their customer service aren't as great as MOJO COMPUTERS! I recently came across this store because I found their ad on Craigslist...I checked them out on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I went in looking for a new DSLR camera and they were very nice and informative. They presented with different financing options. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with the exception that it seems that their prices are a little overpriced in comparison to what other stores offer. With that being said, they do offer options that other stores will not offer. I was given 90 days to pay off the whole camera without a credit check. Fair enough. Just bought a very nice Imac 3.01 at Mojo Computers in OC, seen a lot of used Imac on Craigslist here in LA for around the same price's I was looking to spend $400. I did not have the time to drive around to all the location to look at what they had to offer, so this time I decided to look for another vendor I would just go to there location and choose from there stock. I bought: a used (2009) 3.0 Gz , Imac 2.7 in screen, 4 gigs of ram, OS X Yosemite T1 hard drive (1000GB) $475. Out the door with 6-month warrant , Im very happy works great so far I'm pleased. I saw their ads on Craigslist, I have been wanting a new 15" Macbook Pro. The configuration I wanted was $3200/$3550 with Apple Care. I just didn't have the cashflow for that and didn't want to charge it. They had one with the specs I was seeking and 2 years Apple Care $1050 savings!!! Mo and Mike were AWESOME.
