I like how honest they are with their work, as well as providing alternatives to work with the customer. Their response time on Yelp for a quote & their service overall has been completed in a timely manner, too. While their pricing is on the higher end, I know paying for their services is worth it since it is guaranteed that your device will be thoroughly repaired at the end. In addition, as a returning customer, I thought it was considerate how they had a history on my device based on my last visit with them. Those details mean a lot to me, and with that said, I highly suggest the Tech Expert Guys for your tech repair needs!

As soon as I arrived I was immediately greeted by the lovely Matthew who was wearing an HP badge and said "I'm The Printer Guy but I'm also a huge nerd so I can help you!". And he did. 30 min later I walked out with exactly what I needed. No upsell, no pushing extras, just a very affordable all in one to serve my at home needs. Issac, the cashier was also super helpful and friendly, he went to the back to locate the model I needed. So I'm not sure why all the hate. So we are getting one refrigerator on Monday and the other one in 2 weeks.... They of course had no idea what went wrong or why they are telling me about this 48 hours before I am getting f my complete delivery. The worst part is they clearly don't care because they have no idea what customer service means and it's truly very unfortunate because they don't know how to take care and support their customers. Plus they will never respond to this review due to there lack off concern for the customer....

I live in a 1990s home that wasn't built for today's networking and security needs. Their team basically modernized my home to a "new build" and even prepped it for the future. From consultation they heard my needs and then brought their professional insights as well. We did Ethernet runs to multiple rooms of a two story home for data ports, APs, cameras, doorbell, and home network server. They have experience with all platforms especially the ubiquiti system i chose. They were willing to educate me and walk me through exactly how everything would be done. And like any project they were able to trouble shoot and find successful solutions. I am very happy with the service and expertise. We are already making plans for future projects. I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

I learned about how to make those pictures on the IPad notes like they show you on the official website. She told me that the IPad Pencil Pro is the best on this. I learned about how to do the stuff. I also love how Kayla gave me some Apple product trivia. An example would be that I mistakenly thought someone's phone number in the notes was about to be misused by a creepy stranger, but Kayla told me that it's a sample number created by Apple. She was also transparent on me on when the IPad Air M4 and the 17e release dates. She told me that they'll be arriving to the Apple store in-person next week on Wednesday.

I brought along my friend Cynthia--who, bless her heart, can be a bit much with her endless questions and objections. But Bailey didn't just handle it; he embraced it. He answered every one of her questions with a smile, defused every objection with patience, and managed to keep the whole interaction not just smooth but genuinely enjoyable. What really stood out was how Bailey made us feel like we were having a great conversation with a friend, all while providing top-notch service. He took something that could have felt like a chore and turned it into a memorable, above-and-beyond experience. Honestly, Bailey set a new bar for customer service.
