I had a great experience with Moe helping upgrade my PC. I brought in my Alienware R11 to replace the GPU and troubleshoot some RAM issues I ran into after trying to install it myself. The Alienware desktops are notorious for being finicky to work with, but Moe took the time to help troubleshoot my RAM issues and talked me through everything. I have already written a review on Google, but want to ensure that this business is rated highly. PC Trade is the best business to come to regarding computers, their parts, and servicing them. I brought my PC in to diagnose a problem with it. Mo, the owner, spent several hours with me disassembling, diagnosing, and troubleshooting my PC to find out what was wrong and why. Eventually, we found out it was the motherboard, to which he stern did motherboard research and found a better motherboard at a nearby vendor at a cheaper price. I got a better computer for cheaper thanks to Mo and PC Trade. Additionally, I went though the process of returning the faulty motherboard that Mo diagnosed and he called me to follow up on my return process. I want to highlight that to all potential customers: his service was already done, I had paid him and was onto the step of retuning faulty parts and he took time out of his day to cal in and check how that process was going. He told me specific talking points to bring up when calling about returning my motherboard and it worked. I ended up getting my money back from the 3rd party vendor thanks to Mo. While going through this entire process, he taught my a lot about my computer and future things to do regarding maintenance and potentially upgrading. I was having trouble with my 2023 HP Laptop's charging cable. Prior to taking my laptop to the shop I wasn't sure if it was the cable or the battery.
