Great place. I found them on offer up. Great staff. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Moe was my rep and he took care of me and helped me pick out a new MacBook Pro. I highly recommend this place 5 stars all the way. I will be back soon to get more stuff. read more

LEO THE MAN! Helped me with what I needed, worked around my needs and helped me figure out a couple bumps in the road! Great customer service great hospitality! read more

My experience from walking in the store to my last step out was awesome! The service was great. The owner (I'm assuming it was) was full of knowledge of all the computer specs and helped answer all of my questions. I saw Mojo Computers while I was around the vicinity on my lunch break. So you can imagine how quick and easy the service was. I went in to purchase a tower and not only was it priced decently, but they also provided the updated windows 7 and Microsoft package! Plugged that baby in as soon as I got home and it worked perfect! In waiting for my computer updates, I browsed around the store and saw a pretty good selection of everything such as USB connectors, Computer mouses (MICE? HAHHA), printers, laptops, tablets and PC's and MACs! I'll be stopping by this place again to get myself an All-in-one printer! The best part about this place is that they do repairs as well. This is officially my go-to spot! read more

Great experience, good prices, quick and easy! Came to get a new Mac laptop that I saw online and was able to get the exact computer and the price offered online, plus I purchased the office software for only $79.99 which is normally about $200! Happy we found this place! All computers are in great condition, they even have great cameras! read more

Me and my boyfriend went into Mojo Computers, honestly just to look around. They had many laptops, such as windows computers and some Macs as well. They showed us a Macbook Pro with an i7 and instantly my boyfriend was bought. They are used but they aren't in a bad condition. The shopkeepers were very helpful and answered all the questions and really seemed knowledgeable. My boyfriend ended up leaving with said Mac, and they gave him a great deal. They even worked with him for a payment plan. The service was super friendly and I recommend Mojo computers if you can't afford a new laptop and are okay with a refurbished laptop. They even added Microsoft office for free and gave him a nice computer bag to store his laptop in. I'll honestly come back maybe to check out their iMac when I'm ready to buy. read more

Tony was very helpful and got us a great deal on a MacBook Pro 13" Lots of different apple products here and love that you can test it before you buy it read more

I have been wanting a MacBook Pro for a very long time. I found Mojo when i searched for MacBook's on Craigslist. - Now I am always leery of Businesses on craigslist (i dunno why...) so i took my research to Yelp and read all the reviews. I took the drive out to the OC and they were very helpful. I was shown many options and finally decided on a 13". I was given a great price, and he even threw in a cute Pink Keyboard cover and a black laptop case. On my way out he even threw in a extension cord and sent me on my way. My machine was loaded with a password (not to unlock the computer... but just a general password that wasnt given to me... I'm sure when i call in the morning they will have no problem giving it to me... just something to look into before you leave.) Excellent service - i will most certainly be recommending to friends and family. **So update on my issue with the password, i called this morning and they gave me the password. I want to add that had I not called them, Moe read my review on yelp and called me to ensure that i would have been able to get into my machine. - Where do they do that at?? More businesses need to be as passionate about customer service as they are. read more

I came in here with my husband exactly 18 months ago. I'm a photographer and was in the market for a new editing machine. These guys hooked me up with a sickkkkkkk iMac with very powerful processing speeds. They had two in house, and when they booted the one up I noticed there was a pixel out on the display - I pointed it out, and they happily swapped the memory into the other machine, so it would match specs and I took that one home. It's been 1.5 years and I've had zero issues with it. I absolutely love my iMac and would buy another from them in a heartbeat! read more

Great customer service, they were able to find me the best deal. I'm very happy with my visit, Tony is amazing at what he does.

Let's start by saying that they are very helpful in different aspects. They make your buying experiences come true and they help you get what you want. To be honest, I didn't know I was going to walk out for the things I wanted and I was suprised and shock that they made it actually happened. I'm bad with names but it was the sales rep then the owner I believe that helped me out. I'm a finance manager at a car dealership and I have so many customers that come in but I they they were Mike and Leo? Other than that, I want to thank you guys so much. My girlfriend loves her Macbook Pro and she doesn't want to leave the house anymore. Me, on the otherhand. The person who picked out the iMac, picked out the best one for me and it's performing to my standards. I'm currently running on no sleep because I was awe of how pretty and big it was. I'm going to be sending you guys some clothing merchandise to show you guys my appreciation pretty soon. We both want to say thank you and god bless to you both and the company. Everyone should come here, not just for the prices but for the service read more

As a second-time customer at MOJO Computers, I can confidently praise their excellent customer service and fair prices. Leo patiently helped me find a MacBook Air (first laptop in 10 years for me) that exceeded my expectations. I came home to check on the Internet pricing and found their price to be 100% fair. As I know almost nothing about computers, I prefer shopping in person, and I was happy to learn that MOJO is a trustworthy store. Thank you! read more

After my initial review, I was contacted by the store. He apologized for not providing me with a printed copy of the diagnostic done on my computer, and immediately emailed one to me. They assured me that if I wanted to come back in with any questions or concerns, they'd be happy to discuss my computer. Great follow up and I will be going back to mojo if I decide to replace my hard drive or other future computer needs. read more

Currently writing this review on my new MacBook Came in after seeing them on yelp and seeing their great reviews. I wanted a new MacBook but didn't want to spend too much over at the apple store so i decided why not stop by this place and check them out first. After seeing many of their computers they had in stock I was very temped on a nice macBook pro they had for great price. Needless to say, i went way over my original budget i had in mind but Leo gave me a price I couldn't resist on a 2016 MacBook pro. Thanks Leo read more

I found these guys on offer up. I went on the website and applied for financing before I realized they were in Santa Ana. Realizing my mistake and already getting approved I went up to see what I could get. Couldn't have been happier. Well worth the drive. They hooked me up on a 13" with apple care + and a case. Strongly recommend, no bs, was in and out in 20 minutes. read more

I saw these guys on Craigslist, wanting to replace my MacBook Air i thought I'd stop by and just look. Right away, Mike greeted me with smile and ask what I was looking for. I told him what I wanted to do and he showed quite a few different models, this place is awesome! Mike has alot of Apple knowledge! We ended up with one I liked at a great price! Thanks Mike! KennyMac KnickKnack: Hey folks, I have been having computer issues since November - Logic Board. Well, I decided to upgrade since I've had my system since 2010. A very good friend of mine told me about MOJO computers in Santa Ana, California. :) My friend and I went there together and got a very good deal. The quality and value for the price was pretty outstanding. Plus they gave us a few extra goodies. Mo, provided us with excellent customer service and a good deal. Tech support was great too. I called back maybe 2 days later because I had some questions about setting up my Mac. The tech guy provided me with sooooo much information and ya'll know how I get off topic at times lol. He was very knowledgeable. So anywho, I am recommending this company for those of you in the market for a MAC and are open to refurbs. They provide financing as well. Ciao! read more

I needed the charging port on my laptop replaced. Called ahead for a rough estimate and see what my options were. I asked if I brought in the part, if there would be a discount and the gentleman on the phone said yes. Quoted me $65 for labor. I ordered the part and came in a week later. It's definitely a small mom and pops shop but nice and clean. The girl upfront was real busy. Calls kept coming in as I waited patiently. She apologized for the "wait". I handed her the laptop, told her the problem, signed a few papers and off i went. I got a call less then 24 hours later saying it was complete. It's been about a week and the laptop has been working as it should. Thanks! read more

Great customer! Purchased an older model bc I love the old keys on the older models. Recommend by a good friend I wasn't disappointed!

I found Mojo via an ad on Craigslist. The price of the MacBook Air I saw them advertising was the same price that some guy with a pic of a dirty Mac on his kitchen table was asking for. So, I did a quick Yelp search and saw that they had almost 700 positive reviews. It made sense to go see them vs. meeting up with a stranger in a Starbucks parking lot. Their selection is fantastic. I already knew what I wanted to get going in, so I had a chance to look around while I waited. They even have iPhones, chargers, cases, etc. There are products available at all price points. They have non-Apple products as well, by the way and even offer financing. (If you're worried about not being approved, don't be. They work with a few companies that won't run your credit and will approve you if you have a checking account.) I chatted with the friendly staff while waiting for my software to be installed. The entire transaction took about 20 minutes. I'm BEYOND happy with my new MacBook Air. It's shiny and clean and looks way better than what I would've ended up with if I'd purchased from a regular Craigslist transaction. Oh! And it comes with a 90 day warranty so if anything happens, you just bring it back & they'll take care of you. They do all repairs in-house and are open 7 days a week so if you have issues with your purchase after your warranty is up, you can still take it back to them for repairs. One stop shop! What more do you need? Why are you still reading? Go now! Thank me later. Tell Mo I sent you. :-) read more

Mojo Computers - Computers Near Me - Santa Ana, California

I came in looking for a Acer Aspire Netbook. One of those cutesy ones and I didn't want to spend over $300. I needed it ASAP to start my real estate course. So I I saw quite a few on Craigslist but was kinda weary on getting something without a warranty and being a dumb ass when it comes to gigabytes and megabytes...a computer store was my best bet. I searched every store website I could think of (Best Buy, Circuit City, WalMart, Target, etc.) I went to Fry's Electronics (who didn't have the computer I wanted) and 2 Computer shops before I ended up here. One in Anaheim on Brookhurst and Ball. It was closed at 11am on Saturday and there were no visible hours on the door. Another in Garden Grove on GG Blvd and Gilbert. I couldn't find the address and guessing by the signs on every other shop, I probably wasn't going to get the help I needed. Finally I ended up at Mojos.. It was a busy little hole in the wall Mom and Pops computer sale and repair shop. Gotta love it! Parking was a bitch (minus half a star)!! But I came in and asked about the Acer and they didn't have it. Boo... I told them I wanted a NetBook, small, with Internet, and MS Word. Simple. I'm not a computer whiz, but that's basically all I needed... They offered me a Toshiba Mini (Brown, boo!) for $300 plus $75 for MS Office and a free anti virus... they dropped the bottom line to $275 for the whole shabang and I took it! I paid the man and was told to be back in an hour. During my free time, i wandered into WalMart and found the DAMN ACERS I'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR FOR 5 FRIKKIN DAYS!!! Apparently WalMart's websites suck (you're on my $hit list)...am I surprised? no. An hour later I'm back to a packed little store. Customers everywhere. I wait about 45 more (MINUS half a star for extended wait) minutes and bam, my little piece of work is ready!! During this time, I talk myself into buying my boyfriend a desktop of his very own for Valentines Day for just about $100. I get home and spend the next 8 hrs installing updates on the netbook since it was programed from scratch. whatever that means. I guess that's why it took so long and now it works like a lovely charm!!! I absolutely love it!!! The desktop however didn't work with my TV at first, had to bring it back to change some setting, but works like a charm now and my boyfriend loves it (it's his first). I dropped just about $400 with some extras, used my yelp generated coupon, and knocked my Valentines Day gift out of the way. Minor glitches here and there, but I'm completely satisfied!!! I suggest you take it for a test spin before you take anything home, But even with a test drive, I would have had to bring the desktop back anyway because the settings had to be changed to work with the TV I was using as a monitor. Bottom line: Excellent customer service Great Products and "gifts" Horrible parking and a little bit of a wait.... Not bad Mojo! Not bad at all! I'll definitely be back! Highly Recommend!! SUPER AWESOME PLACE. Was looking for an Apple laptop for weeks, until i stumbled across Mojos online. They were open on a holiday and were ready to finance me. They have a numerous supply of computers from Dell to Apple. After approval, they gave me a really good deal and went over details on how to save my money from the financing company. And for coming in immediately after speaking to Leo on the phone, they gave me laptop accessories FOR FREE! Really recommend speaking to Leo when coming in. Saved a ton of money and really am glad i came in. Really satisfied with my MacBook Pro with Retina. read more

Came here to check out a apple laptop. Wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase or wait but they told me about the easy financing now I'm walking out with a laptop for my daughter. The customer service is great. Come check them out. read more

Good staff and good service, but NEVER.. EVER!! use their finance program.. Unless you are willing to pay a extra 200% interest.. Ask them what the "renters fee" aka "interest" is.. Ended up buying a macbook at a good price, screwed me over the interest adding another $1200. Overall not a bad place, its not them though.. It was their finance program.. Hopefully they will have a bit more clarity next time read more

Love these guys my third computer I've gotten from them great service and they always have what I want and need he goes through specs of the computer fir me so I know I'm getting the right one very knowledgeable staff and very personable they can get you any computer you need I'm going to bring my business partners and were gonna setup our offices with them I love these guys read more

It helps that this was a referral and I went in knowing what i wanted. Mo helped me quickly, found exactly what I needed and I was ready to go. I got a great deal purchasing 3 iMacs. Prices are very reasonable and they after a 90 day warranty to make sure everything is good to go. It is final sale, so you should be confident in what you need before purchasing. Mo also installed MS office for me, all the updates, so I literally just need to plug in the computers when I get to work tomorrow and they will be ready to go. I will be back for all my Mac needs. read more

This is the place you want to get your electronics from. Great prices, great customer service, they treat you like family here. I came in to buy a laptop and had such a wonderful experience with Tony and Mike! They answered all my questions and made sure when I left I was satisfied. My computer works wonderfully and if I ever need tech support I can call them to speak to someone sort of like AppleCare but better! They have a free 6 month warranty if anything happens and also an insurance plan for 2/3 years depending which you choose for a GREAT price and it includes accidents and broken screens. I will probably never buy my electronics from anywhere else! read more

Although I had to wait almost a week with no updates outside of those I received when I called, Mojo Computers did a great job replacing my hard drive and backing up all my data before doing so. For $200 and good customer service I received from Mike through Yelp Messaging, the price was well worth the service I received. I've read you can get this type of service done through Apple for a little cheaper, but I'd rather pay for an outside vendor like Mojo as I felt it was safer in their hands than if I shipped it somewhere. I highly recommend them and will return should any future issues arise. read more

I drove here all the way from North Hollywood because I saw their posting online and saw that they offer financing. I got there and the people working are just as awesome as their company. They were very helpful with finding me a new iMac desktop with the new software. The financing set up was quick and easy too. I was in there for probably 30 minutes and walked out with a new computer. I'm definitely coming back for a new camera and laptop in the next couple months. I would definitely recommend these guys!! I'd give them an extra star if I could. read more

So I was looking to upgrade my personal laptop as my 5 year old macbook air was getting a little long in the tooth. I was looking at used....not more than 2ish years old so that I could get the most bang for my buck. Browsing eBay and craigslist and I stumbled across Mojo Computers. Hmmmm, only a couple miles away from my work....so I stopped in. Wow, boy am I glad I did. REALLY cool store....nicely appointed and a large selection of Apple computers and more. I saw what they had to offer (2013 Macbook 15" Pro, 2.7 / 16gb / 512 SSD with LOW battery cycles and remaining applecare, was the one I liked) and then went home to compare with my other sources. Well, the price was in the same range as the best deals that are out there and let me assure you.....I find the best deals. Went back the next day and took it home. That was about a month ago and it has performed flawlessly, I couldn't be happier. I've found my new source for Apple stuff. Thanks Guys! read more

Honestly go to this place first before you buy from the Apple Store or Best Buy, they will surprise you how much you will save with that said it's still an Apple I bought a brand new unit but with their special and discounts added plus Apple care & Apple care Plus included with my purchase I saved money period plus their knowledge with the product is top notch. Great bunch of guys and keep an open mind that's all I'm saying I convinced my very picky sister to buy here rather than Apple Store, she was so hesitant at first but once she talked to these guys found out what Mojo computers can offer, we made the right decision buying here today, thanks again will be back to get more Apple products for sure read more

SUPER SERVICE. Very professional. My Macbook Pro 15 from 2010 was very sluggish. Found Mojo on Yelp. Got connected and in one day my Mackie is zippy once more. Actually zippier than when it was new. Thanks to the new SSD and additional 4GB RAM they added. All done at a very very fair price. Their store is clean and well stocked. I saw them interact with their customers and they are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. If ever I need computer work, MOJO is where I will go. My friends will too. Thanks. Mackie says thanks too. You saved him from Goodwill. read more

OKAY lets try this again. My first review got deleted because YELP was hating! lmbo What can I say? Mo & Mike are two fairies...lol Dumb & Dumber Harry & Lloyd...lol No these guys are GREAT!!! I'll just say if you are looking to purchase a computer, tablet, TV, etc. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't go see these guys. They make you feel at home, and I always have a good time when I visit. Their customer service is A++. I've used the 90 day same as cash option 3 times now, very easy financing, its the way to go. I've purchased 7 computers, 2 iPads, 1 46" TV and they all work great. I had minor issues with a couple of the computers and with no questions asked they took care of it. I love this place! Go see Mo & Mike, and tell them that Ken sent ya! read more

Great service, they have a 90 day payment plan available so it's not as stressful buying such a large purchase. The computers here were also great quality despite being used or older or refurbished. The prices match the model year and quality fairly. The employees know their laptops and don't try and push a sale, they're just there to answer any computer questions you may have. read more
