5-PLUS. I have been a customer of Mojo Computers since 2015. During that time I have purchased 2 iMacs, 2 laptops, two printers, an iPhone, and related accessories. I have found that my trips from the mid-Wilshire district of LA out to Santa Ana have been very rewarding. Mojo's team is uniquely customer-friendly. They are very professional and business-like and strive to meet your needs. I have taken advantage of a number of discounts and promotions during my visits. Finally, the best part of Mojo's appeal is follow-up. You will work with an extremely competent tech services team. They are very knowledgeable and always strive to explain the issues affecting the equipment. They are on par with any tech support services that I have ever experienced. Mojo is most definitely my go-to location for computers and related services. read more

I went to Mojo Computers about their Finance deal. I have used a 90 day pay no credit check service and as long as you pay within that range, you wont get charged with interest. Read the fine print, you owe it to yourself. I spoke to Tony and Mike helped me out with a hassle free transaction for an iPad. Went straight to the store, got me set up and boom in an instant hassle free transaction. They pretty much have everything gadget wise in store and I would recommend them to anyone looking for apple/cameras/computers. Thank you mike and tony. read more

Arrived to Mojo Computers for the first time... as I saw an ad for an item on their Offer-up page. So I made the drive to Santa Ana all the way from Pomona. Met with Tony, who took the time to assist me in what I was looking for. Low and behold... I am walking out with a new Sony A7iii DSLR. Thanks Mojo Computers! read more

Always friendly and work with your budget. Worth the drive from East LA to Santa Ana for the service.

Tony hooked me up with a Sony A7S2 so happy. I recommend this place for all your video and photography needs.

Second time purchasing a MacBook from this location. I bought a MacBook for my daughter for distanced learning. I am very pleased as I was with my first MacBook Pro. They are very professional and even threw in a wireless mouse for her. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great laptop or MacBook. Exceptional service and quality. read more

Mojo came through again! The Canon R5 was no where to be found and no stock anywhere in OC. Was able to pick up the R5 last week when other large camera stores are estimating stock to be available in December. I bought an excellent looking computer and they fully hooked me up with all the software needed along with great price. They offer 6-12 month warranty although they need to make that correction on their contract manually from the 90 Days. The salesman said it was a mistake and he initialed it and put 360 days. I will certainly send people there once I use it and share my experience. Thanks guys! read more

I purchased a DJI OSMO Mobile 3. I ended up at this store when I requested to purchase this item via OfferUp. There was a bit of miscommunication with the person I was messaging in the app. I got to the store expecting to pay a certain price. I'm satisfied with how they managed this mishap is communication. The store honored the price. This is a cool store to come to if you are interested in tech stuff. I would come back if I'm looking to purchase more cool toys. read more

Wow wow wow when I say great customer service I mean GREAT customer service. Not to be all political with it but I'm African and sometimes people won't go all out to help someone of color and I felt zero racism here. Tony is the man. He gave me great customer service answered all my questions till I understood the answers, gave me a deal and even a free camera bag. They have a new client. Going here for all tech my needs. Oh and they usually have things that everyone has on back order. I did pay off what I purchased but there finance options are also insanely good. read more

I had a MacBook Pro 2011 and it was getting old. My brother's coworker told him of this spot and was telling him how wonderful Mojo Comps. are and how great their customer service. I personally was a little hesitant because of their low, reasonable prices and I've always bought my Apple items from Apple. I was concerned that I would have been unable to get Apple Care, that easy customer service, all the bells and whistles, what I wanted, and, to be perfectly honest, I didn't know if they were selling something hacked or broken. I came with these reservations and I was so so blown away. My brother, bf, and I were greeted immediately, answered all our many many questions, walked us through their various financing options, and I walked away with the newest released MacBook Pro (brand new, wrapped in the box, never been touched) with all the top of the line bells and whistles PLUS their Apple Care PLUS! All the while saving some money, received a personal one on one experience, and a free gift. I will never go to the Apple Store ever again. If you have any doubts, trust me that this is the place to go - especially if you're a student. While Apple knocks off a few hundred bucks, this place gives you an even better deal AND various options if you also wanted to finance (w/ credit or w/o credit). I am IN LOVE with my MacBook Pro and have gotten so many ooo's and ahhh's since it's the newest one. Thank you Mojo!!! read more

I got the iPhone X 256gb silver. I got to tell you the phone is sleek n awesome. Best iPhone I've used didn't regret the 1k plus. The phone is a must have. I discovered MOJO on the OfferUp! App and decided to drive from LA to Santa Ana for a visit. I made my first purchase back in February '17 for Canon EOS and I must say they have provided the best service for electronics and within your budget. If you're a big fan of electronics like I am and you want the best customer experience and the best products, then you should be able to relate to this information. The payment plans are also reasonable and affordable. You have the option to make installments with a long-term or short-term agreement (based on your approval) or buyout/complete payments within 90 days. Awesome! I returned for a second purchase, MacBook Pro, since my personal (Late 2008) Mac is outdated and useless. Mike, who is the proprietor was amazing and friendly. Mike and his associates assisted me all the way through the first and second time also provided additional gifts since I am returning customer. I have referred colleagues and friends to this location. I will continue business here and recommend it to anyone who is seeking electronics at the right budget. (I am currently Yelping on my new Mac) In addition to sales, they also provide technical support/repairs. Thank you guys very much your services and my new Mac and Canon. I will return when necessary. I recommend it to anyone who reads this. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Ive been back 4 times in two months....the 4th time i wasnt having it..i was one angry customer...they told me their were too many problems with the HP they sold me, so HE offered another used laptop which was an acer.,...i took the offer...lets see how long this ACER laptop lasts....I WILL NEVER BE A RETURNED CUSTOMER EVER. the guys who run it just seems very shady in the business...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIACE! DO yourself a favor ..save your money, the trips and head aches.., and go to a LEGIT computer store... read more

First off Mike, there was no physical damage on the screen so you are lying we didn't come to your shop for you to fix the hinge on the laptop which is cosmetic that was not the problem. Second, if we had placed a password on the laptop don't u think I would just unlock it why would I waste my time to go back and try to get u to fix it And the fact that you are certified .. By whom Apple does not know you so tell me who is certifying you? anyone can say they're certified and aren't And another thing is that your website says that you clear previous customer information off the laptop which you did not that's how the previous owner of the Mac book air was able to lock the computer through "Find my Mac" on the Apple website. that's why we believed that you should have comped the unlocking of the computer because the laptop was still linked to its previous owner . And another thing you promised to call us on Monday and still no word but u write to this review because u know that people read these reviews and most of your clients come from yelp. mojo computer is misleading its customers to believe that they are offering quality laptops but are overpricing old merchandise and selling it almost at retail price Honestly save ur money future buyers and buy from the source. BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!!! read more

Got a refurbished MacBook Pro and have had to take it back for numerous repairs. Cracks in case, replaced hard drive, ram, and battery, but the CD player still doesn't work. Lack of attention to detail, "bargain" deals, lots of issues, and no returns or refunds. Buyer beware. I wouldn't get anything from them unless you're willing to put in the time for repairs. read more
