Honestly go to this place first before you buy from the Apple Store or Best Buy, they will surprise you how much you will save with that said it's still an Apple I bought a brand new unit but with their special and discounts added plus Apple care & Apple care Plus included with my purchase I saved money period plus their knowledge with the product is top notch. Great service, they have a 90 day payment plan available so it's not as stressful buying such a large purchase. The computers here were also great quality despite being used or older or refurbished. The prices match the model year and quality fairly. The employees know their laptops and don't try and push a sale, they're just there to answer any computer questions you may have. read more

Updated review 9/8: Shortly after posting my original review the owner Mike contacted me and said the reason it took so long is their main hardware tech was out sick, which is fine but when I called why didn't anyone bother to tell me? He said the software guy looked at my issue and said it worked fine with out actually looking into more of the issue. But mike would refund me and personally look at my computer. I said ok. However the way I left my computer was not how I got it back. They undid the temp fix I had done due to a corrupted operating system. He said they would fix it, no charge. I didn't press for the refund because they were going to do the work to fix the so I didn't have to. Mike called 2 days later to pick it up and it seems to be working fine now. However this morning I get a message saying "how the computer and oh don't forget to update the review!" Look I know that's how business works. Especially for small business reviews are make or break, but still... it's ONLY been 2 days since I got the computer back! Would I recommend and go back... not sure, maybe. They seem like decent people not trying to screw you over, but their communication, or lack of, needs major improvement. All in all my rating won't change. I wouldn't award 5 stars to anyone and although they fixed the operating system the main power issue wasn't addressed because it started working so it must be magically fixed so I'll keep my 3 star review. read more

My husband just started a new clothing brand and recently got in to filming and photography. He needed new lenses, a gimbal and accessories to help with his marketing but did not have the funds to purchase all at once, so we looked into Mojos no interest options. First things first, the gentlemen that helped us knew what they were talking about. My husband appreciated that they took the time to answer all of his questions, understand his needs and recommended what he needed, not what was most expensive. There was a great selection in the camera department, but they narrowed that selection to the point where we really felt comfortable pulling the trigger. We bought a canon 50mm lens, Rode Microphone and RS2 gimbal. We had a problem with the gimbal's battery not charging (which is a common problem with this gimbal) and Mojo replaced it on the spot. Other places would simply tell us to go through the manufacture and send us on our way, but Mojo did us a solid, replaced the defective battery and they will deal with the manufacture so my husband can shoot the small films he has planned. We got the 100 day no interest option, don't have the best credit and still walked out with a comfortable payment for everything we got. We'll be back to upgrade the camera Christmas! First off Mike, there was no physical damage on the screen so you are lying we didn't come to your shop for you to fix the hinge on the laptop which is cosmetic that was not the problem. Second, if we had placed a password on the laptop don't u think I would just unlock it why would I waste my time to go back and try to get u to fix it And the fact that you are certified .. By whom Apple does not know you so tell me who is certifying you? anyone can say they're certified and aren't And another thing is that your website says that you clear previous customer information off the laptop which you did not that's how the previous owner of the Mac book air was able to lock the computer through "Find my Mac" on the Apple website. that's why we believed that you should have comped the unlocking of the computer because the laptop was still linked to its previous owner . This business is a store front for used apple products. The old expression goes if it's too good to be true then it probably is. The yelp rating for this place is high but don't be fooled. I recently financed an "unlocked" iPhone 7. I specifically asked if the phone worked on Verizon and they insisted yes no problem. Well it didn't and they refused to accept a return after they promised that it would work. They gave me a replacement iPhone 6s and said they would call me once an iPhone 7 on Verizon would be in stock. No response I called week after week for 2 months and they avoided my calls stating the owner wasn't in or the manager would give me a call back. I ended up being stuck with an iPhone 6s for an iPhone 7 price. Crooked thieves is what this business is. Be warned and don't shop at this dishonest business!! read more

Got a refurbished MacBook Pro and have had to take it back for numerous repairs. Cracks in case, replaced hard drive, ram, and battery, but the CD player still doesn't work. Lack of attention to detail, "bargain" deals, lots of issues, and no returns or refunds. Buyer beware. My experience from walking in the store to my last step out was awesome! The service was great. The owner (I'm assuming it was) was full of knowledge of all the computer specs and helped answer all of my questions. I saw Mojo Computers while I was around the vicinity on my lunch break. So you can imagine how quick and easy the service was. I went in to purchase a tower and not only was it priced decently, but they also provided the updated windows 7 and Microsoft package! Plugged that baby in as soon as I got home and it worked perfect! In waiting for my computer updates, I browsed around the store and saw a pretty good selection of everything such as USB connectors, Computer mouses (MICE? Me and my boyfriend went into Mojo Computers, honestly just to look around. They had many laptops, such as windows computers and some Macs as well. They showed us a Macbook Pro with an i7 and instantly my boyfriend was bought. They are used but they aren't in a bad condition. The shopkeepers were very helpful and answered all the questions and really seemed knowledgeable. My boyfriend ended up leaving with said Mac, and they gave him a great deal. They even worked with him for a payment plan. The service was super friendly and I recommend Mojo computers if you can't afford a new laptop and are okay with a refurbished laptop. I have been wanting a MacBook Pro for a very long time. I found Mojo when i searched for MacBook's on Craigslist. - Now I am always leery of Businesses on craigslist (i dunno why...) so i took my research to Yelp and read all the reviews. I took the drive out to the OC and they were very helpful. I was shown many options and finally decided on a 13". I was given a great price, and he even threw in a cute Pink Keyboard cover and a black laptop case. On my way out he even threw in a extension cord and sent me on my way. My machine was loaded with a password (not to unlock the computer... but just a general password that wasnt given to me... I'm sure when i call in the morning they will have no problem giving it to me... just something to look into before you leave.) Excellent service - i will most certainly be recommending to friends and family. **So update on my issue with the password, i called this morning and they gave me the password. I want to add that had I not called them, Moe read my review on yelp and called me to ensure that i would have been able to get into my machine. - Where do they do that at??
