When you are craving for rice noodles or soup noodles in general, you can't go wrong with Mojie Noodle. Their food quality always steady. I've tried all the things on their menu. To be honest, I cannot pick one that is the best, they're all really good. The broth is always flavorful, the noodles always cooked at perfect texture. The service always fast too, which I like. This is not a fancy place but a mom and pop for comfort food!

Not quite authentic from GUI LIN rice noodle, but the taste is good. It's just next door to 99 ranch Arcadia.

Mojie Noodle is located in the President Square Food Court with Sunright Tea Studio, Omma Tofu House and more. The store offers a variety of dishes to choose from, along with a small selection of sauces, pickled vegetables and garnishes to personalize your meal. We chose the spicy pork intestine noodle soup, and it was perfection. Whenever I know that a restaurant is serving an intestine noodle soup, I know it's a must try. Highly recommend. Note: The store accepts cash or Zelle payments, and plenty of parking is available in the plaza.

I've been thinking about this noodle spot nonstop -- I honestly crave it at least once a week. Their #1 Guilin-style rice noodles are incredible. The fried pork is so flavorful, and once you mix everything together, the bowl becomes this perfect, comforting combination of textures and taste. The chili oil is no joke -- super spicy even for someone like me who usually handles heat really well. They also give you a side of what I believe is chicken soup, and it reminds me so much of my dad's cooking, which makes the whole meal feel extra nostalgic and homey. It looks like the place is run by a mom-and-pop team, which makes me love it even more. It's tucked inside the little food hall in Arcadia, which makes it convenient and easy to stop by. Plus, it's right next to Sunright Tea Studio -- perfect because my husband always grabs a boba for the ride home. Delicious food, cozy vibes, and family-run -- this spot is definitely a new favorite.

Located in the food court next to 99 ranch market. Very casual environment and typical vibes and service of a small traditional chinese restaurant. Got the guilin noodles and they were pretty good for the price, although the portion of meat was on the smaller side. Flavor and taste were solid. Also appreciated how they had a little condiment bar in the front to add toppings and sauces so you can customize your noodles. Noodles also came with a side of soup. For $11, this is a quality meal and i would come again. Parking wasn't difficult as there was a big parking lot for the plaza

Mojie Noodle is located in the President Square Food Court, which is in the same plaza as 99 Ranch. Mojie Noodle is right next door to Omma Tofu House. My mother and I decided to grab a late lunch for New Year's at this food court. She decided to have Full House BBQ To Go (which funny enough, I just had them a few days ago) and so I opted for Mojie Noodle because I have been wanting to try them for a while now. I walked over and I was helped by the woman behind the counter right away. I told her that I wanted to order number 1, in which she understood but spoke Mandarin. Honestly my Mandarin is horrible and can only understand if you speak it really slow (lol). But she basically was trying to tell me to either pay via Zelle or cash since they don't take credit card. I only waited about 6 minutes after I ordered and paid, in which I got: #1 Guilin Style Rice Noodle, $11- The portion size of this bowl is more than plenty for one person. I shared with my mom (and my little girl dog got a few bites of the noodle). We both really liked the thinly sliced/ crispy pieces of the pork and skin. We also really loved the noodles and the flavor of the sauce at the bottom. I liked the added peanuts for a little crunch and flavor. I also liked the flavor of the soup that was placed on the side. There is a small condiment bar available right by the register. I only added scallions to my bowl but there are pickled vegetables, etc that you can help yourself to. Overall, service was quick and easy. I would definitely come back and try some of the other entrees. Just remember that this place is CASH only (or can pay via Zelle).

Pretty good noodle place! The bowls here are reasonably priced and the portions are fairly large. They give you a lot of noodles but I wish they added a bit more meat and veggies. There's a little bar at the counter for you to add certain toppings like chili, cilantro, onions, etc into your bowl. Food was prepared very quickly. Noodles were tasty and very comforting. Service was quick and friendly. This restaurant is located in the food court in the 99 Ranch plaza. Also, for those with little kids, the food court did not have any high chairs when we were there.

Mojie is located in the food court next to 99 ranch market, which is awesome as there's a Sunright for boba and a variety of other tasty options in the food court as well. I wanted something soupy so I ordered #5 - Spicy Pork Intestine Rice Noodle, and it was delicious! The rice noodles were cooked perfectly and the broth is so flavorful. The dish had the perfect amount of heat and I love the intestines and crunchy peanuts. Make sure to clarify if you want a dish that is dry or with soup prior to ordering as the menu is a bit vague. They have other toppings available for you to add such as cilantro, green onion, and pickled spicy radish. Portion size is huge for the price ($12). Do note that if you need a takeout container, they will charge you $1. A bit annoying but given the price of the dish I didn't mind. I paid with cash but they take Zelle as well. The food court is clean and had a friendly worker who cleaned up our table right when we were finished eating.

In the President Square food court, next to 99, Mojie serves up tasty bowls of Guilin-style soup noodles. Guilin Noodles: The primary bowl has thick and slippery rice noodles. There's a nice arrangement of sliced tender beef and roast pork slices with crackling skin. Peanuts and pickled long beans also add crunch and tang. A secondary bowl contains a really flavorful broth from two meats. When you pick up your noodles, visit the toppings bar and customize it further. Add heaping spoons of flavorful chili crisp and floral sambal sauce. Top it with pickled radish, cilantro, and scallions. Ordering: Place your order at the counter. Pick up your food when they tell you it's ready. Dining Area: The food court has plenty of seating. Parking: President Square has a large crowded parking lot.

The restaurant is located in the food court of the 99Ranch plaza. Plenty of parking. I tried the guilian style rice noodle, ordered for takeout. Very good flavor. The noodkes were the perfect chewy texture. Comes with soup. I just wish there were vegetables.

Mojie Noodle shop is located in the food court next to 99 Ranch in the President Plaza in Arcadia, Ca. I was curious on what Chinese regional specialty Guilin noodles tasted like, so I ordered it. #1 Dry Guilin Ricenoodle bowl: The bowl consists of sliced braised beef and crispy pork belly served with pickled Chinese green beans, peanuts, a simple soy type fragrant sauce;with DIY condiments. The rice noodles also comes with a side clear soup with bok choy in it: $11 bucks. Condiments include: cilantro, green onions, minced red chilis, chili oil, chopped daikon pickles. Add as much as you like. Upon trying the noodles, my first thought was they give a copious amount of rice noodles and not enough toppings; very few slices of meat. I don't think there is an option to add "extra" ingredients on the menu - they should consider adding it. Otherwise a tasty bowl of noodles. Service was friendly and helpful. I look forward to coming back soon and trying more on the menu. -Cash only/Zelle. - 99 Ranch parking lot

    #5 Spicy Pork Intestine

This place is pure value. The pricing from $11-15 all having tax included. You select your own veggie/chili toppings. Add a braised egg to any bowl for $1. Watch out for their chili oil, it is more spicy than the umami-savoriness than most people are used to. The pickled chopped chili AND spicy green onions are also not a joke (unless you love a hot ones challenge). The daikon kimchi is chill. I like their soup noodles more than the Guilin rice noodles. People are right saying it does lack a bit of protein and flavor (I've had it several times now and noticed). The price however makes it worthy of getting. You get crispy pork and sliced beef dry noodle for $11 with a soup? This is like 2019 pricing. The owners said their specialty is hot and sour (酸辣) style, which is not Guilin rice noodle style lmao. For those that don't know, this is not the same hot and sour flavor (originally Henan/Beijing) from the soup that's popular in Taiwanese and Chinese-American cuisine but more of Sichuan cuisine. Their noodle soup offerings better represent the flavor profile they specialize in. The chicken gizzard and pork intestine noodle soup both comes mild spicy with pickled string beans, matching their hot and sour profile. Their soup is basically a clear bone broth that tastes hearty and matches the toppings well. Once you start adding toppings (especially chili oil, pickled chili, sour pickled mustard, daikon kimchi, and spicy green onions), you change up the dynamics of the whole bowl. I recommend adding as little flavor changer first, trying it as you eat, then figuring out whether you like it original as intended or fiery spicy/sour as your inner crazy desires. You can't get this kind of pricing for Chinese food elsewhere; don't be intimidated by how ethnic it looks, the owners are nice and accommodating. Try it for the authentic flavors and excellent pricing.
