Almost forgot the take picture of the Chicken pizza by the slice. Yummy

Gentlemen here is always nice. It's a small place, more for takeout but there are a few tables. I have been here a couple of times for the pizza by the slice. Always good and always seems fresh. I also love the fact they have chicken pizza by the slice. Will return for sure.

I can't comment on the ambiance, as we were staying at a nearby (in city limits) campground and ordered delivery. But being in the mood for some pizza, I looked on the web and found Moe's web site, https://pizzamoes.hungerrush.com/Order/OrderType , and fired off an order for a pizza with mushrooms, olives, pepperoni and extra sauce. I was given an estimated delivery time, and BEHOLD, the pie actually showed up on-time at our local (Paso) campsite! I could tell immediately the pizza was gonna be good, as the box had some weight to it. Sure, enough I was rewarded with a heartily topped pie, with decent-good quality ingredients. The next time we're in-town, Moe's will be my go-to when I crave another Paso pie, as it reminded me of the hefty, but soft & tasty crust, heavy topped pizza-pies I used to enjoy as a kid living in Kansas City.

Moe's pizza is usually on point. Tonight ours got forgotten in the oven I suppose as it was well done crispy tonight. Love the toppings Moe's uses. Always generous with the cheese.

Moe's has very good pizza. But I love the gyro salad. The flavor of the meat is delicious. It's very tender and moist. It had feta cheese and tomatoes on it. The dressing is very good too! I highly recommend this salad. He has others that are very good too.

We got the 24" & it was a Huge pizza! We did BYO half and half with sausage and pepperoni one half and the other with ham and bell peppers. Worth it!

Just got our take out, man, we really make a mean pizza in my family. I was just too tired to do it tonight, I wanted to rely on the best! This is good. Not great, not the best but I bet it usually is! Because I've read what the owner had to say about the quality fresh ingredients. I've seen the five star reviews, I'm hearing people say it's good! I bet it is. That was our first experience, we would love to try it again another time and fix to 5 stars Our pizza was extremely greasy, I think some people really like that, so no offense against Moe's. It was a cheese pizza stuffed crust. The grease gushed out of my mouth when I sank my teeth into my slice. If that's your thing then...Moes!! I liked our Gyro plate, but for 15 bucks.... You know, I think I could've probably just bought some pita at the store and created my own. Again, I wasn't in the mood to cook so I didn't...... It was a little pricey for the quality we got. The wings were fatty. I don't know anybody that wants fatty wings, but ours were extremely fatty. Some people really dig it, if so......Moes!! They did forget our buffalo sauce, but lucky me. I keep some in the fridge, so I just supplied my own. Salad... I just left a picture. Really wasn't my thing, and that was the biggest part of my meal as I try to stay lower on the carbs. We decided it wasn't like the ultimate, most delicious spot but I bet when we give it a try again, we will be happy we did :) because we believe in small businesses! So we will try again.

This restaurant came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to the praise. When we arrived, the setting was lovely, and we were warmly welcomed by Michelle. She was gracious, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the personalized place card waiting for us with our reservation. At first, my wife and her friend were a bit unsure as they reviewed the menu, as they didn't immediately see options that appealed to them. However, that quickly changed. Our friend ordered the asparagus salad and croquettes, while my wife chose the rosemary garlic grilled prawns and roasted heirloom carrots. Both dishes completely exceeded expectations--they were blown away by how flavorful and well-prepared everything was. Over the course of our trip, we visited many wineries and enjoyed several excellent meals throughout the Central Coast. Yet by the end of it, both my wife and her friend agreed that this dinner stood out as the most memorable--truly the highlight among many great experiences. Thank you for starting our trip on such a high note.

It was perfect timing, plenty of seating indoor and optional back patio seating with a waterfall. We sat inside and once again greeted by the friendly staff, water cups were filled and the lavender lemonade brought to the table. The table had extra plates, which was great because we were sharing our plates. We ordered an appetizer they had as a special(I forgot the name) but it was fried macaroni (not macaroni and cheese) balls with a pomodoro sauce. Beautiful presentation and everything complemented each other, definitely would get it again. We ordered Cacio e Pepe, the sauce was creamy, pasta cooked perfectly and seasonal pesto with walnuts and fresh basil, very good. Everything was delicious and we can't wait to comeback and try a different dish. We didn't get a chance to go to the store next door, but we talked about having a pasta night at home so we will be back. We felt welcomed by the staff and they were on top on checking on the tables. They also have a pasta tour so that's next on the list of things to do. Local or not, or if you love pasta give Etto a try and then go pick up some pasta and other goodies at their shop on your way out. Buon appetito!

We called ahead and were told no reservations were needed as they were not busy. We arrived about 1 hour before the lunch service was ending and there were only two other families in the restaurant and we were promptly told to select our table I was told that we had to place our order at the counter after we reviewed the menu. Our table had dinnerware and water glasses but no salt and pepper or other spices. We suspected they would be provided when we placed our order. I ordered the daily special - lemon cream linguini with salmon and my wife ordered the eggplant parmigiana (one of her favorite dishes). We also ordered the Caesar salad to share and the house-made potato chips. We both ordered ice tea drinks but had to request sweetener and when we did not receive any I had to retrieve some from the front counter. Our entrees were served within a few minutes and before our Caesar salad so we could not enjoy our entrees immediately. When our salad arrived I had to ask for a separate plate to share with my wife even though I had told the person who took my order that we were sharing it. When the salad arrived we had to ask for pepper and Parmesan cheese to season our salad and were told they did not provide croutons with the salad. By the time we got to our entrees they were lukewarm. The eggplant parmigiana was served in a small dish and lacked flavor. The lemon cream linguini also lacked flavor and the salmon portion was very small. At no time during our meal did our server check on us to ask us if we needed anything or whether we were enjoying our meal. We did notice the servers chatting in the corner while the customers were dining and appeared to be ignoring the diners. We did not finish our meal and boxed up the potato chips (which were delicious and plentiful) and left the restaurant without any acknowledgement from the waitstaff or the front counter person. I think management needs to train their waitstaff on their customer service. It wasn't as if they were busy with other customers. One more thing: since it was lunch service and I had to order our meal and pay for it before we were served I left a generous tip which, in retrospect, was not earned since we were completely ignored during our meal. I suppose I should have mentioned it to the staff but there was no one around when we left the restaurant except the three waitstaff who were still chatting in the corner. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Etto even though we live in Paso Robles.
