Very impressed with this establishment! The atmosphere is pleasant and the music was great. Moe's offers a very diverse menu that adds a nice flare compared to some of the other restaurants downtown. The Brussels are a great starter I would recommend. The Tripleta sandwhich and side of garlic herb fries were delicious and full of flavor. Drinks were also well made. The service was impeccable! Our waitress, Paris, was awesome. She went well above and beyond what is typically expected, so shout out to her. Overall, Moe's is a fine establishment that brings fresh life and flavor into downtown Dublin. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu. Absolute gold status! For a town like Dublin trying to revive downtown, this was a perfect addition. Perfect for date night with the low lighting and exposed brick. Food is cooked fresh to order and customized for the patron if needed. They pay homage to Puerto Rico with empanadas skirt steaks medalla beer and even Chuleta kan kan (Porkchop rib loin). Moises is the owner and often comes around. Service is on point and provides much needed banter after long days. Full bar. Virgin drinks available as well as soda and tea. Coffee bar. This places is so cute and I love the vibes and decor. I also really enjoyed my salt and vinegar french fries. I could tell they were fresh and hand cut ! Would come back just to eat those!Unfortunately the honey butter biscuit was terrible . I payed 10$ for two cold extremely dry biscuits. We asked for more butter but the biscuit was so cold it did not help . My smash burger was also so dry it fell apart when I was eat it . I was disappointed because the presentation was so good but everything was just over cooked. We were the only people in the restaurant the whole time we were there so it's not like they were rushed . First visit, place is modern rustic with wood & brick interior, a renovation that retained the original charm & history of the building. Great American Classics and also some dishes with a Puerto Rican flair. I had the Cuban sandwich which was monster-sized and packed full of flavor. Came with a side item and I chose the red beans and rice and this was a huge side item, also filled with delicious flavor. Service was great throughout. Not fancy or gourmet, but a great little spot to grab a bite and a glass of wine (there is no cocktail list). I started with the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly cooked and not over-charred. The BACON was TO DIE FOR! So savory and chewy and flavor packed! I had the filet mignon and fries. The fries seemed to be cooked in an air fryer, which is cool, but were a little soft. The filet mignon was a little different than others I've had, not quite as tender, but that's okay. Cooked as requested, medium, and not too tough. Not fatty. They have other cuts as well: ribeye, NY strip. They have salmon, chicken, a meat platter. They have burgers and other sandwiches. They also have omelets, pancakes, biscuit dishes, and salads. The staff here were SUPER nice. My server was sweet and attentive. The chef came out and consulted with me about my food and made sure I was okay with him butterflying my steak for a quicker and more even cooking time. He came back and checked on me several more times and was very jovial and welcoming. My server checked on me several times as well and didn't even charge my extra to top off my wine. Prices reasonable, I paid around 70 bucks for all I mentioned, before tip. The street in front of the restaurant is torn up, but there is plenty of free parking next to the building and it goes straight to their main door. A large, open space with comfortable seating with great people. A place I'll likely return to while staying in this area. read more

Great restaurant with a lovely restored brick building that retained the original feeling and added art work and plants and interesting lighting and great jazz music. Had the special which was a waffle made from hash brown potatoes with eggs, pico, avocado and sour cream. Excellent and creative and served on a warm plate. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful and well informed about the food choices. Definitely would go again. read more

We went for an early dinner on Saturday night. Our party included several adults, a young child, and a young toddler. Although they did not have a printed kids menu, they did have several offerings for kids that our server was able to tell us about. Also for the kids they automatically brought us plastic lidded water cups with straws, and the high chair was very clean. We ordered the empanadas and the biscuits as appetizers. The biscuits were incredible, definitely recommend those. The empanadas were also very good, we especially liked the one with ground beef. The mojo chicken entree was delicious - fall apart tender. Also loved the saffron rice with pigeon peas, although vegetarians and vegans should note that it is flavored with meat. We also had the steak sandwich, which was very good. The fries were thick cut and the Cajun seasoning on them was superb. Overall we really enjoyed our dinner and are so excited to have a new restaurant in Dublin. Although the restaurant was very welcoming to our kids, I may not bring my 1 year old with us next time, since the space is pretty cozy and I felt bad about the possibility of disturbing the other diners in such an otherwise pleasant atmosphere. Definitely give this place a try, as there are a lot of great options on the menu, many of which can't be found elsewhere in the area. read more

Worst smashburger I have ever eaten. It was dry and burnt. French fries were raw and tasted like old grease. It took 30 minutes or more to get our order, with only two other tables occupied. The menu had the price listed as $17. We were charged $19 per tiny burger and small fries. First and last trip to this establishment. The server asked how things were while my mouth was full, I did not respond. I ate two French fries, so no, I didn't eat all the food. I ate the hamburger because I was hungry. If your staff can't get the food right, why offer to fix it yourself? Let's just call this case closed. $19 is way too much for a burger in Dublin Ga. Third time was not the charm. It was 3 strikes you're out. So much potential but can't execute. My chicken died in vain for sure. Crazy menu pick a lane so much easier to cook good food when you're not going breakfast, sandwiches, Caribbean food and steaks. 5 folks in the front on the floor and service was very slow. Moe's on Madison is SUCH a treat to have in downtown dublin! The food is always so flavorful and unique. I recently had their Mojo Roasted Chicken and fell in love with the juicy and flavorful dish. When I stepped in the building I was greeted by a nice lady and the ambiance was perfect and very decretive. I had the ribeye steak with a twice loaded baked and both were splendid ,also my date had the Asian Glazed Short ribs and she said they were to die for. Will definitely be coming back. read more

We decided to try out Moe's on Madison today at lunch. Arrived about 12:10, only 2 tables were being served. We were seated promptly and given water to drink. We placed our order and then waited a long time. Noticed some people who came in after us had received their food and we waited. Finally, our food arrived smash burger was very good, as was the chicken sandwich, fries were so salty we couldn't eat. The book with receipt was nice, I love to read. Once home we noticed we were charged for 2 double smashburgers, $16 each. Both of ours were singles. We hope to come back for dinner at some point as your steaks look great.
