Nothing is marked GF / gluten free on the menu. I ended up eating a plate of lettuce with no dressing or croutons. Meh. The people were nice. Fighting between a 3.5 and 4.0. And there are some elements of 5.0. Tough call. And here are all the reasons why: Despite making a reservation, we were told it might be up to a 40-45 minute wait because of "a bunch of walk-ins that don't wanna leave." I get it, it's Friday night on a graduation weekend, but at the same time, don't you take reservations into account? That being said, once we decided to sit outside, we were sat immediately. Weather was decent, bugs weren't bad. The hot-rodding trucks were a pain, but that's okay. I'm a visitor here, so it's interesting and kinda nice to absorb local culture; not only including the hot-rods, but the locals traversing the streets. Our server was attentive and kind and very hospitable. The hostess also kept checking on us, which was great. We appreciated this, especially knowing things were super busy and crazy. There is local entertainment inside, though we didn't hear it. Something to keep in mind. We started with the pimento cheese and fried green tomatoes for apps. Pimento cheese was okay. Well seasoned, yet forgettable and cold. Maybe better as a melted or hot dish? BUT! The fried green tomatoes (from here on out FGT)! I am not a huge fan of FGT, but often try them, as my husband is a huge fan. These were probably the best I've ever had. Crisp, not overdone, breading perfect, not falling off, with complex and delicious flavors--jammy, cheesy, and amazing with the pickled red onions. We really loved these. Thank you for these! I had a small cup of gumbo. I got ONE piece of sausage. It was a forgettable dish. I'm pretty sure the sausage was well seasoned and had a mild spice, but I had such a small portion, I can't specify. I got NO chicken. I got this small portion because I chose to go with the special salmon as my main. Bummer of a choice. My husband had the bowl of red beans and rice and got a lot more sausage and said it was seasoned and had a mild spice. My special salmon was okay. I know they put a lot of love and thought into it, as it was marinated over time and had special seasons and love. I applaud them for being creative and more novel. It was so busy, our main entrees took over an hour to come out. Our server was very aware of this and stayed on top of it. The chef also came out to deliver our entrees personally and offer a free desert (my husband chose the bourbon pecan pie and liked it). Other offerings on the menu: multiple salads, BBQ pulled chicken, curried chicken sandwich, roasted Cuba, pasta and shrimp, fried and fire roasted chicken, crawfish, catfish, steaks, and more. This place came HIGHLY recommended so I'm absolutely thrilled that it met my expectations. Let me say that this restaurant is about an hour away from where my parents live but I kept hearing so many good things about it that I knew we had to try it. Also, I had not been to Dublin in FOREVER...can I just say that it's looking good and that I hope they continue to bring it back? Good job! We went for Sunday brunch....we had a party of 10, so we made sure to get there when they opened. I believe we also had a reservation, which is smart since it filled up quickly. I wanted a Diet Coke but they were out so of course I got a vodka mule (ha!) We ordered some raw and steamed oysters and boudin balls for the table. All delicious! My friends had recommended the catfish perdu and I am SO happy that they did. DELICIOUS! Although I do have to say the MOST scrumptious thing we had was the sweet potato cheesecake. My mom ordered it and we passed it around the table and had to order another. Yum, YUM. The decor was awesome, the ceiling were original (but painted), just a very cool vibe. And the outside seating was lovely. Next time we'll try to go when it's a bit cooler so we can enjoy the gorgeous courtyard outside. My only complaint is that the service seemed a little slow and that we had to ask every time we wanted refills on our drinks. But we were a big party and it was a busy morning. First off, our server Sara was a real pleasure! As for our meals it was hit and miss. We had the onion rings for our appetizer. Unfortunately the breaded coating was too salty for either of us to handle. We ended up removing it and just eating the fried onions. We shared the red beans and rice and they were wonderful. My husband really enjoyed the sausage in this dish. We also had the craw cake that came with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All three things were wonderful and the potatoes really stole the show. Finally, we had the rotisserie chicken and house chips. Unfortunately the seasoning on the chicken and chips were again too salty for our taste. I really wish more restaurants would allow the customer to add salt as desired instead of incorporating into their dishes. We will likely go back once more to try a few other dishes and try to avoid items which we think may be too salty. read more

Always looking for somewhere to stop when driving route 16 that's not fast food or a chain restaurant. Company Supply is about 4 miles off the exit but offers easy parking a a nice local restaurant vibe. The menu is pretty large with a Cajun/Creole/Southern twist (think po'boys and red beans and rice). Yes, they do have vegetarian items too. We ordered the Zydeco Crawfish Salad and 1/2 & 1/2 Etouffee with a side of grilled bread. The bread came fast but we had to wait quite a bit for the entrees. There was something happening with the kitchen because no food came out for about 20 minutes and several tables around us who were there much earlier complained about the wait time for their meals. Food was fresh and very tasty. The salad had lots of crawfish and fresh romaine. The etouffee was a nice portion. The entrees do come in a weird "dog bowl" metal plate - guess it's there thing. The service was very good. Our waitress was very kind & made great recommendations. We had other staff pick up empty plates & refill our drinks. The place is divided by a bar/tv area on one side of the wall & live band, with the open room area on the other side for just dining. We had the friend tomatoes which was perfectly breaded & the ginger shrimp appetizer was a tad more breaded, both had delicious sauces. The NY strip steak was perfectly cooked & the sweet potato mash was quite yummy. The delta chicken was absolutely great. Service was terrible when the place was mostly empty. Almost retrieved my own beer from the bar and getting subsequent service was like pulling teeth. Food was decent at best. My kids shrimp was disgusting. My food was ok and my wife really liked the seared tuna. I also had the red bean's and rice. I'd skip that. They did use dry beans to start but left out any flavoring, not even salt. Maybe this is great for Dublin, but I thought it was barely decent. We had a lovely time at Company Supply. We started with the pimento cheese appetizer (Oh man! If you love homemade pimento cheese, you will love this stuff!) For dinner, I got the shrimp pasta bienville-so creamy and delicious! My husband got the rotisserie beef nachos. He is a connoisseur of nachos and gets them most any place we go. We were seated under an air vent and our server saw me shiver, then she turned the air up without me asking her to. Both the table service as well as the time it took to get food to the table was not quick. Drink- Biggest complaint is that iced tea should have two components in it with one of them being ice. Food: Catfish Perdu was really good. Catfish had a crispy outside and moist inside. Etouffee had some heat and reminded me of NO. Small issue was part of the catfish was covered in etouffee so it lost the crispy part. Shrimp Bienville - Blackened shrimp had too much spice which was overpowering. The pasta could use some sauce. Stopped by here on our way to St Simons. Did not want fast food and the yelp reviews looked good. We got there right at noon and there were tables available but by 12:10 the place was full. I got the Juliet with fried spinach and my wife got the seafood nachos. My sandwich on a croissant was good but fell apart with the bread. I should have gotten on a bun. Not a big fan of the fried spinach. My wife enjoyed her nachos which contained a lot of crawfish and shrimp. She did say the chips were very salty. So a true mixed bag of issues here. For starters I was a guest for a business luncheon and the hosts highly recommended it. The reviews looked great as well. Couldn't wait to have lunch here! My companions salads hit the table and looked great as well. All good so far! And then my bowl of gumbo arrived. I am not a Cajun food snob although I have been to NOLA at least a dozen times. The chicken and "sausage" gumbo was watery and pale brown in color. No color at all. No celery, no okra, no bell pepper. Just brown liquid, pulled chicken , and one (1) sliver of sausage positioned in exact center of bowl like some sort of monument. Moving on, the first bite was lukewarm at best. No heat coming off of it at all. Had obviously been sitting for a long time waiting on the salads to be prepared. Flavor? None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. I hit it hard with salt, pepper, and hot sauce (all 3 of which had to be requested). Even the hot sauce was lame! Not spicy at all. I believe it was labeled as "crystals." So, i chalk it up to the fact that I simply ordered the wrong item. Just curious how this has remained on the menu. We stared with house salad, sweet fry nachos and bacon, cup of red beans and rice and spinach and artichoke dip, they were all really good.. the nachos were super messy and a little overdone! For our meals we ordered the shrimp Po Boy, the shrimp and grits and the pasta Bienville we enjoyed all of it! For dessert we ordeee the peach cobbler and the biegnets both we delicious.
