At modern cuts, Natalie does a fantastic job styling my hair. She has a great eye on how to style it and gives great suggestions on improving the look. She has great control with the clippers and gives the perfect fade. The customer service you receive at modern cuts makes customers want to come back because the family vibe it radiates. We were turned away from about 4 other salon because my daughter had a hair weave and they all stated that it's too much of a liability for them to cut weave / extension. A woman named natalie put extensions in my hair and everything was fine and well until I tried messaging her when a few fell out because she told me if they did to call or text her and she would put them back in. After weeks of ignoring my calls and texts I called the salon and they said they could talk to her and I still haven't heard anything so I call back and they said they can have someone else remove them for me but they would charge me even after the woman named Natalie said she would for free now I have over 2 month old extensions that idk what to do with or how to remove because I don't understand why i would have to pay when she is the one who messed up. And is now wasting her coworkers as well as my own time. Very disappointed DO NOT go to this shop. I finally called the shop and she answered and she was EXTREMELY RUDE she told me she isn't obligated to do anything she doesn't want and she doesn't want too even though she said with her own mouth she would for free and now is saying she had to block me because her fiancé was upset I texted her at a late hour and she knew the whole time I was trying to search for help and still didn't message me anything a woman named jasmine was a big help and took time out of her day to help me even though she was not required too. If I could leave negative stars, I would. This is the second time my husband has attempted to have my sons hair cut there and had to bring him back because it was AWFUL. This time however, the cut was so bad that she couldn't even fix what she'd done to him and tot op it all off she was full of attitude. My husband showed her a photo and everything (that was actually of our son and the cut he had and just wanted to maintain) and yet, she screwed it up so badly it can not be fixed and will have to be shaved. These girls have no clue what they are doing. If you luck out and get a good stylist there, I guarantee you she won't be there next time because the decent ones move on.....just like we will. read more

I went to this place to get a haircut and to try To fix up a tone issue. I had done my hair at home with a box dye but it was more brassy than I would Have liked so I asked to have my brassiness toned down along with my haircut. Well, the haircut was good, but somehow, my hair ended up more orange than before. I'm a blonde and in previous salons, my toner was like a purple color but this person chose a beige color.i was suspicious but didn't say anything because I figured my stylist was the expert. She apparently had no grasp on color because my hair ended up way more orange than before. Mistakes happen and I'm cool with that, but rather than try to fix this, my stylist named random suspicions for why my hair would react to this toner in this way and she never apologized for doing exactly the opposite of what I wanted with my hair. I bluntly told her that my hair was actually more orange than before but she still charged me for the toner (which only made my hair worse than before.) personally, if I totally screwed up someone's hair I would apologize and not charge them for my poor and counter-productive work but this person dismissed me, charged me for her poor toner choices, and left me hanging. Well, sorry lady- if you screw someone over, people will find out. If you expect someone who is competent in color, do not come here. read more

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Amanda! I walked in without an appointment today about 12:30pm. I was greeted by Amanda, I signed in and had a seat to wait my turn. I only had to wait a short amount of time, and before I knew it, I was in her chair, trusting her with my look. My hair was down to the middle of my back, and for me, it was time for a change. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and we were off. She washed my hair with a shampoo and conditioner that smelled amazing. She took her time to cut my hair into the shape I was wishing for. Then she used the blow dryer and a round brush to shape my hair into something amazing! We went from hair down to the middle of my back, to just above my shoulders!
