Not only was the response unprofessional, but it also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. All I wanted was a clear answer to a simple question. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was very disappointing. If management reads this, I hope they take the time to train their staff on how to communicate respectfully with customers.
