When I got to the window, I politely asked the employee if the drink was a Diet Coke. Instead of answering my question, he snapped back telling me to "stop yelling" at him, even though I never raised my voice at all. Not only was the response unprofessional, but it also left me feeling disrespected as a customer. All I wanted was a clear answer to a simple question. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was very disappointing. If management reads this, I hope they take the time to train their staff on how to communicate respectfully with customers. A little professionalism goes a long way, especially when people are just stopping in for a quick drink and snack.
