I tried go through the Belton, MO drive-thru to get an order. They have installed a touchscreen there which forces you to enter the order there and makes next to impossible to customize your sandwich. So I drove up to the window and asked to just give the employee my order and was told they can't do that. Funny... I could have done that if I walked in but I have really bad knees and really didn't want to endure the pain of parking the car and walking in. I just drove off and went down the road to the Raymore, MO location where a very nice employee happily took my order. read more

Terrible Subway. Ordered on the app to be ready by 2:00 and wasn't ready until 2:20. The "artist" were making subs as others entered before mine. They completely messed up both of my subs in putting totally wrong toppings on it. I called and the manager said he'd refund my order...didn't have much faith in his word as I still have yet to see my refund weeks later and when I followed up he said he'd couldn't refund it now. Had pictures of the disgusting subs still shown made absolutely incorrectly. Save your time and don't mess with this subway, management is terrible, go to Jimmy John's or Jersey Mikes down the road. read more

One employee was glum and slow, while the other was cheerful and friendly. The dining area was spacious and clean, but the background music reception was poor resulting in unpleasant noise. This location had free wi-fi and a drive-thru lane. Overall just A-OK. read more

Came to this location at about 9:23 PM to get a late dinner as they have their hours set to 10 PM. We walk up to the door and to no surprise it's locked so we try the drive through and no one's answering so we drive to the window and there's a receipt paper note on the door that states "no bread, big catering order" .. good thing I only get protein bowls and salads as I don't eat bread, smfh. How can you justify locking up and saying "no bread" when you have people who order more than a freaking sandwich. Why even advertise that you sell salads and protein bowls when the staff lazily locks up and closes shop an hour early? I will never be back and I took my money elsewhere to service industry employees and establishments who like making money. What a freaking joke. I HATE having to leave a bad review but as someone who isn't able to eat at normal dinner hours I rely on restaurants that pride themselves on being open late and it really frustrates me to waste gas and time to come to a place that advertises "open late" that closes early bc the staff clearly has better things to do. read more

Very nasty restaurant, particularly the manager on duty. I am a quadriplegic and could not use the kiosk that you're required to order from. When I managed to press the button for help I explain that because of being disabled I couldn't use the kiosk. I asked if I could give my order to her over the intercom or come to the window. The manager refused, said it was against Company policy. I drove to the window and asked to speak to the manager who identified her self as the manager, and again told me she wouldn't change her mind. She could see that I was a quadriplegic and still refused service. Told me I would have to come in the restaurant to order. I explained that was too dangerous for me to do given Covid. I again asked her for reasonable accommodation under the ADA but she refused. She refused to give me her name, or the name of the restaurant owner. I am totally astonished that this behavior continues 30 years after the Americans with disability act of 1990 has been passed. They would not take my order, there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant but employees. And they pretty much stood around and laughed. I intend to find out who owns this business and take this matter further. But if you're a person with a disability I would advise eating somewhere else. Pandemic or no pandemic discrimination is never acceptable. I took my business to another Belton restaurant. This occurred on Sunday at approximately 3-4 PM December 6. But I didn't realize it hadn't posted it until now. read more

The one star is for the cleanliness of this Subway store, but that's where the positive review ends! We frequent Subways across the country and eat at our local Subway often. We always thought all locations were wonderful and friendly - we were mistaken...The 2 employees at this Subway were "there", but friendly they weren't! My husband asked for extra olives and was told that they weren't allowed to give him any more. The bread for our sandwiches was dry, nothing like any we'd ever eaten from a any previous Subway. The employees might as well have been robots working there as far as any interaction goes. We've been on a month- long trip, eating our meals out along the way, and this way by far our worst stop! This Subway is always a hassle. The headsets don't work, the window is stuck closed, restrooms are out of order, etc...there is always something wrong. The workers are unbelievably slow as well. I frequent Subway locations whenever on the road. I've been to this location a number of times, mostly out of convenience, but have decided to avoid it. The quality control is poor and it doesn't meet the standards you see at most Subways. It seems like turnover is high, which might be indicative of the core problem. Have seen some cheery employees but most seem confused, irritated, or disgruntled...the trend is unfortunately obvious. On one occasion, an employee told me they didn't do toasted subs. On another, was asked what went in a Spicy Italian (one of their early and assuming main menu items). Those sorts of things point to poor training practices and pretty much sum up the experience. By contrast, the Subway down the road in Raymore appears to be top-notch. Take the five minute drive and it'll make for a better meal. I hope management turns it around. read more

Just wanted to post bc we were on a road trip and thought, based on one review, that we should be prepared for the worst...was not even close to the worst more close to the best. Was actually nicer than most subways we go to. Very clean and the guy helping us was super polite and clean. He actually even changed gloves midway through after touching something other than the food he was making us. No reason to not hit up this location. Really great. read more

Just drove thru the drive thru last night . Store was clearly open 4 people were working one helping a customer 2 sitting in the lobby , I drove up around the side of the store with the drive thru window after not getting any response from anyone outside everyone looked at me one girl walked past me .
