I've only ever been through the drive thru at this location and Chick-fil-A does a pretty solid job at getting you in and out in a timely manner. My only real quip is that if you aren't familiar with how they do drive thrus it can be a bit confusing where you drive up to for pick up, but aside from that it was a pretty seamless visit and my daughter always loves getting a chicken sandwich here. read more

My family seriously can't get enough Chick-Fil-A! We definitely frequent this location often. They are always running some sort of deal like free sandwich Tuesdays or mystery breakfast. Whatever it is, we are there for it! The staff are always friendly and polite and our order is always correct! If you use the app, there is a quick drive-thru lane just for mobile orders, which is nice to not be stuck in the long drive-thru line! My opening day drive-thru experience included the same friendly, efficient and professional staff and delicious food that I have come to expect from the highest rated fast food chain in America. This new location offers two covered drive-thru order lanes with two covered pickup lanes (the first time I've seen that) and a patio. The dining area remains closed until they can fully staff up. I hope this new location will take some of the pressure off other nearby locations, which always seem to have long drive-thru lines during lunch. Very nice. read more

Like a fellow reviewer, I gave this chic fil a multiple chances (5-10 visits) And outta 10x's you might get freshly made food once. It's not the customer service it's the lack of effort this place gives towards giving out fresh food. Or knowledge to know when quality isn't fresh enough for customers (I'm sure when they go on lunch they make their free lunch fresh. But customers get cold food. It's always stale, cold, or they haven't changed the grease. It's basically the McDonald's on metcalf and 75th. With higher prices! Management doesn't care off what I've seen so I'm not sure if I'll be spend my hard earned money at this location read more

I stopped by early morning to grab some breakfast! I ordered an egg white chicken sandwich and a yogurt parfait. The total for both items was over $10. I was extremely disappointed with portion sizes. For a nearly $5 yogurt parfait it was not worth it at all- especially with TWO WHOLE BLUEBERRIES. No follow up either after calling. I visit this location often. Service and portions are consistent. I've ordered just about everything on the menu at one time or another. I rarely go inside and eat so I can't speak for the cleanliness of the store. I requested an additional dressing and stated I would pay for it and was told no. I had the 2 available to me. I asked why am I unable to just pay for it? She stated, "it's not an option on the menu." So just give it to me then. The reason I'm even asking is because a few days prior I ordered a salad and they only put 1 of my 2 in the bag. I honestly didn't have the energy to explain, I was tired and ready to go home. Was this a deal breaker. Eh, no but it just left a sour taste in my mouth. Been watching this building being built, the day came and waited finally came in, this location is easy to get to and u can't miss this location, very different from the other stores on how to get to the dining room, the service is good and the app is my go to when I don't have cash I use my app to pay, I have built my rewards up where I get free item, the drive thu is wrapped around the building and walking little further than the chix-filet, always had good service and when a employee has a training tag on, will be patience with them read more

Good food horrible service takes 10 min if you do drive thru and double if you do mobile drive thru. I just did mobile drive thru for 2 small order just for serperate people. I had been waiting for 15 min they then sent me to park where I've been sitting for 15 min and counting. I love chikfila but this was meant to be a quick place to eat so I could go back to doing my homework instead it's taking longer than it would if I was at a restaurant and I haven't even gotten the second order yet. read more

Not a pleasure. I travel a lot, and I can honestly say...... This is probably the worst Chik fila I have been to in my life! The ordering process was probably the best part of the whole thing. Once I got to the window the girl was so focused on asking other employees if they wanted the extra frosted coffee that she made in error to even acknowledge or speak to me. Once she had my food she dang near threw it in my car so she could get back to laughing and joking. I said thank you she walked away. THE FOOD WAS JUST BLAH AFTER THAT... New location that is missing a lot of steps. We have been here at least 10 times since they opened for breakfast and dinner. We never get sauce for chicken nuggets and in the morning they never give me salsa for the burritos. The Diet Coke is always messed up and 90% carbonation. I have asked for large meals with large fries and I get small and medium size fries instead. We live close so we want this location to improve, if it doesn't I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way because the other locations don't do this. I tried to call the store a few times today to talk to a manager before posting here but it would always go to voicemail. Hope this improves and if not we will not be returning to this location. read more
