We've come twice now to try and get a good feel for the place. Once we came and ordered a pan pizza (combination). We like the puffier crust and were a bit disappointed that this wasn't as thick crusted or puffy as others we've tried. The second time we came back to try the lunch buffet. They only thin crust and hand tossed pizzas on the buffet. The slices were small which gave us the opportunity to try a few different varieties. The white sauce ones were my favorite. The salad bar was okay. The pasta sides were just okay too. But the desert pizzas were delicious. I think we'll keep looking for a favorite pizza place but if a friend invited me to meet up at Mazzios I wouldn't say no. read more

Anytime we go through Harrisonville we stop here and eat, always clean, great service and amazing food, everything is cooked to order and they're always willing to customize or go the extra mile to make sure that you'll enjoy your food, and affordable while making you feel like you actually got MORE than your moneys worth which is rare now a days! It seemed to take longer than needed to get to me. The pizza itself was pretty good. But the cheesy garlic bread rather tasteless. The ravioli was yuck. A 32 Oz iced tea would have been more ideal than 22oz. Good thing I ordered 2 of those. read more

Ordered a large ''works'' pizza with extra cheese for take out for the girlfriend to pick-up after work because we live 30 minutes away from this restaurant. When the girlfriend arrived at the restaurant, she had to wait which is fine if it wasn't ready, she didn't have to wait to long though. When she got home, i asked what size the pizza was and she said it was a large. When we opened the box i asked where's the cheese, she said i ordered it with extra cheese and at least 1/2 of the pizza hardly had any cheese from the middle of the pizza to the crust, you could actually see the sauce on the top of the crust. When picking up a slice it was limp and the crust didn't have any crunch to it. The flavor from the ingredients was good but cheese was missing/lite especially when ordered with extra cheese on 1/2 of the pizza and a limp crust brought the pizza as a disappointment and me wishing I had gotten a PM pizza and just baked it at home, at least the not lite on the cheese. What a disgrace. Went to get takeout and saw that they had no covid precautions whatsoever. Employees were not wearing masks, nor were the customers, even when serving themselves from the SALAD BAR. The pizza here has always been good but the disregard for the health and safety of their customers, employees, and community was incredibly disappointing. read more

Just got back from the all-you-can-eat buffet. Very good food and a much better selection than I expected. Not only did they have several different pizzas to choose from. There was a full salad bar, plus some really delicious side dishes. I liked the green been and my mom said that the steamed broccoli was fantastic. I ate so much I wasn't able to try any of the desert pizzas on offer, but they looked tasty. Great service from our waitress too. read more

Their pizza used to be real good, last week I tried to call in for a delivery, their web site was not functional, was told by someone the girl taking the orders was in the bathroom, I was on hold 3 min, then hung up on,, yesterday may 21, I went up there to order, talked to manager, he apologized , I ordered a large and wings, and waited, the manager didn't tell me that there were coupons I could use after 20 minutes I noticed there was a pizza on top of the oven I went up there and ask them the name on it it was mine they didn't call my name out obviously it's dysfunctional staff , the crust was soggy, NOT HAPPY read more

If we go to a pizza place, this is where we go. My wife and I take turns and either she gets a calzone for us to split or I get a thin crust pizza. Their meals for 2 and 4 are pretty good deals if you're looking to spend about $20-25 on dinner. Our new favorite dessert item is the cinnaboli. It's a decent and recently remodeled place. They have a buffet for lunch during the week. The pizza is well above average and they have a salad bar that's pretty typical. their sauce is a little different if you haven't had Mazzio's before. Most people including myself like it and some people like it a lot. It's my second favorite pizza in Harrisonville and my favorite one that you don't have to bake yourself. Moved here a month ago from another state, and had remembered Mazzio's from many years ago. The menu on the website appeared reasonable, so we decided to give it a try. The pizza can be ordered just the way you want it...type of crust, sauce, and as many tpppings as you want to pay for. We always order two toppings on a thin crust. The pizza tasted okay, but truthfully tasted like it was either overcooked or left to sit a while. Meh. The service was really good. We had our drinks, eating utensils and plates rather quickly, and the pizza did not take too long, even though it was a busy Saturday night. I always forget to ask, but our server remembered to give us a senior discount! A definite plus. Also, she was super nice and friendly. Pizza is good. Buffet is always out of pizza. They wait until all pizzas are gone before replenishing, then there is a big rush. All pizzas on buffet are variations of pepperoni pizza except for the cheese pizza. read more

Pizza is amazing and having food allergies if I "cheat" I cheat with Mazzios!! I never have any problems and the Oreo Pizza is to DIE for!! So if I am going to cheat I do it right!!
