I can't stand this papa John's and I love papa John's. When I used to door dash here there was an older man (not sure if he still works there) and he always had an attitude with me especially when he worked nights. They're not attentive or professional in there at all, but it's Papa John's so I guess I shouldn't expect anything more? read more

I placed an order with the Papa Johns app and mistakenly selected carry out instead of delivery. I called the store and spoke with Richard. He changed it with no hesitation. He was very patient when o had to give my credit card number, not once but 4x, before I got it right. In the end, he apologized when it was my fault for not paying attention when I ordered. He sent a driver out immediately to deliver the pizza. It was delivered hot and fresh. Thank you Richard for being an awesome manager and caring for the customer. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Hot n fresh - Pizza Near Me - Belton, Missouri

Ordered online for a pickup order and it was ready on time. Food was good but there were lots of air bubbles in the cheese breadsticks but overall decent. read more

Do not come to this location if you're not ok with your food being tampered with. We ordered a carry out pizza and when we picked it up the pizza was tampered with and the pepper had a bite out of it. When we called the store manager was very rude and said the peppers don't always come whole. I have never once in my life had a pepper not be whole. Not to mention the pepper had actual teeth marks in it. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Mushroom Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Belton, Missouri

Ordered the carry out special large 1-topping for $8! I got 2. It was around 11:30 am said it would be ready in 14-24 minutes arrived around the 20 minute mark and pizzas were ready! Both pizzas were still hot and delicious when I got home. Only complaint is that I only got 1 garlic butter sauce and I had 2 pizzas. read more

My husband and I probably order from PM Belton, Mo on an average of once a month, sometimes more. We are seniors and try not to order cheesy goodness from anywhere too often. Every time they do not disappoint! Its fast, fresh and always hot! Thats delivery! In this day and age people especially in the service industry need to get a thumbs up! You sure get ours! Thank you! read more

I'm not a chain pizza person, but when I do order from a chain it's this papa johns and this one only. The service is always awesome. Food is delivered hot and fresh. Pizza is always made correctly and to order. The rest of the pizza places in Belton/Raymore need to take notes. read more

Papa Johns Pizza - Small pizza, delivered hot and fresh - Pizza Near Me - Belton, Missouri

Inconsistent at best. Sometimes the pizza is on point and sometimes it's bone dry and cold. About 50/50 really. It's gone down hill recently. Do NOT even bother ordering at lunchtime! I've tried delivery twice, both times before the lunch rush (11am) and both times I've had to call after an hour to find out where my order was. Both times I was given an excuse. This time the driver dropped the order, which I understand happens, but call someone. Don't make them wait an hour and call you then tell them it'll be at least another 15+minutes. Especially without offering to discount or comp it or how about just an extra butter sauce?? I mean, something to make up for hungry kids and an over an 1.5 hour wait time at 11:30. Pretty lame. You're better off to try Casey's. It's always good. read more

Forgot my extras I paid for with the pizza... ranch dressing and extra pizza sauce packet

Ordered a delivery of 8 wings with a side sauce and only got 6 wings barely sauced and no side sauce

Ordered an extra large "The Works" pizza. What a disappointing pizza. We arrived at home, opened the box, and the crust was complete mush. I called and spoke with a "manager" named Barron? I explainEd the condition of our pizza. His response was a sigh, and we will try better. I started laughing. Is this place for real? What a joke. $22.18 in the trash, and the gas to get to Belton Papa John's. read more

Was on hold for 8 minutes to place an order. No apology for keeping me on hold FOREVER! Picked up the pizza and it was ready within their 25 minute time frame. Service was ok, nothing special. Pizza had the correct toppings on it, but seemed a bit doughy. Garlic dipping sauce was ok, but the peppercini was small and I thought they could compensate by giving me two. read more

Love this Papa Johns. Always fresh, friendly and gives you the best deals they have.

I'm here often and am never disappointed with the food or service. I've had to wait a couple times and they were kind offered a discount and made up for it. I would highly recommend this location. read more

Pretty typical of a franchised Papa Johns establishment. We have used delivery and pickup and not had any issues. The wait time for delivery for us is usually around 30-45 minutes on a Friday night which is about what I would expect. I have never had any food quality related issues and the product has always been what I would expect. I have never noted any staff issues and can't say that they had poor customer service or that they were over the top great either, just average and consistent. They usually get our business for the simple fact that we prefer their pizza versus the competition. read more

Richard deserves a raise! I called this morning to place a large order for my son's birthday party. There were some small phone mishaps, but he was so extremely helpful and kind. Keep this guy on staff and have him train others on how stellar customer service works! read more

Watched an employee handle change and cash at the register and proceed to handle dough and make pizza without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Absolutely disgusting. Didn't even pick up my order. read more

I used to love Papa John's pizza, but they have been pretty inconsistent with our last few orders. It used to be that your pizza automatically came with garlic butter and pepperoncinis. The last time when I asked for pepperoncinis, they said there was a charge. This time we ended up with one pepperoncini and no garlic butter! Maybe it is because they are too busy now to pay attention to detail (competing with the Pizza Hut $10 deal). Not sure we will order from here next time. read more

Okay, I am going to be a little rough here, but among the big three pizza joints in the area, Papa Johns has the worst crust, I mean don't get me wrong, it tastes good when dipped in their Garlic Butter Sauce, but eating it by itself, is just terrible, I would rather eat a Little C pizza crust than this, with that being said, their cheese is great, their toppings are good, it's just the crust just kind of ruins it for me, in addition a lot of times they skimp on the toppings, if you order something their chicken, or something, your lucky if you get a lot, I do like their chicken poppers though, and garlic knots, but honestly, Papa Johns is the worst of the big three(Pizza Hut, and Domino's being the other two) read more

Awesome pizza. I like there crust, they are quick on there delivery time and I always get there desert pizza. This is my favorite delivery pizza in belton. I just had leftovers for dinner tonight and it was still very good. No complaints in all the times I've orders from them. read more

I've never had a bad experience here, always very friendly to me. I order on the app, extra sauce every time. Always ask me if there's anything else I need. I love papa johns! I like them more than Pizza Hut, but that's a personal opinion. The garlic sauce is fantastic. read more

Papa John's rocks best pizza in the neighborhood for fast food pizza nobody compares to the quality or the ingredients to Papa Johns delivers on a daily basis I've never had an order that hasn't been near perfect. This is the most ridiculous Papa John's I have ever ordered from. This was the 3rd and final for me after last night I ordered on line a large pizza half pepperoni and half beef cut into squares with a 2 ltr Dr Pepper. I got that order after an hour of waiting, and the crust was one half regular crust and the other half hand tossed crust and was not square or Chicago cut as ordered. This was ridiculous, but this is not my first rodeo with this hole in a wall masquerading as Papa Johns, as I said before, the previous 2 times I let go and just called back and told them of the mistake. 1st no Chicago cut and instead of dr pepper got pepsi (hate the taste of pepsi) but pizza toppings were as asked so could live with it), 2nd same thing, pizza toppings correct, instead of mountain dew, got pepsi was told 30 minutes took 45 minutes but was hot. I told the delivery person so he agreed to bring back the correct drink, the pizza was cut wrong, called in they though I was out of my mind for asking for my pizza to be re-done and delivered again instead taking a free pizza as I had done previously, I got my piping hot pizza delivered by a male manager who was nice and contrite, but it happened even worse of a screw up last night! Tell me why when I called the 1-888 customer service number to complain that after 10 minutes on hold a woman asked me to call back tomorrow, she said "I cannot take that complaint on that store because our systems are down, can u call back tomorrow, sorry for the inconvenience." THAT IS IT, THAT IS ALL SHE COULD DO FOR ME!!! CALL BACK TOMORROW! read more
