We've always experienced great service and delicious food here! I have yet to eat anything I didn't like

This is my sister and I's favorite place to go when we have some extra time to dine out. We especially enjoy the chicken tenders and fries - they just hit everytime. Be sure to order the spinach artichoke dip also (it was the first to go so it's apparently a fave). Stopped by another spot in Belton for lunch and tried their chicken sandwich, definitely impressed. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned really well without being overpowering. The bun was soft and fresh, and everything just worked together perfectly. Service was quick and friendly too, which always makes a difference on a lunch break. Happy hour here was pretty good. Pizza was a bit strange, neither thin crust nor the puffy crust (pan pizza style)... Somewhere between the two and not quite to my taste. Had lots of sauce, cheese and toppings though and was served hot and without too long of a wait. Enjoyed the white cheese sauce that came with the bread sticks we ordered. I have been here multiple times for celebrations, dinners, and happy hour. Think of it as your typical neighborhood bar. The staff is friendly and the orders come out in a fairly decent pace. I am not blown away by the food quality but it works. There have been some busy days where we waited to cash out for a while, but other than that, I have had no other issues. I love the OP. We have been going since 2000. The pizzas are amazing, the beer is always cold and the game days are always rocking.

Service was outstanding and the waitress was incredibly friendly. Ordered children's chicken fingers with a side of fruit salad and a children's pizza. Delivery. The pizza sauce is overwhelming with Italian seasoning (coming from a second gen Sicilian). The fruit salad was fine, but warm and wilted because it was put in with the chicken fingers. The chicken fingers were very dried out or over cooked. Extremely disappointing meal. read more

We came here based on positive reviews before we went to a Chiefs game at arrowhead in September. The online reviews sure were right. This place is great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were able to sit in a comfortable booth and watch lots of TVs getting jazzed up to go to the game[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] . I enjoyed a large salad and my friends all had burgers. Everyone was very pleased with their order and ate everything. I typically enjoy this place. I placed a carry out order, picked it up and took it home. When I got home, it had chicken on it instead of shrimp which I ordered shrimp Alfredo and paid for shrimp Alfredo. It was also incredibly cold. Like not even a little bit warm. This new location offered good service, good lunch prices and a tasty meal during my dine-in lunch visit. The taco salad lunch ($8.99) was served just seven minutes after I ordered at the bar. The salad has undergone some shrinkflation since I had it for lunch at another location, but it was still reasonably sized with a generous amount of beef and a tasty, medium salsa. They offer good lunch specials and daily food and drink specials. I noticed a nice bar area, plenty of TVs and background music inside with a partially covered patio and a fire pit outside. The pizza look good until I cut into it with my knife and fork because the cheese had melted all over the pizza didn't notice that the base crust was raw in the center about a quarter inch thickness between the cheese and the crust was raw dough, also the crust on the perimeter of the pizza had no flavor to it. I've never eaten sheet rock before, but if I ever had, I'd say the crust was made with a mixture of sheet rock because after five minutes the crust got as hard as rock almost taste like apaste. very hard and tasteless. Had friends in from TX, decided to take them for lunch. Where to began: Shrimp was overcooked like rubber, chicken on summer salad had a taste of being cooked in bad grease as did the tenderloin sandwich. We just had dinner at The Other Place for the first time & it was not a good experience. We ordered the dip trio & it was fine. The breaded mushrooms & they were good. My husband & I were planning to split the large lasagna, but it came out barely warm & without our salad. I sent it back & we started eating the salad, but realized there was a lot of brown old lettuce that I had to pick out. We requested the manager to come over to let him know about our issues with the kitchen, but he really didn't even seem to care. He literally did not even apologize. He did give us the onion rings for free that we ordered to replace our meal bc we had a baby that was pushing bedtime & we needed something on the fly. He also didn't charge us for the salad, but honestly he shouldn't have anyway for our trouble. We didn't even know that he removed them until the bill came. He admitted they should have caught it, but that's not an apology. He definitely didn't seem concerned. I can forgive a lot of things with an apology, without one though, I doubt I'll go back anytime soon. I got a pic of the dips & chips, but the lasagna didn't stick around long enough. There was a bit of a wait for our waitress; she seemed to be the only one working tables and that wasn't a problem at all. We ordered our food with mushrooms as our appetizer. Everything was fresh and prompt but it was a sad disappointment. The pizza literally tasted like something out of the frozen section and not the good kind. The sandwich had great flavor but the texture was definitely not it for me. I was overall disappointed. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. Which I'm ok with until everyone that came in 20 minutes after us were getting their food before us. Then our food came out and half the order was wrong. The food was ok. Pizza was good, the turkey subs bread was soggy, and the ham club which was supposed to be turkey was cold and it's supposed to be hot sandwich. Great bar and grill food. The service was top notch! Ordered a popular item- taco pizza. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of toppings on the pizza! The crust wasn't my favorite with it being more of a thicker cracker crust. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is the amount of seasoning on the meat. It was a bit too much causing the meat to be spicier than I'd like. We also ordered fried mushrooms as an appetizer, they were fantastic! And the ranch is the GOOD ranch! I ordered a salad with chicken and noticed that it was not cooked all the way. At the end, the server told the manager which the manager stated to take 10 percent off. I requested to take off my salad which was not edible. Manager did not come over to the table. If you are in management it is your job to see the customer. The server argue with me and say I ate the salad which I did not. When you put dressing on your salad it flattens. It was the worst experience and we eat there often. Ever again. Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service.
