I have never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before now, and I'm sad I was missing out! The service was incredible, and our waitress very knowledgeable (and patient) about the menu items. My group ordered a variety of food including the wings (they can do multiple sauces!), side Caesar, side chicken breast, a chicken wrap (also cheese your own sauce!) and fries that were the kind I love the best. While the dessert menu was slightly small, it was still adequate. The ambiance was nice as well, though just a tough dark but I can see why it would be that way. Sadly, I did not realize you could play trivia from the app real time in the restaurant until the very end. Good thing, as I only got 2 right! Went to eat here last night for dinner. Normally me and my friend group show up on Thursdays for BOGO wings. This evening though was different. We got seated and asked if we wanted anything to drink. My friends ordered some mix drinks and I ordered a shooter. My friends got their drinks within about 10 minutes of waiting. I however waited over 35 minutes for my little shooter to finally arrive. During the wait time I requested 3 times to our server that I wanted a glass of water as well. All requests were ignored or she did not hear me. While waiting for my drink my party decided to figure out what they wanted. Soon as I got my drink we waited like another 15 to 20 minutes. During that time, we never were asked if we wanted to order any food or appetizers. The group decided that we wanted to go elsewhere for dinner. I asked for a single check so we could get it paid quickly and get out. Instead of receiving 1 check the server split it by 4. Then it took her another 15 to 20 minutes of us sitting there on whether we should just walk out and not pay or continue to wait for her to take our cards. Finally, she went and got the cards and paid our bill with it. When it came to us signing our receipts she handed us our receipts and walked away. She didn't give us any pens or any writing utensils to sign our checks. So, I had to etch my name with my car key on my check, and my group used a fork to scratch their names. It was the most terrible service I have ever been dealt at a restaurant. I will not be back there for some time and never during dinner service again! We drove to Texas Roadhouse and within the first 2 minutes we were seated and had drinks along with rolls. The server was very nice there and welcomed us. Also to include in this review. The manager at buffalo wild wings was nowhere in sight and every employee looked as if we were invisible, they did not even acknowledge us. l made my first stop at this location tonight. I have spenta long time evaluating the lower than average star rating for this particular location. I've interacted with multiple servers and multiple bartenders and I'm surprised by the rating. I've interacted with the bartender Bill, I watched him interact with the patrons that were locals as well as folks just come in for the first time the way everyone is treated well and service excellent. The new service manager (Aaron) has done a stellar job of finding the balance between delivering on both brand and employee expectations. I fully expect the review here to continue to improve over the coming year. I am now a paid reviewer as you can see by my past reviews around the country. I have been to B Dub's 3 times, in 2 separate locations. The staff has always been smiling, happy, and friendly. Service has always been prompt and efficient. Their food is tasty and while not being inexpensive, is reasonable, considering the ubiquitous big screen TVs. No less than 20 in the small Belton dining room. The food choices are varied enough to please most adults and their mini minions. There is an enormous listing of sauces to choose from for your chicken/wings, from suckling baby mild (not official nomenclature) to flesh searing spice (mere hyperbole). So feel free to pick your poison. I love the Mango Habanero, definitely not for the faint of heart, and the Asian Zing was mildly spicy with Classic Asian flavor combinations. Feel free to ask for samples of the sauces so that you know you're gonna love the taste and spice level. All this considered...a solid score. The one important complaint I have...inconsistency! The first buffalo ranch chicken wrap I had was seriously lacking in chicken, but was packed with yummy fresh lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. The second one was huge succulent pieces of breaded chicken, but low on lettuce etc. the most recent wrap was skinny pieces of breaded chicken that was almost all breading. I go here because it's great location for my group of friends. When we've had a horrible day or just need to de-stress we go sit in the bar area and receive fantastic service. The service is quick and friendly (I've only ever been in the bar area so I can't comment on service in the dining area). Do to how busy this place is they have a new way of handling takeout orders they have a set of shelves for those that paid on kine and delivery services like door dash. So what happened was someone who had the same last name as my first name took my order off the shelve. They did not bother to read the whole ticket to see what food they were getting and did not look inside the bag. The staff immediately when I arrived new there had been a screw up, unfortunately they were super busy. The ladies kept checking on my food and apologizing for what happened. After waiting about 30 mins I talked with the manager and he is making it right. He too apologized. Around this same 30 min time the other persons food came out and they had not ordered anything close to mine.
