Customer service can make or break an experience, and unfortunately, Matt's interactions with us left a very negative impression. We expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect when dining out, and that was not our experience here. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should have to feel uncomfortable or intimidated by an employee while dining at Pizza Hut.
