Other coworkers also bought a gift card from the same place so the newlyweds could enjoy a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. When they arrived, no staff were on the property, and they had to wait. Their wagon was dirty, and the fridge still had food left over from previous guests. The fire pit was soaked, and the chairs were covered in bird droppings with zero cleanup or preparation. But the worst part was the bathroom--mold, hair, and overall filth. It was honestly disgusting. I felt terrible for my friend and furious knowing how much money was spent on something that was supposed to be special. I reached out to the business and never received any response--not even a simple "I'm sorry" or attempt to make things right. Then, my friend wanted at least a refund for what they had left in their gift card and all they got was a flat, NO! This level of neglect and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere. At the very least, check the facilities carefully before booking.

They have five wines at a time available for tasting that change weekly. So every time you go, it's a new experience! The staff have so much fun showing off their wines, telling the stories of origin, and helping people experience new flavors! You are allowed to bring snacks and tasting bites of all kinds into the shop! Recommended: a variety of cheeses, a dark chocolate, a salty chip or cracker, even some prosciutto! Very affordable range to purchase their ever-changing supply. Usually between $15-$35! They also sell local art, always on display. So if you're an artist yourself, maybe give them a shout!

They have poker night, karaoke night, comedy night, poetry slams. They have the cutest store with reading materials. I was SOOOOO impressed because o found on their shelf a book called The Body Keeps the Score about trauma. It's a must read and understood in my profession. It's rare for me to see this awesome book in a small store and it was sitting beside a book called This is for the Women Who Don't Give a Fuck. I need to check that out. I'm moving into that era! A note for other LGBT people/couples is that we felt very safe and comfortable. I know this is something I often search for in reviews, and walking in to a winery or place labeled as a "family farm" it kind of sounds a little bit like a toss up to if it'll be an accepting place or not, but we were very happy to find it feeling very LGBT friendly and safe. This would be a great spot to gather with friends and have a drink and play some games! They often have little events like this, that I'd love to come back to!

Ok ok, so after the tasting, wifey got a glass of the Sangria and I got a glass of the Wild Fire. We also got the bread with the olive oil Parmesan dip. My fav was the elderberry and strawberry. I'm sure in the summer those made into slushies are incredible.
