I'm always tryin weird stuff with tastings. So of course I have a DCC with one of the semi sweet white wines and BAMB!!! Ohh baby!!! It was weird, but the flavors were pretty good! Yeah yeah of course I can't remember which white it was. I guess we gotta go back to try and figure it out? Hehehe. Ok ok, so after the tasting, wifey got a glass of the Sangria and I got a glass of the Wild Fire. We also got the bread with the olive oil Parmesan dip. Their excuse? Our "party size was too big." Instead of showing an ounce of flexibility or basic human decency, they forced a heavily pregnant host and her guests to sit outside during an active Heat Warning. It was 93°F outside with a heat index making it feel like 105°F. This isn't just a matter of poor customer service; it's a severe health and safety hazard. Forcing women who are weeks away from their due dates to endure triple-digit heat index conditions while indoor, air-conditioned tables sit completely vacant is downright negligent. It showed a shocking lack of empathy. When we finally went inside just to take a few photos before leaving, it was confirmed that the space was completely unused. To value arbitrary, nonsensical "rules" over the medical safety and comfort of your patrons is a miserable way to run a business. We will never be back, and I strongly advise anyone planning an event to look elsewhere--unless you want a venue that treats its customers with absolute disregard.
