The fire pit was soaked, and the chairs were covered in bird droppings with zero cleanup or preparation. But the worst part was the bathroom--mold, hair, and overall filth. It was honestly disgusting. I felt terrible for my friend and furious knowing how much money was spent on something that was supposed to be special. I reached out to the business and never received any response--not even a simple "I'm sorry" or attempt to make things right. Then, my friend wanted at least a refund for what they had left in their gift card and all they got was a flat, NO! This level of neglect and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. Save your money and look elsewhere. At the very least, check the facilities carefully before booking.
