Tonight my boyfriend and I got pizza delivered from Mod, it was our first time and didn't know what to expect! He is dairy free and therefore ordered the dairy free cheese. I also clicked ranch, not realizing it is drizzled on the top. However without request, they put the ranch on the side and left a hand written note explaining that their ranch is not dairy free. Great pizza with friendly and quick service and fresh ingredients. So happy that MOD opened in this area. Was not familiar with MOD but very familiar with their competitors following the same concept. Been here twice now and each time I have been greeted right as I walk in the door. They have a good assortment of pizzas they can build for you or you can choose your own ingredients. They have two different sizes which is great as the kids don't need a whole adult sized pie. The are so easy going and will customize your pizza anyway you want it. Salads have good options of different veggies to choose from and everything is super fresh. Once your pizza is baked they have different sauces they can drizzle as a finisher. Very tasty food and great service.... I plan to visit here a lot because it is so quick and easy to pick up. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I had ordered online for one pizza I get there over an hour later the app said it should have already been ready instead I wait over 45mins just to ask 3 full times & just for them to tell me they lost my order when I ask for a refund they said they couldn't & would just throw the pizza away & I asked a different employee to give me a refund which I waited another 10 extra minutes till they finally gave me the refund. Some of my favorites are the spicy chicken sausage and the pickled red onions. And they give you a good bang for your buck with a 11-inch pie only costing about 10 bucks. Ordered pickup from Midtown Mod, this restaurant chain is usually good; however, my experience today was not good. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks for me and my family. When I went inside to pickup no one greeted or even acknowledged my presence until I found my order on a table and was walking out the door. Even then, it was a bland "bye". When I opened up the order at home we found one pizza had been burnt and half of the side of crust was chopped off! The other pizzas were unevenly cooked and barely cut. i dont know what was up with the people working tonight, but they were just not it. took 10 mins to be even acknowledged, only to get a dry "what can i get you" with no emotion at all. the friend i was with order a salad with his pizza, as he was trying to check out he asked if he she heard him ask for the salad & the smaller girl with the clear glasses response was "i don't do the salads" and walked away. he then had to ask another employee. never felt so brushed off, they really seemed like they hated their job. the customer service location was terrible.... unfortunately never coming back to this location again. read more

Love this new location! I just went to the soft opening and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had forgotten to order the garlic bread upfront so when we asked at the register they were more than happy to accommodate us and add it on the fly. The GM Jenny is so friendly and went around to see how everyone was enjoying their meal! The atmosphere is fun and the pizza is good! I really enjoyed the "MOD" thin crust - build your own. I love mod but I had a terrible experience at this location. I went in at about 11:30, they were slow. Only a handful of people eating in the lobby and I was the only person in line. They were very unwelcoming and acted as if it was a major inconvenience that I even came in. The lady who took my order just stood there and stared at me until I told her what I wanted, no greeting, no "what can I get for you" it was extremely awkward. So sad!!! We've been coming to this MOD because we live so close for about 2 years now. My boyfriend came tonight on a Sunday and 3/4 workers were so rude just standing behind the counter saying how they didn't wanna be there and pissed about customers coming in and having to roll out more dough? He finally said something to one of the guys when he asked for another ranch instead did just one (normally we have a great experience and they always put 2 ranches in each of our boxes). Mod is my favorite build-your-own pizza place! The crust is crispy and toothsome and you can choose a regular size or a little one if you're feeling less hungry. You get all the toppings you want for one low price. What takes the cake, literally, is the No Name Cake. It's like a those Hostess cakes but made from the real deal- tastes like real chocolate and creme and not preservatives. I want to order one every single time I go! This new Mod lives up to expectations- already it's a smoothly operating machine. I love mod. So many options. I'm giving feedback because one of your employees needs some coaching. I hate being that person but I come in quite often and she never greets people and never says thank you or have a nice day. These are such common courtesy's in customer service. It floors me. I'm so nice to her and she does this every time. She has short dark hair and is petite. I think others notice because someone else almost always shouts a thank you.
