I love that there is a place to get a fresh pizza or salad with whatever you like, how you like it. I usually go for a fresh salad, and the food is always great quality. The service can be a little hit or miss, ranging from some of the nicest people ever to some people who might be having a bad day, but generally it is a great experience, and this is a favorite standby when I want a quick salad. read more

Horrible the girl behind the counter was like she didn't want to help. No line no one there. I told her in the beginning I have a crust upgrade reward. I told her the mega dough, as we started just the beginning toppings not pleasant and behavior was I don't want to be here. I still try to be kind. Then she starts asking me about once my pizza is complete did I want any sauces. As she starts topping what sauce the coldness of it was bizarre. I'm leaning do I just walk out. No one was in restaurant yet. No line honestly she was an butthole and that's being nice. I then said it's Sunday just let it go. As we start she kept saying mozzarella like we are done after the sauce is added. Then anything else was repeated throughout the interaction. Let it go this little girl is taking me to pissed off. I let the gentleman on the line know that I was a first timer so he went through all of the options of crusts and sauces with me. I opted to try a cauliflower crust pizza. While I waited I was checking out the big open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant that was clean and everything was in full view. I filled my cup with half of the black tea and half vintage lemonade. Let me tell you that this was the most fantastic, off the charts, pucker yo face lemonade I have ever had in my life. There could not be any better The pizza came up in a reasonable time frame but I was delighted when I picked it up at the counter to be offered sauce on the side, no charge! I love that they Aren't stingy with their sauces if you want ranch they'll give you a ranch at no extra charge but what I really love is there a special sauce called Sriracha! I love that you can put an unlimited amount of toppings and that they just make your pizza to your liking. Every pizza is filling and I think the price point is perfect. What amazing new place with great faces and even better food. I was able to attending their training day and immediately upon walking in everyone said hello and walked through their process. The seasonal blueberry milkshake is amazing and just sweet enough with a huge pack of blueberry punch. The pizza is build your own so everyone can get exactly how you like it. But I am going to write something hoping that someone reads it and cares enough be a little more on top of quality control I'm really broke lately but I treated myself to a mod pizza tonight after a long week... Unfortunately the roasted garlic gloves were raw, the onions were not good, it was like the paper outer layer of the onions cooked on there.. and my favorite part (jalapeños) were forgotten I never complain but this made me sad tonight. I went to MOD pizza this past Friday, I ordered 3 pizzas and when I got home I realized that 1 of the pizzas was not the one I ordered. I called and asked if they could remake it (willing to make the drive again for their mistake) the person on the phone was rude but did offer to remake it, but did not allow me to place the order via phone, "to make sure they didn't screw order up again", I asked that doesn't make sense for me to drive there and wait another 30 mins to place the order, her tone was mocking, I understand that you deal with crazy ppl all the time, but your attitude indicates the lack of training on good customer service, will never return to MOD pizza again they need to invest in some good 101 customer service training. read more
