Quality burger, quality service, but I really think it is overvalued. If they could find a way to bring that cost down a few dollars, this place would be undefeated. read more

This was unfortunately the worst 5 guys experience I've had. The bun on my burger was rock solid and crumbled when I took a bite. The fries (regular size) were good, but they forgot to put the extra scoop in the bag. When you pay $7 for a fry, you want it to be more than just the little cup they put inside. Overall, the food was very disappointing. It was pretty busy and while I got my food in a reasonable amount of time, I can't say the same for the other patrons in the store. It looked like the staff was overwhelmed with the sheer amount of online orders they were getting all at the same time. read more

I know Five Guys is a burger joint but I ordered the grill cheese from the menu. Flipped over hamburger bun with three slices of cheese barely melted, at a cost $7.19 is absolutely criminal! I could get two grill cheeses for that price at a local gas station. At least the staff was great but I will not definitely be eating here again read more

Been here 10 years now and never gotten the urge to try a 5 Guys burger. Popped in last week aaaaand, yeah. No. $5 for some severely over-salted fries. $6 for a hot dog of some description (tasted a little school-dinnery).... $7.50 for a mini (I said MINI) cheeseburger that was so mushy and tasteless I couldn't finish it. The lettuce looked like it died a while ago too. Throw in some lukewarm 'iced tea' (yeah - I don't know what went wrong either), and I'm pretty lukewarm about the experience myself. No disrespect to the staff (who were great), but the food was sub-par. Nobody should be serving a tasteless, mushy mess of a burger like that for $7.50 when it pretty much 'what you do'. Anyways. At least I know now. Ps. It was dinner time (6.15pm) and it was empty aside from a few grub hub pickups. read more

I must first say $20 is way too much for a small burger, fries and drink. Now that I have out of the way the fries are awesome!!!!! The burgers are nothing special and they have those nice soda machines. Would have been 5 stars if the prices were in line. Staff here were awesome and quick with the order. read more

Oh my god one of the best burgers that I've had here I loved it so much and the peanuts great edition guys love the work and the workers were so kind great job I am really proud and it was my first time going to I had a great first experience read more

This location is nice since it's located by many other restaurants and shopping. There's no indoor seating but they do have three tables outside that you can sit at. The employees are friendly and helpful. The few times that we have been here, our order takes about 20-30 minutes to be completed. That's for two burgers and one order of fries. So it's a longer wait then other places but worth it in my opinion. Their burgers and fries are good and taste just like their other locations. Parking can be a little hectic though. With so many other restaurants in the same area depending on the day/time it can be hard to get a spot. Another thing to keep in mind is their prices are a little high. I usually only eat here with my husband. If I want to eat burgers with my whole family, we go across the street to Habit where their prices are cheaper and bigger menu as well. And dare I say their food is better? I'll leave it at that! read more

Best five guys around. Service is great and Tyler the GM is a stand up guy, always making sure things go smoothly!

Yeah I don't see what the big draw is to this place. The burgers are just OK and really sloppy. They're fresh to order which is good but takes a while. My favorite thing is the Cajun Fries. They'll burn your mouth but are so good you just keep on eating them. read more

Received the two cheese beef patty's with the usual; tomato, mayo, mustard, lettuce, ketchup, & pickles! Was good could use some more flavor in the burger but I'm sure the plain taste is what they're going for. My fiancé had chosen the bacon dog including ketchup & mushrooms, he was well satisfied but of course most men when receiving food. read more

great food, great vibe, friendly staff, fast service. Id go back anyday of the week. Get a shake!

Pretty good burger but the price is a little high. Don't like that everything is separate and not in a meal. The fries are so good! The cashier was super nice! She gave us water cups even though we said no and she also hooked my bf up with a double patty burger! read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I decided to give Five Guys a try after a few years of not having been to one. With memories of good sized burgers and being able to put any of a large assortment of add one to the burger, I was hungry and ready. I ordered a Little Bacon Burger with lettuce, tomato, pickles and grilled onions along with a Little Fries. Upon getting my order, and deciding to check the receipt details, I was given a Little Bacon Cheeseburger. I don't eat cheese. Upon taking the bun off to scrape off the cheese, I noticed the burger itself was just over half the size of the bun. Being on a work lunch, I went ahead and ate the burger although I didn't get the grilled onions either. Needless to say, I should have gone to the Habit Burger across the street and will never again walk into a Five Guys. The prices they charge along with the burger produced is simply not worth the time and effort. read more

When I went to five guys I was greeted with their extremely high prices now don't get me wrong the fries are good but I don't want to be spending over 20$ for a meal for one and have that quality of a burger so I suggest you change up the prices and more customers will come your way or implement discounts and coupons. read more

The guy who took care of us Ruben G and the other guys in the store today were the most distant and unresponsive host I have ran into. We said thank you and there was no welcome. They stared and whispered as I took my order. It was very uncomfortable and made me feel unwelcome. While the burger was great, I would never return to a five guys for just the taste if there is no sense of appreciation for earning my business. Horrible service and management needs to teach these guys how to treat customers. read more

As someone who is from Virginia, I have been to a looooooot of Five Guys locations in my life. And it always gives me a warm fuzzy feeling to see a little piece of Virginia here in Arizona. If somehow you've never been... I highly recommend it. Food: I love their burgers, though they are a bit greasy. A little bacon cheeseburger (little just means one patty instead of two) with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, extra grilled mushrooms, green peppers, and bbq sauce. (My s/o only adds green peppers, jalapeno, and bbq sauce and pays the same. Free toppings are my faaaave.) I used to get jalapenos on my burgers, but the jalapenos that they serve up here are fresher and spicier than the ones at the Five Guys back home, so now I only get them on occasion. The fry portions are HUGE, but their Cajun fries can't be beat. In my opinion, their large fries is enough for 3-4 people to share. My brother swears by their milkshakes, but I don't really like milkshakes, so I haven't had one. Also, if you've never dipped a fry in malt vinegar + ketchup, you should give it a try. Service: The service isn't the fastest here, even in comparison to other Five Guys locations, but I'll let that slide. read more

The posters lining the walls talking about how good this place is are mostly from the last decade, because all the cool new burger place are better without question. So what if the fries come in portions you struggle to finish on your own? They're not that good. There aren't many cool toppings to choose from. Ooh, American cheese...I'm enthralled...not. The burger is just ok. Not seasoned, buns aren't really toasted...just really low-effort. I would compare the quality to that of a place with a drive-thru, but a meal costs nearly what you'd pay at a sit-down restaurant. This chain is overrated. read more

One of Cleanest 5Guys we have been at. Standard Great Burger!!!!! Staff very friendly. Needed Fries with no salt-no problem. Stopped again today 11/200/19. Soooooo Sloooowww. 3 on duty didn't know what to do. Mixed ours and everybody's order. Yes bust at noon. But no one in charge read more

Nobody in line when we walked in, but the three employees decided only one of them could take an order so they took a phone order instead... Would have been a bit more pleasant if the younger female employee and the person, who I'm assuming was the manager on duty, weren't in the back playing around with each other instead of letting the meat patties overcook on the griddle. Way to go kids. read more

The management is off the hook they take care of a problem if there is one even if it's your fault the lady was really nice Claudia Your hamburger is a delicious bit of fun with a wonderful Greece and tasty Greece but I say Greece but don't worry it's the good kind of Greece and I know there's no good kind of Greece but if there had to be one this will be at the grill looks like it has taste built up on that restaurant appears to be clean from all aspects fairly well-maintained did not greet at the door but that's OK the guy made up for it as soon as he found out I was a yelper He gave us an extra drink and said sorry about the wait the food is phenomenal you know it stop if you're even trying to say it's not stop to stop good visit down here in Phoenix working out of town love this place read more

Outstanding levels of mediocrity. Four different occasions I have come here placed an order and watched people behind me get their food made first. Normally isn't too big deal, however when I placed my order today there was nobody behind me at all. So standing there patiently waiting and watching my burger. I can see my patty on the grille. Then four other people come in, 2 pairs, and place orders, watched her proceed to make their double hamburgers, while my single patty was still on the grill, then she proceeds to take an order for a hotdog and prepares it. She makes the two double burgers, dresses them, puts their double burger together, wraps them, prepared the hotdog. ....and Finally...for the person who came in first, when I was nobody there, she starts to address my single patty burger. At this point she pulls it off the grille and I'm mentally done. Feel like a caged lion watching my food that I can't touch, pacing back and forth. I paid money just like everybody else, but this is the standard experience at this restaurant. You order your food. If someone else comes in behind? Well prepare for their food to be made first. In conclusion I asked for my money back because I'm already hungry, I don't need to feel any worse. Thanks for putting me at the back of the line with your stellar customer service. If I could mark this with a -5 stars I would. read more

Food is still the same average quality But the management of the store is terrible. It is 5 pm on a weekday and the location is right in the downtown area to midtown transition area. So expect 5 pm to be busy. Yet there are 2 employees and only one is handling the order taking, the grill, the fries, the sending orders out. The other, well, that one is watching a show on her phone and having a bite to eat. 6 customers waiting on food to be sent out and 4 waiting to order. read more

Apparently they don't do carry out orders here. So don't even bother calling ahead because you'll still have to wait in line, then once you pay, they start making it behind everyone else's order even though you requested food 20min ago. I though the point of carry out was to come in, pay, and leave just like every other food place out there. read more

Prices have gone up so much that I paid $20 for a basic burger, tiny fries, and a soft drink. Ridiculous for burgers that are marginally better than McDonald's but certainly not at a gourmet level that warrants such a high price tag. I will take my future business elsewhere. read more

First and possibly last time eating at this chain. First off it gets 2 stars due to the employees being exceptionally nice. The food I received was wrong. I ordered a double cheeseburger with the works and a dog with bacon. I picked this up on the way home from Work. Naturally I'm a little exhausted. Picked up the kid started home, got home and the order was wrong. 45 mins commuted with the food to find out it was wrong. Needless to say I was agitated. Great employees attitude wise but I was done wrong product wise. read more

Supposed to open at 10 AM, 7 days a week... just drove miles here to get a burger and they are closed. Not sure if someone slept in or what but that's pretty unprofessional. Friendly staff. PLEASE GET A 'GRASS FED BURGER' on your menu. We will come and bring my mother at least once a week w/ a party of 3 people... she likes you guys. In the meantime - we have to go to other places like Deluxe burgers on Camel back or Caveman across the street. Very nice staff! but...the product itself is what counts. taste great....but has to be hormone free and no feedlots with cows standing in their own excrement for us. read more

I stopped by a local five guys last night because I was craving a burger. I forgot how great this place is! I ordered a mini cheeseburger and a regular order of fries but I added the Cajun seasoning. I also decided on a peanut butter shake. I think this is maybe something new or I just never noticed they had desserts before. Either way, it was delicious and I will definitely be back to try more flavors in the future. I stopped in pretty close to closing and they were pretty busy. I don't think they had enough staff working as I only saw one guy pretty much doing it all. It may have been thrown off because it was a night before a holiday but I felt bad for him! He was working so hard! Anyways- great burger and fries as always. Next time you are in, try one of their many flavors they have in a shake! Yum! read more

There was amazing service at this restaurant location. The cashier was very courteous, responsive, and fast. The cashier processed are orders very quickly and the restaurant was also extremely clean. We waited only about 10 minutes then our orders were announced ready. They packed our small fries so much that they looked as if they were a size large! I recommend this place and give it 4 gold stars. read more

The only good thing I have to say is the food that I got tasted good. The entire experience started off bad with the girl taking my order not letting me speak and kept interrupting me giving me an attitude. Then when I got my food it wasn't right so they went back to fix it but still somehow got it wrong a second time. It was obvious everyone working was very young and new which I totally understand but it might be a little beneficial to have some sort of supervision since they don't know how to take an order or read a ticket to make the correct order read more

Normally I'm a huge fan of Five Guys and took a couple buddies to show them that there burgers were comparable to In-n-Out, with better French fries! We just left a phenomenal convention and let's just say this location was an extreme letdown. This review has nothing to do with the employees, the three stars is all them; They were excellent! This is about the horrible buns they were given and old lettuce. I don't know if the buns were old or just disgusting but they ruined the burger. I'm just lucky i didn't make any bets with my friends before we got there or I would have been screwed! The buns also left a terrible aftertaste that killed the flavor of the fries I usually love. I'll keep going to my home Five Guys but I would not come back here! read more

I'm honestly really upset because all I ordered was a medium fry with Cajun on the side and he put it all over my fries and now I can't eat them because it's too spicy... waste of my money. Service was good though.. so I'll give 2 stars.. I just can't eat my food and it's upsetting read more
